Perhaps we should make one.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.I once read a crossover between The Loud House and I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream.
(they/them)Link to fic pls. I'm morbidly curious.

This.
It's not a fanfic, and it's clearly WIP, but it's really, really weird.
Special mention goes to the chapter "Rotting Strawberries" where the (immortal, I guess?) Big Bad psychologically tortures the Token Mini-Moe by way of a random reference to Nick Cave's Murder Ballads, Straw Nihilist ramblings, a misogynistic comment out of nowhere, showing off a box cutter, a Self-Mutilation Demonstration, and a Bible quote.
What the fuck.
Also, it's not very good in general. When the main cast is a 30-Sue Pileup consisting of a Jerkass, a Stripperiffic Robotic Psychopath, a Captain Ersatz of Dante from Devil May Cry, an angel and a demon, an Artificial Human who's an obnoxious moeblob, and more...What the fuck.

Nyaa!OK this might be stretching the definition a bit since it's more a reaction to a fanfic site, but this is the most fitting place I can find to talk about it; Hazbin Hotel: Journey To The Light. OK, wiki-based fanfiction of Hazbin Hotel, strange but not unprecedented in concept. What is weird is that the Villains Wiki and adjacent Pure Evil Wiki have a bunch of pages to characters/versions of characters from the fanfiction, in spite of the fact they otherwise don't do fanwork-specific character profiles in said wikis...that's for the Villains fanon and Pure Evil fanon Wiki.
There's also a major Hilarious in Hindsight moment where their version of Beelzebub is listed in the Pure Evil wiki, when Viv's canon version of Beelzebub is one of the nicest people in that series...and the latter came afterwards. Overall the wiki-based fanfic isn't too weird, but the reaction on other wikis (which feel inspired by TV Tropes) is just a strange approach to me
My first introduction to the concept of a Crack Ship years ago was a fanfic shipping the Weasley's car with Sirius' Black's motorcycle.
Still one of my favorite HP fics. XD
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Definitely that Mello (death note)/Tetris Block smut fanfic. It was called "getting around the block" and it was the weirdest goddamned thing I ever read.
Saw a fic once years ago that had Peridot (NSFW alert) shove doritos up her ass as its climax of the plot of Peridot discovering doritos while stranded on Earth post-Season 1.
I don't think any fanfic can shock me anymore after that.

"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."
that sounds awesome enough to need it's own trope page, it seems the author put a lot of thought into it
