The 38th episode and Part 4 of 'Necrosan-The Final Challenge'.
After Titan and his minions decide to jump Necrosan in a moment, Godzilla and Mothra are chosen to fight Kumasogami, the Demon of Despair. The fight ends up going disastrously for our duo until the demon pushes Mothra too far. From all the anger from the despair she witnesses, she transforms into the famed Armor Mothra. With that, she and Godzilla soundly defeat Kumasogami.
However, Necrosan has gotten desperate and he is resorting to visiting a being in which all, even Satan, fear. Nyarlathotep.
- An Arm and a Leg: Kumasogami loses his arms to Armor Mothra's razor wings.
- Back-to-Back Badasses: Godzilla and Armor Mothra.
- Beam-O-War: Godzilla and Kumasogami engage in this until Armor Mothra causes the former to win out.

- Curb-Stomp Battle: Kumasogami floors the duo...until Armor Mothra comes in.
- Didn't Think This Through: Necrosan realizes that now he has an entire team to beat since nobody lost to any of the Hellspawn.
- Everything's Deader with Zombies: Zombie Pterosaurs, Zombie Pachycephalosaurs (with wheels as lower parts), and Zombie Herrerasaurs are called in to help the demon.
- Godzilla Threshold: No, this has nothing to do with him here. It's when Necrosan goes to Nyarlathotep to get help. How is THAT a good thing?!
- Lethal Lava Land: The setting of the battle.
- Death Mountain: Complete with one of these!
- Chekhov's Volcano: It ends up erupting and killing Kumasogami along with all the rest thrown at him.
