The city of Angel Grove is polluted and overcome by trash; thus the Rangers come together and organize a clean-up club in order to help clean up the city and recycle. Rita Repulsa decides to end the Rangers' plight and releases the Polluticorn. Jason uses the Dragon Shield for the last time in defeating this mythical terror.

- Rage Breaking Point: Bulk is barely able to contain himself after the tire accident, though he manages to keep his head, while crushing a soda can, only to faint shortly afterward.
- Self-Deprecation: The way Skull edited the video makes Bulk look like he has “no class” when he actually said, “I have always enjoyed this notable class.”
- Also, his passive-aggressive "I think everything should be recycled" became "I think I should be recycled" in Skull's final edit.
- Small Name, Big Ego: While this is nothing new for Bulk, calling his project “The World's Greatest Guy” and trying to pass himself off as an ace of sorts is just pushing it.
