Dangan Ronpa Corruption is a Discord roleplay and in-progress fangame, based on the standard Danganronpa format (kids trapped in some place, where Monokuma forces them to kill each other), passing a wide variety of enclosed spaces along the way, from an abandoned theme park to a Victorian mansion, to a Wonderland. The RP has concluded, so any plot points can be considered spoilers for the fangame, which are unmarked as per Dangan Ronpa page tradition (so as to avoid Self-Fulfilling Spoiler).

- Anyone Can Die: As it is in the main series.
- Author Appeal: The variety of spaces found in the game is based on various settings the host enjoys.
- Author Avatar: Most characters are representations of facets of their muns. In particular, Hibiki, who is basically his mun's OOC self, down to being a keen rhythm gamer.
- Cabin Fever: Area 3 sees the students trapped in what is essentially the Overlook Hotel from The Shining.
- Dead All Along: Temari/Takuma. The others, indeed, were on the verge of death all along.
- Deuteragonist: Hime serves as one.
- Dwindling Party: It's a Dangan Ronpa fangame, what else would you expect?
- Dysfunction Junction: These characters are all very damaged teens.
- Everyone Went to School Together: Of course, they lost their memories of having been at Hope's Peak before.
- Love Hurts: Out of the relationships created among the cast, only Hime/Ameya and Hibiki/Touma survive to the end, with five others broken up by the killing game.
- Multiple Endings: Planned to appear, as a choice as to whether the player spares or exorcises the spirit of Temari/Takuma.

SHSL Spirit Medium
She survives to the end.
SHSL Drag Queen
He is the mastermind of the killing game. Real name Takuma Maki, he is a classmate of the others who was murdered by a Fujoshi. His spirit subjects the others, in purgatory, to the killing game.
SHSL Host/ess
Cruz is the fourth killer, who intended to kill Victor to protect his beloved from the poison. He is executed by being removed from their body. Izumi survives to the end.
SHSL Radio Host
He survives to the end.
SHSL Daredevil
She is the first killer, who murders Daichi in a fit of primal rage. She is executed by a hail of throwing knives from Monokuma.
- Color Motif: Red, leading to:
- Red Is Violent: She has red all over her design, and is prone to animalistic violent outbursts when under pressure.
- In-Series Nickname: CC.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Everyone chooses to call her "CC" rather than to attempt to pronounce "Červené".
- Unstoppable Rage: Sets off on this during the murder of Daichi, and during her breakdown in the trial.
SHSL Mortician
She is the fourth victim, stabbed by Airi after she caught her in the act of murdering Rook.
SHSL Florist
He is the fifth victim, killed by Cruz.
- Big Brother Instinct: Towards CC. This becomes more clear in their after-death conversations.
- In-Series Nickname: Thorn.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Another case of this.
SHSL Baker
He is the third victim, being tied to various kitchen items and drowned in the pool by Airi.
- In-Series Nickname: Rook is one.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Mainly because he gives no first name.
SHSL Beekeeper
She survives to the end.
- Team Mom: Especially protective of Touma and Hibiki.
- The Big Guy
SHSL Metronome
Shy and insecure, Hibiki struggles to approach people and make friends, and he has a host of abandonment issues on top of that.
He survives to see the end.
- Official Couple: With Touma.
SHSL Clock
She is the third killer, who killed Koharu and Rook. It is revealed she had a death wish and fully intended to be caught out in the trial. She is executed by being torn limb from limb with the hands of a clock.
- Death Seeker: Turns out to be this.
SHSL Natural Disaster Survivor
He is the second victim, killed by Koŕa by being crushed in the gears of the roller coaster.
SHSL Psychic
He is the very first victim, killed by CC by having his neck snapped and knives thrown at him.
SHSL Vocalist
She is the second killer. Driven mad by what she saw in the Hall of Mirrors, she kills Caden. She is executed by being crushed by a falling music note.
