Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

I came here because Adaptational Cheerfulness Upgrade was cut without a listed reason. I thought its launch was sudden, too, but I discarded Adaptational Angst Downgrade because ACU was older.
So it's been launched for a month, and had a notice, but Foul Fox never addressed issues with [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/discussion.php? tropeworthiness]] raised several times along with overlap with Predators Are Mean since it's just "Predators Are Mean, and also foxes are one of the most common predators in the planet."
If it's too late, then so be it but tropes of "X, but good/evil!" irk me especially since Cunning Like a Fox explicitly states that foxes aren't defined by a good/evil stereotype.

I agree with you there. The trope description is mostly just Cunning Like a Fox and why there's a negative perception of foxes in real life (rather than in works).
Regarding the examples, most seem to be just "fox-based character is the villain". They don't explain how the fox is being portrayed as vicious and cruel because it's a fox (or that it's portrayed as a fox to emphasise viciousness and cruelty). In fact, many of the examples don't tell us whether the character is vicious/cruel/mean at all, which makes them shoehorned (see the Grimm Fuchsbau entry) or zero context (in some cases, very wordy zero context, like the Bambi entry). One "downplayed" Zootopia entry is just a straight CLAF example, which immediately raises the question of how separate Foul Fox genuinely is from CLAF (the other Zootopia entries are supposedly a deconstruction, but merely look like CLAF). Most of the "fox as villains" entries look like they're nothing more than the second sentence of CLAF (depictions "can be good guys, bad guys, or completely neutral"), meaning the trope either isn't distinct from CLAF, or it was launched with heavy misuse built into the trope.
It also seems to have wider problems with its trope associations than just CLAF; there's nothing about it that makes it an automatic sub-trope of Scavengers Are Scum — even though the trope description attempts to make a connection, all it does it is suggest there is an occasional trope overlap, not a super-trope/sub-trope relationship.

I agree that Foul Fox has issues, I think I even protested on the draft too, but at a month after launch I'm not sure if it's unlaunchable.
