This thread is for general discussion of page quotes, whether to change, move or remove them.
Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/) or, if they don't have an article, on Quotes Looking for an Article.
Image captions are discussed elsewhere and have their own thread in the Image Pickin' forum.

That works, especially if you know that Total Eclipse of the Heart is based on Dracula.
Bumping this issue with Evangelion from last page.
Everybody loves the me! I’m a great athlete!I don't entirely get the quote in Pretending to Be One's Own Relative. With no context it seems like the man is just correcting someone on a mistake
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessYeah, that is not clear at all. Unfortunately, there's no quotes page for a replacement.
Yo mods, can you please hook a crowner for Monster.Fan Works with the following options?
Sherlock Holmes: You tried to kill me.
The Barnslake Killer: Yes, I did. A pity it didn't come off. It would have been a marvellous feather in my cap. All the same, I might still get that feather.
I like it, but I would drop the second sentence from Old Biff.
Agreed. But the quote makes the trope more clear.
Everybody loves the me! I’m a great athlete!I agree; with the "present" part removed, the Biff quote works well enough. It's a funny version of it, too.

Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessWhy does Uncle Vanya have a header consisting of a Take That! in the form of a Family Guy line? Permission to strike it (and the weird additional Take That! in the YMMV page) down?

Thanks for playing King's Quest V!It isn't entirely irrelevant:
- Referenced in "A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Bucks", when Peter attends a performance of Uncle Vanya, that he finds to be rather dull. He calls out from the audience, "For crying out loud, somebody throw a pie!"
But it's an obtuse and unnecessary reference either way, so definite cut.
back lolWow that's an unnecessary quote. Please snip it.
Yes definitely! I guess the comment makes sense in context, but not as a page quote.

Yes to the NYPD quote.
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsDo we have consensus on the Grady Quote?
Any opinions on the Sinister Schnoz case?
Let's just say and leave it at that.Works for me.
Music.Songs Of Innocence has a quote that's just commentary about the album's infamous release strategy, without really reflecting on the actual content of the album. At the very least, it needs to be deleted; however, I'd still like to float this proposition for an alternative quote. This specific lyric encapsulates the album's theme of preserving hope, but it might be a little obtuse:
And there is a world we can always be
If there is a dark that we shouldn't doubt
And there is a light, don't let it go out"
Crown Description:
What should be the page quote for Monster.Fan Works?
Since the Glowing Eyes quote by the Ramones wasn't really good and has been commented out, I have a better suggestion for it:
