Your favorite Romantic Scenes.

Ever since I have met and become friends with my good friend Demetrios, I have realized I am more in touch with my romantic side. So I wanted to ask.

What are your favorite romantic scenes. They can be (Gasp!) Love scenes. But nothing too porny or NSFW.

Mine is from Cruel Intentions. Its the love scene between Sebastian and Anette. He waits at the end of an scalator, and they make up and make love after a huge fight. God I know it doesnt sound romantic at all but you have to see it. The cinematography plays a huge part here. That and the music.

I've actually said that to a few of the ladies I've dated that I would like to do that. :) As a matter of fact, without giving too much away, I had the idea of Amare doing that to Clara when I get around to writing my sixth short story.

I know its a major cliche but god the Titanic love scene in the car. It will forever remain in my mind.

This scene from Your Name. For context, the two main characters have been switching bodies for some time, and have been interacting with each other through messages and indirectly through how they effect each other's lives while switched. Gradually they've fallen in love, but too late do they realize that not only are they switching bodies, but they're doing so through time, and the girl is already dead in the present from a meteor hitting her town. As they desperately attempt to connect with each other and prevent the tragedy they finally manage to come face to face with each other for a few minutes and the sheer relief and wonder they share is a sight to behold.

Even though Superman: The Animated Series is my favorite version of the Superman story, I'll always have a special place in my heart for that part of the first movie. Superman's love for Lois Lane was so strong he went back in time by reversing the rotation of the Earth to save her life. :)

I'm not sure if this counts bc it only appears if you choose him as your romantic option if you're female Byleth (for which you'd have had to go with the Golden Deer to begin with) but Claude's S-support made me melt. I don't think any man has ever stolen my heart the way he did.

I'm confused as to what the lack of either of those has to do with it. I'm literally just speaking from my own experience with the first run I did of the game, and all I said was that I wasn't sure whether it counted and stated the criteria needed to see it as my reasoning for being unsure of such...
