Moral Event Horizons in All For Luz.

ALL SPOILERS ARE UNMARKED

  • Antagonistic Governor Rodger Maxwell crosses it when he set up a Deadly Game involving 33 kids, aged 14-18, literally after one day after the Mass Super-Empowering Event. Not only that, but he did so with the expressed intention of wiping all of the super-powered kids off of the map out of Fantastic Racism. Many readers believed him getting life imprisonment for it wasn't enough of a punishment.
  • Considering all the atrocities he orchestrated, it's hard to pin down when exactly Tyler Wittebane crossed this. Though it turns out it was in helping the Antagonistic Governor to set up the Deadly Game knowing full well his daughter, Julia, was among the kidnapped kids. He effectively sent his own kid to her death. All because he convinced himself that he was chosen by God to rid the world of super-powered people.
  • Heaven’s Devils and Foxtrot teams, spearheaded by Kennedy Jennkins, cross the line when they slaughter half of Luz's friends because they were promised millions by the governor to kill their leader, Luz, and they were Collateral Damage. Few shed tears were made when Luz puts them through a Mook Horror Show in her Roaring Rampage of Revenge.
  • Discounting is canon atrocities, All For One's ultimate goal in regards to Luz is this for the readers: Use her as a way to get his own world via the Boiling Isles, modify her body with help of the Mad Doctor and to do what he tried to Touma in canon and pull a Villain Override on the 14-year old girl that would lead to a Death of Personality, so that he can finally steal One For All from All Might in the guise of an innocent girl and continue his reign of terror with no one to stop him! This all goes on to show that All For One is, in the end, heartless sociopath that doesn't care for anyone but himself and nothing can change him.
  • If Sheriff Martin Johnson didn't cross it when he bribed the local facilities to ban Luz making her daily life a living hell and hindering her recovery from the death camp experience, he certainly did when gave a Psychotic Smirk at her presumed dead body in chapter 17.
  • If Jonah Smith, Tyler Wittebane's Psycho for Hire, didn't jump over the line when he raped and killed his own wife, he certainly did after he murdered Camila in her own home and tricked Luz into believing she did it! Though readers cheered when Luz gave him the Finishing Stomp many wished she found out the truth beforehand to deliver Extreme Mêlée Revenge.
  • Tamashiki Shigaraki crossed it when he raped Aiya Kagurami when she was just 16 and left her and his two sons alone to suffer homeless on the streets. Even All For One was disgusted by this.
