The villains are stealing animals for their Scary Animal Mansion. The Wild Kratts and the Wild Kratts Kids must work together to stop them and save their animal friends.

- Becoming the Costume: Chris and Martin have to stay in their creature power suits until Halloween is over because they left the Vampire Bat and Goliath Tarantula back in South America and they wouldn't be able to use the suits again without them if they deactivate.
- Dramatic Thunder: Thunder crashes and lightning strikes when Donita introduces her "Runway of Doom".
- Failed Attempt at Scaring: The villains' plan to scare the Wild Kratt Kids fails because they find their "creepy" animals more interesting than scary.
- Faint in Shock: Jimmy faints when Chris flies over him in his Vampire Bat creature power suit and scares him.
- Halloween Episode: The second part of a two-part episode in which the Kratt brothers spend Halloween having a creepy creature adventure.
- Halloween Songs: The Wild Kratts sing one together at the end of the episode.
- How Do I Shot Web?: Chris and Martin have trouble controlling their wings and multiple arms respectively while they’re stuck in their creature power suits.
- The Man Behind the Curtain: The Wild Kratt Kids reveals the robot Zach is using to generate ghosts by pulling back the velvet curtain it's hiding behind.
- Mix-and-Match Critters: Martin's creature power suit malfunctions while he's holding a bunch of different animals, so he ends up getting the arms of an Aye-aye, the feet of a Black Jaguar, the legs of a Gila Monster, the tail of a Spider Monkey, the armor of a Thorny Devil, and the head of a Wolf.Aviva: It really is a creepy-cool power suit!
- Our Ghosts Are Different: Zach creates ghosts out of spooky sea creatures by using a robot to keep the animals in suspended animation and generate the apparitions.
- "Pan Up to the Sky" Ending: As a wolf, most likely Little Howler, howls in the background.
- Previously on…: Being a two-part episode, this second part begins with one, since the second part aired on the same day the first part aired, it results in it being To Be Continued... Right Now.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: The rest of the villains leave after they realize none of their animals are scaring the Wild Kratt Kids.Gourmand & Aviva: Another one of Zach's great ideas that didn't work.
- Shrink Ray: Zach uses the Wild Kratts' Miniaturizer to "big-size" all sorts of creepy creatures, so then the team has to shrink them back to their normal size.
- Skewed Priorities: When the team lands the Tortuga in Pumpkin Town, the team immediately forgets about retrieving the Miniaturizer from Zach and decides to join some Wild Kratts Kids for trick-or-treating. Luckily, the first house they stop at happens to be Zach's Scary Animal Mansion.
- Watch Out for That Tree!: While flying around the Tortuga in his bat creature power suit, Chris flies face-first into the Createrra.Chris: Who parked the Createrra there?
- Worst. Whatever. Ever!: At the end of the episode, Zach says "Worst Halloween ever!" after all his plans have been foiled by the Wild Kratts.
