Jean, Paul, Alice, and Sweet Cheeks (now addressed as Beefy) secretly use the Warden's secret pool while Jailbot desperately wants someone to love, meanwhile the Warden and Jared get into a game of mini golf. A grotesque, alien virus begins to infect the inmates.
"Jean & Paul & Beefy & Alice" contains examples of:
- A Day In The Lime Light: For well, Jean, Paul, Beefy, and Alice.
- Art Shift: During the climax.
- Body Horror: The grotesque...thing that the Twins get Jailbot to fall in love with. To make things worse, it ends up infecting everyone in Superjail and giving them rather nightmarish cases of Body Horror as well.
- Cheaters Never Prosper: See Laser-Guided Karma
- Continuity Nod: The vampire that died of starvation in "Superfail!" is shown in the Doctor's lab. (Coincidentally, he also dies in this episode.)
- Downer Ending / Cruel Twist Ending: The Superjail Staff gets infected by the Alien's Disease as a horde of infected prisoners come to kill them.
- Jerkass Ball: The Warden
- Karma Houdini: The Twins
- Laser-Guided Karma: Jared OF ALL PEOPLE swings his golf club towards the Warden's crotch after being beat up several times during their golf game by him and finding out that the he was cheating, considering the amount of times the Warden has humiliated Jared throughout the series this can also count as a The Dog Bites Back moment.
- No Ontological Inertia: Averted. The Doctor suggests that they destroy Jailbot's "love interest" in order to cure the people it infected, but killing the creature doesn't do anything.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Fatty gets his head punched off after being infected.
