- In Jumanji the board's instructions have rule D written in all caps.
- Tatsuo Kimura in ACE Academy always talks in all caps.
- Professor Parpar in Annventure when turned into Lord Parpar talks in caps representing with Robo Speak.
- Chippy: The Oracle, Neophyte, Kraken, Prospector, all Crossfire enemies, the Ball Pit server, and the Credits boss have speech bubbles with capital letters only.
- Certain Deltarune characters, namely the Voice in the intro, talk in capitalized text.
- Naoto Shirogane in Persona 4, despite being serious otherwise, capitalizes text messages sent to the protagonist.
- Some characters in Undertale talk in capitalized text, especially the robot Metatton and always shouting Papyrus. Furthermore, the game's title is typically capitalized.
- Pontifex Vulgora's speech in The Arcana is capitalized, to show that he's Ax-Crazy with No Indoor Voice.
- Stelsa Sezyat from Homestuck types in all caps with almost no punctuation.
- The mechanical rabbit in Married to the Sea talks nonsense in all caps.
