ITT: We are in an anime

Hiroji, bored out of his mind, starts pacing around the room.

   "Well, well, well, isn't Hiro-jiisan just so bored?"    asks Akataro, still in the soul room.    "I mean, I am, so... try doing something. There's gonna be a way out somewhere."   

Hiroji looks at the symbols of luck closer.

Yumeko could feel the presence of the Battleaxe Nurse around the room as he slowly reaches for the door... He begins to sing, hoping that it will convince that nurse that he's truly just a worm. "I'm a wiggly worm! I'm a wiggly worm!! I loove you~ How are you~? I'm a wiggly woooorm!"

To Yuu's relief, the Battleaxe Nurse truly believed that he was a wiggly worm, but the same nurse now sported harpy wings and screeches loudly at Yuu. "Aaawwk! I love worms, wiggly worms are rather delicious to a bird, aaawwk!" But it seemed the happy harpy nurse was just teasing Yuu some more with bird puns...

Yumeko was suddenly fightened, unable to tell that the Battleaxe Nurse was actually teasing him. "UWAAAAH!" He screeches as he inches faster towards the door, getting closer.

Hiroji sits in the corner.    "Ugh... can't figure it out..."   

Akataro glances around the soul room, stretching out his wings a little.    "Ah, of course. Logic was never your strong point. Really explains why you tried to go all "hero" when that nightmare hit the school."   

   "How did you—?"   

   "I know a lot about you here. Everything you remember, I can learn of. After all, I do have a... bond, shall we call it, with your Soul Room."   

Veronica Cyrus, cloaked in shadows, greets Yuu at the door. Unlike the regular Khronica Cyrus of the School Council, Veronica had a wicked smile, a nose-piercing, and a decidedly goth appearance... Plus, Veronica greatly disliked tea and coffee for beverages.

"Hullo Yuu, I see that you're doing well here," Veronica said, "True that Koya had to clean out my internal-database, but it is so lovely to meet you here~" Veronica said, "I'm Veronica, but you can call me Ron for short. I'm a great girlfriend to Queen Koya herself, but you should really get to know her better..." Veronica shows off her red fishnet-stockings

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO—"

"   Calm down, pathetic meatbag. They aren't yours.   "

(Izuru's eyes would appear to rapidly switch to red Hellish Pupils, then back to normal again.)

"Aren't mi—?! Who are y—   The guy you should be thanking for getting rid of that Nightmare. Remember taking any tests since you came here? No?   "

He hesitates. "That is true, but...was it you who was the dark force controlling my body?—   Slow on the uptake, huh? I should've chosen a better host. Kids these days never get demons...   "

Yumeko's eyes turn into stars and squeals. "Oh my god, I want those stockings!!"

He stands upright, still wrapped up in his blanket. "So you're the one that put me in this hopsital??" He asks.

   "I should've possessed a teen,"    says Akataro, lifting up the floorboards in Hiroji's soul room.    "Irrational, hormone-riddled... really would've given me more bang for my buck. And what do I get? A 25-year-old fossil!"   

   "What do you even want?"    asks Hiroji.    "Why are you possessing me?"   

   "Ha! Like I'd tell you."   

"Thaaat's right," Veronica adds smugly, "And don't forget the clock's ticking away and Steph's being Buried Alive in the centre of the vortex! But can you find her in time before a week is up?!" Veronica says, while stroking Yuu's chin... "Oh and do mind ronin Mara in the next room, she's being rather irate today..."

Yuu blushes, his ears turning red as Ron strokes his chin. "Uhh, Steph will probably find her way out... She's tough. Do... Do you want me to go check out this "Mara"?

(Izuru puts his head in his hands...and starts laughing maniacally. Complete with swirly insane eyes.)

(In fact, he sounds exactly like this)

"Ahahahahahaha...!! Who would've thought?! The Exorcist Prince himself, being possessed by the likes of a demon...ahahahahaha...hahahahaha..."

"   Uhhh, hey, kid, what are you doing? Someone else start controlling you or—   " the demon cuts in, but Izuru quickly goes back to laughing as soon as it stops talking.

"Haha...you know what, demon? I accept your curse. Perhaps the pursuit of a life of evil could lead me down the true path after all...ha...ha..."

Hiroji leans against a wall.    "Nobody, and I repeat, nodody, needs to be reminded of my old fanfic folder."   

   "I thought they were nice, really."    Akataro audibly sighs.    "Please say I won't be like this when I go old..."   

   "Let's take your mind off it. How do we get out of this room?"   

   "You have claws, don't you?"   

   "I'm in a straightjacket, so no, I don't."    Hiroji walks to another wall.    "And I doubt I'm strong enough to tear down a fuckin' wall.   

Akataro smiles.    "Think outside the box, Hiro-jiichan. Where else do you have claws?"   

Hiroji notices the long, sturdy-looking nails on his feet, then strikes at the wall with his foot.

Unfortunately, the walls are indestructable from the inside... It looks like Hiroji needs to wait for the others to rescue him first. Fortunately there was a library of magazines in Hiroji's room, excluding books with magical-spells in them. There would also be an ancient dice-game in the corner.

   "Don't mention it,"    says Akataro, flicking through a book uncovered from Hiroji's soul room.    "But, yeah, I guess we just have to... wait it out. Heh..."   

Meanwhile Koya would be getting the ronin Mara ready for preparation. Mara would teleport into Izuru's room. "So, you're the sad ones I have to challenge," the pig ronin Mara scoffs as both Izuru and Kusogi would see the ronin with sorrowful mascara on her face, "This will be fun!" Mara would also have a zealous grin on her face as it seemed that she was armed with a pair of bronze-knuckles and a kendo stick, much to Mara's own confusion. "Koya, you gave me the wrong weapons!" Mara calls out as a katana poofs nearby.

Pig-nosed Mara nods to the nearby spectator (Goethe) nearby, who seems to be devouring a silver plate of still beating human-hearts with a single gulp. Goethe would toss Izuru some easy math equations from a kindergartener's maths book. "Mmmm, carrion's feast. Still hungry though!" Goethe adds bitterly, "All those hearts are hardening my avian arteries."

Yumeko raises a brow. "Where do I find Steph, anyway?"

Veronica gives a hint, "She's near the beach, next to some zombies and a buffet-table."

"Huh? Are you saying I just have to solve—" (Izuru's eyes go demonic) "—   Oi. Let's kill her. I want to test my strength against that ronin nuisance—   these questions?"

He pauses, confused for a second, then shrugs and writes down the answers anyway.

"Zombies, eh? Well thank you. He unwrap himself from his blankets, carrying them in his arms instead.

"I'll be going now. Bye!"

Much to Izuru's woe, the questions keep getting harder and harder, so by the 10th page, he would be on high-school questions and on the 13th page, he would be solving algebraic equations and university physics theories. Veronica waves at Yuu a cheerful goodbye while snickering loudly.

Hiroji notices the books.    "Where did those come from?"    He tries to reach forward to pick one up, somehow forgetting he's wearing a straightjacket.

The books contained theories on the forbidden arts... of human kissing- along with a barely basic version of the illustrative Coma-Sutra with theories on daydreams and nightmares... There would also be a Jumanji-styled game for Hiroji to play if he wanted to.

(As the pages go by, Izuru's writing starts getting more and more frantic, along with his incomprehensible muttering)

"...and then assuming that the mass was converted into a wave...can't get this one wrong yet..."

"   Oh, come on, this is worthless. Please tell me why you're listening to her again.   "

"Shut up, Kuragari, I'm trying to think...this convoluted demon sorcery can be sorted out later."

"   I tolja, that's not my name.   "

(Izuru ignores the demon and continues to solve the problems—until a strange black substance erupts from the orifices of his face and morphs into a demonic grin)

"   Fine, I'll do it myself.   "

(He suddenly rushes towards Mara, poised to attack)

Immortal Mara would block the attack with a single stroke, "Ha! Not half bad soldier!" the pig-demon would grin before unleashing a flurry of roundhouse kicks and furious punches that would make Jet-Li blush and Jackie Chan lose his composure.
