I laughed.
NO TREE FOR ME (ALSO LOVES HER BOYFRIEND)What's the feminine counterpart for Roy?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. How the Hell would Rule 63 work for me?
This is a serious question.
NO TREE FOR ME (ALSO LOVES HER BOYFRIEND)You would be male

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.@whale - But rule 63 is "For every male character, there is a female counterpart."
I'm biologically male.
MY HEAD HURTS.
NO TREE FOR ME (ALSO LOVES HER BOYFRIEND)Technically the OP said "gender-swapped", so if we want to be pedantic about the "gender" bit, and ignore the conventional meaning of the set phrase and of "rule 63", no physical change would occur.
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text-Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffI'd be oridude, and I'd be a cranky gay guy with self-esteem issues.
Aren't you happy I'm me instead? :D
Doodles@Bobby - *sneezes* Sorry, I'm allergic to pedantry.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.@Aiko, you're female so your rule 63 persona would be male.
Dutch LesbianI think Kerrah works as a woman's name as well as a man's. It rhymes with Hannah, after all.
Well shit.
NO TREE FOR ME (ALSO LOVES HER BOYFRIEND)Talby is a surname, so I would still just be Talby.
Attractive Vamp 22, I guess?
Usually here.I'd be Carciofa, and I'd be... well, pretty much as I am now, I think, except female, I think.
Although, I am not sure about how a female me would have reacted to the male preponderance in scientific disciplines, and to the fact that male children are generally more expected to pursue them than females.
As a kid, I was about equally interested in science and in literature (perhaps I even favored the latter somehow): if girl!me had been encouraged to pursue the latter more than the former, I could see her making some different choices. Or perhaps she'd get annoyed at the pressure and push back harder. I dunno.
But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.Idla 20 would be almost exactly the same, except better dressed.
You're an ad hominem attack!Phoenixory(?) would probably be even shyer than current me is now, and would most likely have a job at a library. She'd also be much more likely to wear her glasses, and a little less prone to snarking. Just a little.
I guess we could go... wherever we please.Since I have no gender identity, how would this work for me?
somethingDaca; according to my trope page and discussions on the Gender Swap forum game is an Action Girl, loves shoes, possibly an Amazonian Beauty but refuses to say because of Darkclaw, Good Bad Girl, The Lad-ette, full of Les Yay (due to being a lesbian), Meganekko, prone to Poke the Poodle, a Plucky Girl, a Statuesque Stunner at six feet and an inch and says "Totally" a lot! Oh; that and she's probably a Blood Knight and a Ditzy Genius.
And although I'd have no way of knowing this from myself; I'm gonna say she is a case of Buxom Is Better; (because I can).
In That Human's case; I say That Human should be allowed to make up both a male and female That Human to keep That Human's mystery...mysterious.

I totally hate my avatar. Just saying. They would be... This (Wo)Man?
somethingWith the brackets; you still stay a mystery, since either woman or man can be implied due to the brackets.
