Even though the livers often come up with their own nicknames, that doesn't stop the fans from giving them some:

    Main branch (JP)
  • "Gibara" for Otogibara Era in her most recent crass persona until her retirement, distinguished with "Era-chan" for her in her first stream where she behaved in a far more in-character and adorable manner.
  • "Subculture Class Rep", "Subculture Centipede", "Grass Sommelier" for Tsukino Mito
  • "Moimoi", "Truck Goddess" (referencing her Euro Truck Simulator streams) for Moira
  • "Hajiki", "Pot Merchant" (from when he was trying to get other livers to play Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy) for Shibuya Hajime
  • "Rikiya", "Marshmallow King", "Ago" (chin) for Kenmochi Touya
  • "Kanakana" for Kanae
  • "King" for Kuzuha because of that said cover song being the most viewed video on his channel.
  • "Shachou" (President) for Kagami Hayato
  • "Mayuyu" or "Mayu" for Mayuzumi Kai
  • "Papa" for Yumeoi Kakeru due to Sara acting like his Bratty Teenage Daughter and him being one of the most collabed liver in Nijisanji both inside and out.
  • "HSKW" as an abbreviation for Hoshikawa Sara
  • "Pute" for Ratna Petit
  • "Ritsukin" or "Nbo" for Sakura Ritsuki
  • "Sake Koala" for Debidebi Debiru
  • "Akkeyna" for Saegusa Akina
  • "Fuwacchi" for Fuwa Minato
  • "Meli" for Melissa Kinrenka
  • "Amyamya" for Amamiya Kokoro
  • "Shiishii" for Shiina Yuika
  • "Marumaru", "Manjuu", "Aus Aumau" and more for Ars Almal
  • "Ran-neechan" for Hayase Sou
  • "Ebio" for Ex Albio
  • "Machukai" for Matsukai Mao
  • "Nyaraka" for Naraka
  • "NGOK" as an abbreviation for Nagao Kei. He's also known as "Jiichan"
  • "GNZK" as an abbreviation for Genzuki Tojiro, or simply just "Gen" for short.
  • "KDHR" as an abbreviation for Kaida Haru. He used to be called Harumama until he turned out to be childish as his peers.
  • Due to Akane Asahina's frequent activity on Reddit people there have taken to calling her the "Queen of r/Nijisanji" or "Reddit Queen".
  • The uncanny Tsukino Mito cosplayer that appeared in Mito's April Fools' Day stream (and later several of her other streams and videos) has been given the nickname 'Mystery Rabbit' (Nazo no Mito).
  • Mito's fans don't have an official name unlike those of most other livers, so some call themselves "prisoners" (since her streams start with "Stand! Attention!" and end with "Attention! Sit down!", which implies that listeners would have to stand for the entire stream).

    Main branch (ex-ID)
  • "Boss" from English speaking fans for Hana Macchia.
  • "Takamama" for Taka Radjima.
  • "Bocil" for Rai Galilei. 'Bocil' is a slang for 'little kid' in Indonesian, in expense to his apparent short height. He is also dubbed as DLC-kun after becoming one of the heroines dubbers in Riksa's Nekopara stream.
  • Riksa Dhirendra is referred to as "Jukut", a Sundanese word for grass, after some viewers keep sending him 草 (kusa, a Japanese word for "grass" which is also used as a slang for laughing reaction) in chat.
  • Miyu Ottavia is often called "lider" by her fans, because she's the closest thing the second wave has to a leader.
  • "Madam" for Layla Alstroemeria.
  • "Mbak Maung" for Nara Haramaung, "Mbak" being an informal slang for "miss".
  • "Bobon" or just "Bon" for Bonnivier Pranaja.

    EN branch
  • "Ewiwa" for Elira, which is also acknowledged by her and members of the company.
  • "Finance" for Finana Ryugu due to Auto-Incorrect as well as "Feesh".
  • "Wosemi" or "Roastme" for Rosemi Lovelock.
  • Sewen for Selen, for similar reasons like Elira. Shylen, whenever Selen is too shy to speak in big chatrooms.
  • Luca is usually addressed as "boss", and Vox as "milord", by their respective fans.
  • The Luxiem boys' girl voices each have a name: Vox becomes Voxanne, Mysta becomes Mysty, Luca becomes Lucy, Ike becomes Ivy, and Shu becomes Shusan.
  • Luxiem's evil counterparts also have generally agreed-upon names: Box Tenshi, Rias, Kanekuro, Eki, and Hikarino. They're sometimes collectively called Meixul.
  • Japanese fans of the EN branch often call Vox "Hako-sama", meaning "Lord Box".
  • "Swedish Sweetheart" for Ike.
  • "Shubert" and "Shupport" for Shu (the latter because Shu is sometimes an impromptu tech-support for the EN branch).
  • "Dick-knockers" for Noctyx as a whole, which they've started using themselves.
  • "Risotto" for Ren Zotto.
  • "Tsundork" for Aia Amare, referencing her Adorkable tendencies combined with her Tsundere pout whenever her dorkiness is pointed out. Later "Air Amare" due to Kotoka accidently misspelling her name.
    • Also "Miss Amare" for when Aia pulls out her deeper voice.
  • "Maririn" for Maria Marionette, due to her Catchphrase "Mariring".
  • "Babygirl", "Hexyboy", "Hextopher", "Rainboy", "daddy", "stinky", and "Rumbles" for Hex Haywire.

  • “Astronomically Sexy Heroes” for Krisis as a whole after Vantacrow’s joking answer for what the acronym of their organization, A.S.H., stands for.
    • “Rizzalius” for Vezalius Bandage whenever he's acting particularly suave or charismatic.
    • “Crowshi”note  for Vantacrow Bringer.
    • YuYu” for Yu Q. Wilson.
  • "Clawshi"note  and "Pookie" for Claude Clawmark.
