Just a new idea as a result from a virus; Virtual Fight A.

Basically the premise is that a boy and girl fight viruses attacking a operating system named Limbo; a tron like environment. They get orders from Mal; a program that detects viruses.

Season 1 Finale throws a huge twist though; Mal's last name is Ware. And those viruses were programs she infected her self to keep them busy.

Nerdette, a romcom about a nerdy high school girl who befriends her bully after discovering that he's a closet nerd. Although there are ongoing story arcs, the show has a generally episodic feel (similar to 6teen I guess) and is accompanied by a Framing Device in the form of a comic book/video game/anime/Hollywood action flick (medium and genre changes every episode) styled world starring the main character's alter ego who goes through adventures based off of the morals she learns in the real world.

Visually, the artwork would be somewhat similar to My Life As A Teenage Robot and graphically takes influence from comics (similar to how Scott Pilgrim uses comic graphics) and anime.

This is something I would really want to pitch to Disney Channel. Perfect for their tweenaged girl audience while being engaging enough to attract a Periphery Demographic like a good number of other Disney Channel animated shows have.

Main characters (working names):
Morgan Mouse: A stressed out AP student with very few friends. Although she acts really shy, she's boisterous and whiney around the people she's comfortable with. She is heavily involved in many different traditionally nerdy interests including comics, video games, anime, and roleplay. She is prone to daydreaming.

Avery Trent: Resident Jerk Jock. He's the kind of diot high school boy who makes fun of girls for being virgins. He's secretly a huge nerd and has kept his interests bottled up after the "trauma" of having one kid offhandedly call him a nerd back in grade school. He originally only starts hanging out with Morgan both as a threat to not reveal his secret and as a means to freely explore his interests with someone other than himself. Slowly turns from a plain old jerk to a Jerk with a Heart of Gold.

Amy Yao: Morgan's best friend. She's a short Deadpan Snarker who has some of the best grades in the AP classes. She has more acquaintences than Morgan, but has few friends because of her cold personality. Not that she cares. Has a huge passion for art despite her parents' disapproval.

Danny Sanchez: Morgan's childhood friend who works at the often deserted local arcade Morgan and Avery often hang out at. I haven't thought of much of a personality for him beyond being a generally Nice Guy.

Nerdette: Morgan's alter ego. She's a cool and athletic international spy who hides in the shaodws as a gangster with superpowers. (her world also includes alternate versions of other characters in the show)

To answer the question in the thread titile: Yes.

...

More specifically, I had an idea when I was in middle school, though it started out as a comic book I was making, which I titled Tacky Racky: Digging Raccoon (and I later named my main You Tube channel after it, since when I signed up for You Tube, "0dd1" was taken). That comic book lasted a single issue (which took me several years to finish—I started on a second one eventually, but I'm never going back and finishing it), and in that single issue I managed to completely rip off the Archie Comics Sonic The Hedgehog series, only with a less humorous villain, really bad pacing, and, bizarrely, an unfunny Wacky Races-type plot as the first story in the first issue. Also, my main character was a a raccoon who could turn himself into a ball and turn his hands into drills...for no real reason *

, and for some reason his eyes look like a ski mask, since I thought it'd look cooler that way than actual raccoon eyes. His "Tails", so to speak, was his kid sister, an armadillo who is more or less a book-smart Dee Dee from Dexters Laboratory.

Also, I made half the main supporting cast flying squirrels, because why the hell not? Rounding out the cast was a half-roboticized rabbit WHO WAS TOTALLY "NOT" A RIPOFF OF BUNNIE RABBOT BECAUSE THIS WAS A BOY RABBIT, NOT A GIRL! AND HE WEARS A MAGICIAN HAT BECAUSE I'M UNCREATIVE :D

Planned plots I had included:

  • A body-switching story in which Tacky and his sister would learn to love and respect each other I'm sure, plus tons of WACKY HILARITY!
  • A rather meta, surreal several-issue-long plot in which all the characters would try to take over writing the comic, and then everything would somehow get screwed up and all and I'm sure everything would be back to status quo in the end. Keep in mind, this was what I had planned for issue #2, before I even had established any sort of status quo.
  • An educational story about the kiwa hirsuta (as you might be able to tell, I developed this concept when this species was first discovered).
  • The eventual addition of a new member of the team of Freedom Fighters critters who want liberation. This new member would be a sugar glider, because f—k yeah, sugar gliders.

I even actually ended up making a papier machete model of my main character in my art class (which, because of the way I designed it, caused me more trouble than it was worth because of the tail), but I don't think I still have it, sadly.

Also, if you're curious, this is a sketch I just made of what Tacky's supposed to look like. As you can tell, I'm not the greatest at drawing raccoons.

A Disneyfication of the Origin of Species

  • It tells the story of Charles Darwin's trip to the Galápagos Islands, while exploring one of the islands, he finds some sort of artifact that gives him the ability to talk/listen to the exotic fauna

  • The Villain is a pirate captain who plans to get rich by selling the exotic fauna of the Galápagos Islands (his Villain Song is called "We're Gonna be Rich" where he tells his crew about his plan) he also has a Frigatebird instead of a Parrot

  • There would be a Disney Acid Sequence where Darwin watches the courtship dance of the Blue-footed Booby

I have an idea for a cartoon show about a Magical Girl named Maeve Reinhardt who discovers that she's a fairy princess and is sent to a school for supernatural teenagers. The show would be basically a comedy-drama that would mix between adventure and slice-of-life.

Every time a fairy says that it doesn't believe in humans, a human child dies.

This idea was inspired by the Battle for Terra, it's pretty much the same basic story (A group of Humans leave Earth to start a new life on an alien planet) but with a few differences

  • The aliens have the same level of Technology we had in the Middle Ages

  • Each half hour ep would have two stories, one centering around the humans and one centering around the aliens

  • Human characters would include The leader of the human settlers, who wants peace with the aliens, his trigger happy second in command who believes in an us vs. them mentality and a Corrupt Corporate Executive who only wants to make a profit

  • Alien characters would include The leader of the alien nation/kingdom who rules the territory where the humans first settled, who wants peace and a fanatic priest, who wants all the human settlers dead (in the aliens religion, the demon counterparts live in the sky, while the angel counterparts live under the earth)

[up][up][up] Wait, we can add whatever we like to the Darth Wiki, regardless if it's real now, real later on, or never real? surprised

Anyways, new Idea time!

New Super Mario Bros. Super Show!

  • Based off the classic Super Mario Bros Super Show, the New Super Mario Bros. Super Show will have a live action segment split into two, with a cartoon segment in between.
  • Mario and Luigi in the Cartoon would be voiced by Charles Martinet (The man who currently voices them in game), while Live Action Mario and Luigi would be played by different people.
  • Unlike the original show, NSMBSS will be based heavily on the game, instead of loosely. For example, King Koopa will be called his real name, Bowser; his kids will have their appropriate names; and the Mushroom Kingdom will not have things like Victoria World, Mobster World, and 50s' World.
  • The Main team of Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach and Toad will change slightly in their interactions:
    • Mario will be a leader who, while not the brightest tool in the barn shed, will be good for the gang.
    • Luigi's cowardice will be downplayed in most circumstances with the exception of haunted houses. He will also try to play up his role in the group (When telling stories at bars, for example)
    • Princess Peach will be a smart girl who, while not really wanting to be a leader, accepts the role for the good of her people. She also helps Mario improve on his plans on defeating Bowser.
    • Toad will have the most changes to him; He will be the former head of the Toad Guard, who use to exist in order to protect the Mushroom Kingdom. When Bowser invaded and his Royal Army fell apart, he, along with Toadsworth and a couple of other toads, were able to get the Princess out of the Kingdom and into hiding. As such, he's very headstrong and is a constant show off to the Princess, who downright hates Mario being in charge of the group (He'd rather be in charge, or he'd rather the Princess take full control). He usually ruins Mario's plans, and causes setbacks from time to time.
    • So, basically, their Four Man Band goes like this:
  • Bowser will not change costume from week to week to fit the scenario. He will become a lot more competent and dastardly. He and his army will win from time to time to make him a credible threat.
  • The Cartoon will add characters who have joined the Mario team: Rosalina will be hinted at, while Toadsworth, Bowser Jr., Kamek, the Yellow and Blue Toad, and the Toad Space explorers (Who will not be exploring space, but rather distant lands hardly touched by Mushroom Kingdom) will be added.
  • Mouser will remain in the cartoon, just because I feel he's been underused.
  • The Live Action skit's will go from "Goofy weird plots" to a funnier, more serious version. It will still have cameo's and jokes, but from time to time the Mario Bros. will indeed come upon a serious issue (There business almost getting closed but they are saved by the taxman who takes pity on them) every now and then.

[up] True, but evidence points that he's only really a coward in the face of ghosts. For example, in the Paper Mario series, Luigi constantly talks about his own heroic mission in his own far away place with his own little allies. The only places I can think of him being a complete coward are the Mario And Luigi Rpg's and Luigi's Mansion. Everywhere else he's been as brave as his Brother.

Also, if you are curious, yes, E. Gadd would indeed be in the series.

Kaabii: Hoshi No Senshi/Star Warrior Kirby is a direct Sequel Series to Hoshi No Kaabii/Kirby: Right Back At Ya!

A 52 episode series Taking place six months after the original series ends, the threat of Nightmare has been neutralized and the galaxy is returning to peace. The rebuild of Pupupuland is well underway, Dedede has restored his castle to an even grander state than before, etc. With no more Demon Beasts to fight and Kirby around, King Dedede will be forced to stay honest.

Things are not quite as peaceful as they seem, however. A greatly weakened Nightmare has opened the floodgates for a new, greater evil. A mysterious entity known only as Zero has been gathering strength, corrupting once-vibrant planets and stars. If he is not stopped, Zero will corrupt and eventually destroy everything that exists.

Zero's next target is the planet Popstar.

This series contains much more character development than the original series (Dedede becomes a good guy, Tokkori learns to be more of a big brother to Kirby, Kirby learns to be less oblivious, etc.), and features more characters from the games. Among those featured are Marx, Magalor (in a plot about harnessing the power of Dark Matter for good or something), Gooey, possibly Nago, Pitch and Ado/Adeline, etc.

The show would have slice-of-life plots in Pupupuland, character driven episodes, and Monster Of The Week episodes. As with the original series, the plotlines are mainly focused around the latter. The structure of the Monster Of The Week episodes consists of Zero sending a creature/gizmo/other to Popstar and the citizens of Pupupuland dealing with its existence culminating in a major threat and Kirby saving the day. For example: The wishing machine Nova.

The series would get more scary/surreal after Gooey shows up. The three-part series finale is a loose adaption of Kirby's Dream Land 2, culminating in the final episode which is an epic final fight between Kirby and Zero, then Zero-two, then Dark Matter itself.

I have come up with a few cartoon ideas of my own. smile I have been kind of embarrassed about sharing them with others though. Here are two:

  • Fossil Frank: A cartoon about an intelligent Deinonychus who, sick of being the only smart guy around, builds a time machine so that he may travel to the future where he hopes dinosaurs will have evolved to his level of smarts. But Frank's dream soon becomes a nightmare when he arrives in the 21st century and sees that mammals, not dinosaurs, are the dominant species.

  • A more light-hearted cartoon featuring a female protagonist, this one still has a few kinks to work out. It would be a sort of silly and fun show, all I have for it right now is a base premise, I will post more about it when I get the chance.

Ya, I'm weird like that...

Comedy Cartoon Idea: Plant People

I'm tired of stories about talking animals in schools, I want carton about humanoid plants. Tulips, grass, Venus Fly Traps, the works. Hero should be cactus and his female friend a rose. They're both can use their thorns to their advantage and hero has to save the day during drought when no one else can. Big Good is a huge tree, with his large roots covering whole school and he even produces food for cafeteria by dropping his giant apples. There also cute seed baby characters, character named Weed who acts like a stoner and all villains are herbivores. Just picture heroes shaking in fear in front of talking goat going "Come closer I don't bite....I had a big lunch" surrounded by leftovers of (non sentient) plants.

Action Cartoon Idea: Inta-Crossover

Premise of "Worlds in Crisis" would that there are five worlds, each more-less complex and interesting enough on its own that they could potentially have their own cartoon and whole show is about them interacting. Picture reptilian wizard finding himself in steam punk robot world and figuring out what he can do here. Alliances, wars, plans for conquest, seemingly impossible creations appearing in each world, chaos and confusion...and finally heroes from different worlds who must work together to keep it all under control.

Slice-of-life Comedy Animated Series: "Many of the characters have Medium Awareness: The Show."

A new teenage girl moves to the suburb. Because she is the main character, the story revolves around her. There will be gags about slice-of-life kids stuff, but there will also be gags about the format, how it's all a cartoon, why a character's parents doesn't appear—and if they even exist, a character overestimating how high a basketball rim when he's stuck holding onto it after a dunk due to the camera angle, etc.

The action picks up in season 2 when the main character goes to school, as summer break is over. The main character gets to experience various school drama tropes—as the dreaded bully, the sports jock, a talent show participant, etc. Meanwhile, she has to fend off some other characters who are trying to steal the main character position from her. Villainous plots can include the actors of the minor characters talking with the production crew, stealing the main character's reputation (like the title of school bully), etc.

And when a character actually succeeds, he actually does become the main character for a while (like he wakes up in his bedroom and realizes it wasn't all a dream but he feels the universe revolving around him like a Villain or Lower Deck Episode) but because Status Quo Is God, he will either realize being the main character is harder than it is, the "real" main character winning back the main character slot in a duel, or beg the "real" main character to take back the main character slot.
