We open this episode on Dorien exercising on a trampoline whilst Sharon and Tracey are doing her autographing and going through her fan letters for her. Suddenly, they come across a surprising fan letter, which Dorien tries to hide from the others. However, Sharon and Tracey find out that Dorien has a daughter, who she gave up for adoption 50 years ago. Apparently, Dorien has relations with a man named Lionel when she was 17. However, he came from a religious family and they were forced to break it off. The daughter is hoping to see her but Dorien wants to move on from the event

Meanwhile, Travis is being a stroppy teenager, which Tracey plans to fix. Later, the sisters engineer a way to get Dorien to grow accustomed to the idea of children and to meet her daughter, but she's having none of it. At home, Tracey eventually reveals that she's invited Dorien's daughter to come over whilst pretending to be Dorien.

Later, Tracey gets her revenge on Travis by giving him shorts with pink frills in them, causing him to be put on YouTube. Dorien, who's now hoping to see her daughter, fears that she may have been stood up. However, Travis comes in with a parcel that Dorien's daughter, Naomi, has put on the doorstep. It's letters to Lionel, collected by Naomi, who reveals that she herself isn't quite ready to see her biological mother yet. She reveals that she was happily raised by her father and his new love Ursula and it was only on his deathbed that she found out the truth. Dorien's happy, however, because she put the letters in a fancy shoe box, proving that she does take after her.
