Drinking game for Kamen Rider Ex-Aid:
- Obligatory Rider Rule: Take 1 shot every time two riders fight each other. Two if it's a movie. Three if one of the combatants is Decade, Diend, or a rider summoned by Diend. Four if Super Sentai are involved.
- Take a shot every time Emu hurts himself due to his clumsiness. Two if it's Agony of the Feet.
- Take a shot every time Director Kagami switches from stern to fanboy mode.
- Take a shot every time someone says that Emu fails as a doctor.
- Take a shot every time the series utilizes video game inspired sound effects. Two if it's during action scenes. ATTEMPT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- Good gravy, are you trying to kill us?!
- For those without death wishes, replace "shot" with "sip".
- Take a shot every time a character utters their catchphrase.
- Take a shot every time Hiiro eats cake or some form of dessert.
- Take a shot every time Hiiro says "no thank you" to someone's existence.
- Take a shot every time one of the riders says their level up catchphrase note before entering it. 2 shots if he needs to reverts back to Level 1 by any reason.
- Take a shot when Ex-Aid blows his Gashat before Critical Strike.
- Take a shot every time Taiga does the Finger Gun.
- Take a shot every time Graphite uses a named attack.
- Take a shot whenever Asuna switches personalities.
- Take another whenever Asuna slips up and acts like Poppy while in "Asuna" mode.
- Take a shot whenever Kiriya gets caught telling a lie.
- Every time Emu Levels Up, take a shot for every "Dai" he adds.
- Finish your drink when a Rider does a Critical Strike or Critical Finish.
- Take a drink every time a new Gashat is revealed.
- When Emu Levels up to Level XX, take a drink and don't stop until the "Dai" is finished.
- Take a drink every time Genm's Resurrective Immortality kicks in.
- Finish your drink when Kiriya dies.
- From then on, take a shot whenever we get a flashback to it.
- Two of 'em every time yet something new is called the real reason Kuroto killed Kiriya.
- For that matter, finish your drink whenever a character gets a "Game Over." If it's Ride Players getting Game Overs, take a sip for every one that dies.
- Take a shot whenever Para-DX switches forms.
- Take a shot whenever Kuroto does anything memetically funny.
- Finish your drink if it has something to do with Kuroto losing another of his lives from Level 0
- Take a shot everytime Kuroto pisses off someone. 2 if it is the rider's or bugster's side and 3 if it is both sides.
- From 32 onward, replace Kuroto with Masamune
- Starting with the Christmas episode, take a shot every time they skip the opening sequence.
- Take a shot every time Kuroto refers to himself as a god.
- Take one shot every time Kuroto gives us a Slasher Smile, and two if it gets a special screen effect or sound.
- Take one at the end of every episode in which Kuroto does all of his things from this list at some point.

- Take a drink every time Genm's Resurrective Immortality kicks in.
- Take a shot whenever Kuroto does anything memetically funny.
- Finish your drink if it has something to do with Kuroto losing another of his lives from Level 0
- Take a shot everytime Kuroto pisses off someone. 2 if it is the rider's or bugster's side and 3 if it is both sides.

- Down your drink when Emu transforms into Maximum Gamer.
- Take a shot whenever anyone transforms into a Rider Player.
- Take a shot whenever Cronus stops time.
- Take a shot whenever a main Rider grabs someone by the collar.
- Take a shot whenever Emu is pushed against the CR wall.
- Take a shot whenever a conversation happen on the hospital's rooftop. 2 if Emu is not involved.
- Chug your entire drink whenever Poppy gets to transform into Kamen Rider Poppy on screen. Don't worry, you won't have to do it often.
