• Designated Hero:
  • The main characters in The Fabulizers kidnap an innocent boy and force him to change himself. This results in the boy getting injured to the point of wearing a full-body cast.
  • Dodger Dare from The Imperfect Duplicates of Dodger Dare is willing to kill his own clones just to get his date. Not to mention the unbelievable amounts of disrespect he heaps on his BEST FRIEND, who obviously and inexplicably has a crush on him.
• Harsher in Hindsight: The titular character in Bozzelbag's Zip being an expy of Bill Cosby, especially with Bozzelbag having zero bounds for personal space in his introduction.
• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • Gravity Falls has an episode where Dipper tries to impress Wendy with photocopied clones that die in water, just like The Imperfect Duplicates of Dodger Dare.
  • Foodfight! ended up with another world of advertising mascots just like "Mascot Prep".^note Even though Foodfight technically came first before Development Hell set in.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: The Mysterious Mr. Enter views Flip-Flopped and Too Many Robots to have great premises but terrible execution. He would later attempt to retool the former into his own original work called Growing Around, though that hasn't come without its own troubles.
• Retroactive Recognition: The daughter in My Mom Married a Yeti is voiced by Lara Jill Miller, using the exact same voice she would use for Lisa Loud.
• Unintentionally Sympathetic: Colin from Bozzlebag's Zip is meant to be in the wrong, even though he was forcefully taken to a bizarre new town against his wishes.
