Ziin: Management stands at the brink, ready to erase all memories of the DGP before departing this world for good.
Ace charges headlong into battle alone to rescue Mitsume, his mother-turned-Goddess of Creation...
...and obtains a miraculous power in the process.

Despite Ace's new form, he's unable to reach his mother and suddenly wakes up in an unknown world. There, he encounters a mysterious man in a fox mask. Who is he, and is he the key to Ace unlocking his true power?

Meanwhile, the Grand End continues to commence as the supporters say their goodbyes...

Tropes

  • Action Figure Speech: To show her power and otherworldly nature, Mitsume's mouth doesn't move when she speaks, note  but she still gestures and articulates in time to the words as if it was.
  • Bait-and-Switch: When Keiwa comes home, Sara begins acting in a way that implies she retained her memories all along... when it turns out she's merely putting on a skin care mask.
  • The Bus Came Back: Samas returns, revealing herself to have been working for Suel all along.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Ace lays waste to Suel as soon as he gets his new form.
  • Darkest Hour: Suel succeeds in initiating the Grand End, a complete Cessation of Existence this time, and our heroes could only watch on in fear as their Rider equipment gets erased along with their DGP memories, leaving them helpless to stop it. All but one Kamen Rider, however.
  • Death by Irony: Niramu, who insists on realism in the DGP, dies from a fatal bullet wound.
  • Didn't See That Coming: Win's and the Sponsors' reaction to the Grand End initiated by Suel this time was one of shock, indicating that it isn't the usual Laser-Guided Amnesia business Suel informed them of.
  • Dying Declaration of Love: Familial variant; Mitsume manages to tell Ace that she loves him before her statue shatters.
  • Excited Episode Title!: In a sort of Book Ends to the arc, this episode has an exclamation point similar to the first episode of the arc.
  • Hope Spot: Boost Mk III manages to evade Niramu's attacks, yet ultimately comes up short trying to reach Mitsume's statue.
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Ace kicks the Geats Buster QB9 into Suel Gazer's chest. Somehow, Suel survives this.
  • Internal Reveal: Tsumuri finally learns she's the one meant to become Mitsume's successor as the Goddess of Creation.
  • Killed Off for Real: Mitsume is left to die as a part of the Grand End. Niram also passes away from bleeding due to the fatal gunshot from Samas.
  • Laser-Guided Amnesia: When the Grand End reaches Win, Michinaga, and Keiwa, they instantly lose their equipment and memories of what is going on.
  • Living Ark: Part of Ace's Badass Boast to Suel is that so long as he remembers everything about the world, he can continue to keep its existence going, invoking this trope.
  • Monochromatic Impact Shot: The screen becomes grayscale when Niramu is shot dead, in order to emphasize the realism of his death.
  • Musicalis Interruptus: As "Trust・Last" is playing during Ace's fight against Suel, Ace shushes everything, even the song, as he reveals the Geats Buster QB9's blade mode, and then the music blares back up as Ace continues his counterattack, showing off the reality warping abilities of his new form.
  • Negated Moment of Awesome: Keiwa runs to the middle of the city and tries to transform to do something about the Grand End. Key word being try since the Grand End catches up to him and takes away his equipment, leaving him bewildered and unable to do anything to stop the Grand End.
  • Never Got to Say Goodbye: Kyuun tries to say goodbye to Neon before he has to leave, but given her lost memories, her bodyguards intercept him before he could share a proper one.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: Niramu expresses his opposition on turning Tsumuri into the next Goddess of Creation due to it conflicting with his views of realism for the DGP, earning him a bullet from Samas for his troubles.
  • Put on a Bus: Ziin and Kyuun return to the future this episode.
  • "Ray of Hope" Ending: The Yearning Arc ends with Mitsume dying as part of the Grand End, Suel, Kekera, Beroba and the Jyamato are still roaming around, and Niramu is killed by Samas for protesting against Suel. However, the Grand End has been prevented, allowing the world to be restored.
  • The Reveal:
    • Tsumuri was created by Suel to replicate Mitsume's power to eventually take her place as the Goddess of Creation.
    • The Grand End this time wasn't just a simple mass Laser-Guided Amnesia of the world to forget the DGP, but an implication of complete Cessation of Existence of Earth. Ace awakening his true powers allowed the world to be restored, however.
    • Ace has powers of creation as well, which is why he kept reincarnating with his memories: his desire to see his mother again was so strong it worked across lifetimes.
  • Rule of Symbolism: The Grand End involves the world getting covered by a red veil, evoking the image of a curtain falling on a stage.
  • Super Mode: This episode marks the debut of Geats' final form: Kamen Rider Geats IX.
  • Theme Song Power Up: "Trust・Last" blares as Ace unveils Boost Mark IX.
  • Title-Only Opening: Unlike other episodes that follow this trope, the title is instead paired with a shot of the masked figure Ace talks to.
  • Wham Shot:
    • The masked fox figure revealing himself to be another Ace.
    • The Desire Royale's rule card changing into a recolored variant of the DGP rule card that matches Geats' colors, now with a new rule about Ace.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: The mysterious man in a fox mask chews out Ace for losing sight in reuniting with Mitsume to resort on destroying the admins and the world to create his ideal world, especially after failing to progress throughout 2000 years.
