It's a line Mitch, the charscter in the avatar, says in the original Chronicles of Meap episode.

It's being explained why the avatar, while their face is a little fearsome, just isn't very scary. It's hard to be scared of such a silly noise.

Probably a reference of one of the shows the actor had a role in.

It's related to how liking Fiona Fox would have you considered a furry, particularly due to Fiona Fox's nature.

Zig is doing exactly what the signature describes.

It's either describing the avatar or being said by the avatar. I'm gonna go it's being said by the avatar? In which case, that's a hell of an attitude there.

Well, I get that it's related to the show he's from. I assume the character must be a fool. The phrasing is maybe a phrase the character uses? Or an epitaph. And with the dates...Did the creator die?
