The main four play truth or dare with their neighbors, a pair of twins named Pretty and Eugly.
"Let's Play Truth or Dare" contains the following tropes:
- All Love Is Unrequited: Pretty has a huge crush on Mr. Cat, who hates her.
- Ambiguous Gender: Mr. Cat asks Kaeloo whether she is a boy or a girl. She decides not to answer that and asks for a dare instead.note
- Establishing Character Moment: Pretty gets one when she looks down on the main four for being poor and "dares" Stumpy to buy her a designer bag.
- Exact Words: Pretty "dares" Stumpy to buy her a Prada bag. Kaeloo says that the dare is supposed to be something like "walk using your hands" or "hop on one leg", so Pretty dares Stumpy to buy her a Prada bag while hopping on one leg.
- Furry Reminder: The fact that Mr. Cat is a cat is referenced throughout the episode, with Kaeloo asking him "truth" questions such as whether he can see in the dark or not and if he can predict the weather.
- Hate at First Sight: Pretty and Stumpy start to hate each other the moment they meet.
- Love at First Sight: Quack Quack and Eugly fall in love as soon as they see each other.
- New Neighbors As The Plot Demands: Kaeloo and Mr. Cat are apparently well-acquainted with Pretty and Eugly, the main four's neighbors, who apparently always existed but just were never mentioned until now.
- Polar Opposite Twins: Eugly is quiet but kind and Pretty is a loud-mouthed, rude Rich Bitch.
- Remember the New Guy?: Parodied. Stumpy asks who Pretty and Eugly are, and Kaeloo is shocked that he wouldn't know their own neighbors who they have apparently known for a very long time.
- Stylistic Self-Parody: Stumpy's "truth" question to Pretty is why one of her ears is longer than the other one.
- Versus Character Splash: One appears depicting Bad Kaeloo and Quack Quack as they are about to fight each other.
