So Bad, It's Horrible is one of the more flame-bait-y parts of the site, so a cleanup thread is needed to ensure that works aren't added simply because someone doesn't like them.
If you want to list a work under this, keep the following in mind:
- The work must have very few fans or defenders (both genuine and ironic). It should fail to appeal to any type of audience.
- Being offensive in its subject matter isn't enough.
- It isn't horrible just because a certain critic disliked it, though their reviews can be used as sources and citations.
- The work should have notably poor reviews (e.g., less than 3/10 on IMDb, or single digit scores on Rotten Tomatoes)
- For a Moral Substitute to qualify, it cannot even appeal to its target demographic.
- Please be polite while writing and as much as possible, avoid falling into Complaining About Shows You Don't Like. Instead, focus on explaining why the work is horrible.

The Xbox One reveal might still count given the huge backlash it received (heck, I was so unimpressed by the reveal it turned me off from ever getting one). I do agree it needs a much shorter and less complain-y writeup, though.
I'd also like to add that successful, well-received works like Sonic the Hedgehog (2020) and Bridge to Terabithia still have Horrible entires for their bad trailers and deceptive marketing.
Came for the tropes, stayed for the cleanup.Speaking of reveals, could I add one for Diablo Immortal? It was just heavily mismanaged and just made it seem like Blizzard was tone-deaf to what was going to occur when they revealed a mobile game. From the timing, to the damage control, to the censorship... it was a disaster that made a terrible first impression of the game.

Thomas fans needed! Come join me in the the show's cleanup thread!Should we call the crowner, or not yet?
I'd like to apologize for all this.I think we can call for cutting the page, as it's almost a 4:1 consensus, but IDK if we can call for PRLC just yet.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Would it be alright if I made another appeal to alternatives to cutting the page? Honestly, I was a little disappointed at my ideas not getting much feedback earlier.
Oh boy, Peta is at it again, this time taking a page from World Animal Protection's book. Except, it is arguably worse, as apparently it isn't even audio of an owl getting tortured.
She/her. Profile pic is by Richard Michael Gomez @StarmansArt. Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkI hollered your post to see if the mods think it's safe to call. I also noted that I wasn't sure whether the PRLC option was within consensus range.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.Wait, what happened specifically? Based on your description I'm not entirely sure I want to click on the link.
TRS Queue | Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper WallBasically, they have a YouTube ad about owls getting tortured in a lab, and it starts with the owls screaming without any warning.
By the way, the crowner is still getting votes. I thought I said that, but apparently not. I don't think it's right to call it just yet.
I'd like to apologize for all this.Christ, does everyone at that organization need to get help? Yeah we should keep an eye on that ad to see the kind of reception it gets, which I can't imagine will be particularly kind. Might be a Horrible candidate in the future.
TRS Queue | Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper WallPETA seems like an internet troll. They're either annoying us on purpose, or they're incredibly breezy.
I mean making bad flash games? Sure, at least I dont have to play them.
Making fun of a dead person? Dude, Not Funny!
But having a youtube ad that literally starts out with a 'screaming owl'? That corporation ain't right.
And imagine, you're just listening to The Kinks, Marvin Gaye, Harry Styles, Public Enemy, The Clash, or whatever, and suddenly, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
And even worse? Guess who else views Youtube? Kids. They're just gonna be watching a fun animation when PETA makes them watch an owl get tortured.
And the worst part? They don't give a shit. They were known for giving kids comments called "Your Mom Kills Animals!" to kids at a performance of the Nutcracker.
Mhm, sorry.
Yeah I have no doubts that this owl thing will be added to Horrible eventually. PETA are delusional if they think this (or any of their other insane stunts) are effective.
Anyway back to cleanup.
TRS Queue | Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper WallCalling in favor of cut. PRLC has failed consensus, so we're not locking it.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportThere were four wicks (including the sandbox saying it was under discussion, which I removed since the discussion concluded), so I took care of them.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass. What kind of videos does that add appear on, because so far all I got is the standard Grammarly and Youtube TV adds to name a few

Actually, the PETA ad has an extra layer of horribleness to it.
You know that owl scream? It wasn’t even recorded from an owl being killed. It was recorded from an owl... that was being coaxed out of its house. By ADHD researchers, who never had any intention to torture or kill the owl.
PETA used emotional manipulation and flat-out lies to get their point across, and that is why I believe it to be worse than the ad that had real audio of animals being slaughtered. Give that ad this: at least it was genuine, non-fabricated audio.
“Now! Let us engage in the art of deduction!”Let's not derail into complaining about exploitative charities we don't like. (Especially because that's what they want). If anybody wants to add the PETA entry, it seems more than applicable.
Curious what ADHD researchers were doing with a screaming owl, though.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I have been wondering why isn't there a Fan Works page for SBIH at first I thought that it was deleted but I checked Horrible.Fan Works and the page has never been created once. There is a lot of horrible fanfiction out there.
CM Sandboxes, MB SandboxesWe had Horrible.Fanfic at one point, but it was PRLC'd because most of the entries violated the site's content policy, and probably also because of the low barrier of entry, similar to why Horrible.Web Original and Horrible.Lets Play were cut.
Oh that is why I couldn't find it cut it was fanfic instead of Fan Works. The deletion reason doesn't say that though it says it was cut since the trope itself was which isn't true considering this place exists. I would like to know what exact content policies it violated?
CM Sandboxes, MB SandboxesAccording to Permanent Red Link Club:
- Horrible.Fanfic: Besides having enough NSFW content to make an HBO executive turn bright red (many entries were of Rule 34), more than a few examples smacked of thinly-veiled, backhanded recommendations of the stories and/or Complaining About Shows You Don't Like.
- Horrible.Fanfic Authors: Created to split Horrible.Fan Fic, it contained what was then the "repeat-offender" section. Caused an index-wide Edit War for being suspect of complaining.
So basically, it attracted pornographic content (which ain't allowed) as well as being a bigger Flame War magnet than other pages since many fanfic writers are also tropers.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Yeah, I guess that makes sense sucks though there are so many really terrible Fanfics that would be right at home here.
CM Sandboxes, MB SandboxesIf anything, that's even more of a reason not to include them. There's not really a barrier of entry for fanfics, so it's not even really notable to list them.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
What I'd do is trim it down to focus much more on the presentations than the consoles themselves.
From what I know, in spite of said presentations, the PS 3 and Xbox One were fairly successful.
