Tropers: The Series

"Oh, Zarquon, oh, photon..."
"Ford? Are you panicking?"
"...Y-yes."
(On the verge of a panic attack, Ford quickly fills a water balloon with Janx Spirit and throws it at the imp. After the balloon hits him, Ford then starts running towards the imp.)
"LEAVE MY FAMILY ALONE, YOU BITCH!"
(Ford then kicks the imp like a soccer ball, sending him flying.)

West screams and shoots a bolt of energy from a jade necklace she just grabbed from the interdimensional bag after returning Mjolnir inside.

FUCK YOU! I ONLY WANT MY LIFE BACK!

Suddenly White, who had only being doing her best to avoid the imp's attacks, rolls up her sleeves and flies into the air, divebombing at the imp.

Past!Playing throws a dictionary at him.

"Hopeful youth discussion!"

"What?"

Marcia creates a scrap shield to protect herself and Junon, who's preparing a spell. Junon creates a arctic tornado and kicks it at the imp.

"Tatsumaki Jigoku!"

"This is fun, but let's get even more power in here," says ChernaPuma.

ChernaPuma pulls out a cell phone and speed-dials Jevil. (NOTE: His number is, of course, "555-CHAOSCHAOSCHAOSCHAOS..." ad infinitum) only to be greeted with the jester's answering machine.

"It is I, Jevil, the name of whom you have reached! Thank you for calling, calling! But I'm off bringing merriment to another dimension, many dimensions away. I'll call back when I feel like it! Have a chaotic day, day! Uee hee hee! See ya."

"Aw, nuts," says ChernaPuma. "Well, at least I've got my spooky monster summoning! It's time for... Frank."

An absolutely enormous ghost appears. But he's just a simple Bedsheet Ghost, with two dot eyes and nothing else.

"Hey Frank, would you please ram into that guy for me?"

"Yeah, sure thing."

Frank flies towards the Imp at Mach 1 speed.

Puma's initial attack is the perfect one to overload the Imp. Despite his increasingly powerful time aura, he is nonetheless overwhelmed by the swarm of bats (which, as they near him, turn into younger and older bats. the younger bats mostly drop down because they cannot fly, but to recompense the older bats only become bigger and angrier), ghost and skeletons (which, as they near him, turn into... alive people), and more (which undergo similar transformations).

"Gyaaah!! What is this?!" the Imp exclaims as the bats swarm him and the people stampede over him. "You've gotta be kidding me with this attack!"

This puts him in prime position to take the full force of Playing's claws, and then get blasted into the air from Ford's explosion.

"This isn't fair!" he exclaims as Ford punts him into the sky, though Ford gets temporal leg cramps as a result.

The Imp takes the full force of West's magic blast, and get positively slaughtered by White's divebomb, though she suffers some kind of temporal discomfort as a result as well.

"Seriously?! A dictionary?!" he exclaims, as it bonks him on the head, at the same time turning into an outdated volume of the same dictionary.

The Imp is kicked into the air by Junon's arctic tornado, which he screams and sputters all the way through.

Finally, he's hit full force by Frank, flying at Mach speed into the atmosphere.

It's a little while before he comes down, landing hard on the ground. He's beaten, bruised, and in general disrepair. Through all the blunt force trauma, the Time Fork ended up breaking somewhere along the way.

"You're fools if you think you've won, Tropers. You haven't seen the last of J. Bonkhaus Wolfspiders..."

Just then, he's struck by Dan's "time knife", the mirror shard shimmering with the immense power of time.

"Uh oh."

In a blinding flash of light, the Imp disappears into the timestream.

"Hey guys, look over there," I point, suddenly remembering I exist. A nearby floating screen is displaying the Prehistoric ages, where the Imp is shown getting eaten by a T-Rex.

"FORD!"
(Chey rushes over to Ford's side.)
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah... My leg's cramping but it's better than being dead."
(Chey hugs Ford.)
"Chey! Ford! Look!"
(Clone!Robin points at the floating screen. Chey and Ford look at it.)
".....Oh, my giddy aunt. It's over, ain't it?"
(Chey tears up as do Clone!Robin.)
"It sure to Zarquon looks like it."
(Clone!Robin smiles as tears start flowing from his eyes.)
"We did it! WE DID IT, EVERYONE!"

"Yay, three cheers for us!", Misako would be heard saying while Olapen would be meeping with happiness as Steph looks astounded. "So, we actually did it?! Awesome!" Steph smiles giddily

Despite all his immense power he was still kind of a wimp, I don't think he landed a single hit the entire fight"

Just then, a screen showing the aftermath of the battle at the Time Council spins around and glows, dumping Rick Sanchez out onto the final boss arena.

"Congratulations, Tropers, you *burrrrp* saved the timeline. Completely fucked up about three times in the process, but hey, can't win 'em all."

"A simple thank you would suffice," I mutter.

"As if," he responds. "Anyways. We've put that Farabutto guy into custody, and we're rounding up the rest of his dissenters as we speak. There was some nasty time paradox stuff going on with that Imp, but we'll handle all the loose ends."

"I'm sure you're already for this to be over, I know I sure am. So, if you could just hand over that Eagle, we'll put it in containment, and you can be on your way. You should be able to access the whole timeline from here. In fact, I think that's your exit right there."

As he says this, a screen floats by, detailing a true scene for sore eyes: The Tropesburg Festival, where all the NPCs are gathered together.

"Here you go."
(Chey then gives Rick the Eagle.)
"Hey, uh, before we go, first off, thanks for everything. Second off, uh... D-do you wanna come to my wedding?"

"Huh? Shit, sure I guess. I'll bring the family."

He takes the Eagle and drops it in a large bag labeled "EVIDENCE".

"Well, time to say goodbye to this whole ordeal. I'll see you next time, Tropers."

With that, Rick disappears through his portal, leaving us alone in the time arena.

"Well, it's time to go home," I sigh. "Who's going first?"

"Me," White says without a hint of hesitation, jumping into the screen.

"Well, I guess we're y'all ready?"
"I've been ready to go home ever since all this started."
"Same here."
"Right... Here we go!"
(Chey, Ford, and Clone!Robin then go through the screen next and end up back in Tropesburg.)
"Oh, smeg! It worked!"
"W-We're back in Tropesburg!"
"Oh, Belgium!"
"SMEGGING HECK! Fordie, we're home!"
(Chey then smiles and hugs Ford as carefully tight as she could. Ford gives her a kiss.)
"And it's about zarking time too."
"Hey, don't leave me out of the hug!"
"We won't! Come here, Robin."
(Clone!Robin then joins in on the hug. Meanwhile...)

On the other side of the screen is, of course, the Tropesburg Festival, where the NPCs are preparing to launch a massive fireworks show. At long last, the true nature of the festival has been revealed - It's December 31st, the eve of the New Year.

"You guys go ahead, I'll join you in a minute

Dan walks up to the "time knife" and picks it up

"This is a potentially extremely dangerous item that I'm almost hundred percent sure the Time Council would not want me to keep

Gotta make sure to add 'spiting those assholes' to the list of reasons I'll keep it"

"Oh my gosh, I cannot wait to get home," says Puma, back as Toon Puma. He leaps through the screen.

"Go, Playing. Go whenever you want."

Past!Playing chooses to go back into Shakespearean times, to get better at speaking.

"Happy New Year!"

"As fun as the future looks, it's great to finally be back again...let's go!" Zanreo says as she jumps through the screen.

Junon and Marcia enter the screen.

Playing enters the screen.

"After a half year, it's good to be 🎶hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooome🎶!"

"Alright, this has been fun and all, but..."

Bob grabs Squigly and gently tosses her through the screen.

"I lied, this sucked."

Bob follows her through.

As Dan walks out

"Any of you know about a blacksmith who's used to dealing with artifacts? Hoping to get this forged into a proper knife"

Puma enters Tropesberg, cheering.

"Woohoo! We did it! Everything is back to normal! In fact, that toon potion I took should have worn off by now, so now I'm back to normal t-"

Puma looks at his hands and realizes that they are still cartoon paws, but now golden-brownish. His eyes widen with a "thud" sound effect (like the last sound here.)

Puma looks down at a convenient puddle and his reflection shows that he is still in toon puma/cat form, but updated to have more of a 90's look.

"Well... I guess drinking an untested potion right before hopping through time or space or whatever wasn't a good idea... but this is cool!"
