Adelar Bismarck
The Ultimate Admiral

- Luminescent Blush: Tsuruno does this either out of denial or embarrassment. He also does this around Neo constantly.
- Mistaken for Gay: Whenever he hangs out with Neo.
- Sadist: Discovered after the first trial. After he sees the execution of Amy Starr, what does he do? He goes to the bathroom - face red - and does what is described as "privacy time."
Neo
The Ultimate (Un)Lucky Student

This Danganronpa roleplay contains examples of:
- Anyone Can Die: A given since this is Danganronpa.
- Big Bad: Monokuma and whoever else is planning the game behind the scenes.
- Body of the Week: The roleplay is based on Danganronpa, so this is to be expected.
- Card Games: Voidcritters, Kishi's claim to fame as the Ultimate Collectible Card Gamer.
- Continuity Reboot: This RP was actually a reboot of an older Roleplay that died called Next Hope Afloat, made by the same Admin. Of all the things in-universe, only one student, Monokuma, and the ship (name and all) return, although with a slightly different layout than before.
- Characters Dropping Like Flies: In this killing game, it's murder or be murdered. No one is safe.
- Deadly Game: This is Danganronpa, so this is a must.
- Dwindling Party: A given since in Danganronpa, it's kill or be killed.
- Face Death with Dignity: When Amy is revealed as the Blackened in the first trial, Zoe comes out and confesses to keep Amy from losing what dignity she has left by blaming her alters for the murder. Amy concurs with the sentiment after Zoe's confession, saying she doesn't want to die kicking and screaming.
- Fantastic Ship Prefix: Parodied. The cruise ship's prefix (which shortens to S.S.S.S.S.S.S.) was intended to mock the idea of ships having such prefixes when it was first made.
- Fell Asleep Crying: Aimi soon after discovering Yoshiaga's brutally murdered corpse. This leads to a nightmare where everything seemed tranquil at first, with the unscathed Yoshi in front of her. However, once Aimi runs towards him, arms wide open for a hug, Yoshi vanishes. He then reappears bloodied and a knife through his stomach. As he rose up to heaven, the dreamscape suddenly bursts into flames, taking Yoshi with it. This was so terrifying to Aimi that she literally screams awake.
- Lawful Stupid: Tsuruno has an obsession with killing anyone whom he deems "guilty". Preferably by stabbing them.
- Limited Wardrobe: The students wear the same clothing every single day. It's not their fault, though, as the only clothes provided to them by Monokuma are copies of their current attire and swimsuits.
- Omniscient Database: The Monokuma File. It includes the height and weight of the victim, when they died, where they died, how they died, and other notable injuries. The only other major thing it doesn't have is the culprit, but that information is omitted on purpose.
- Overly Long Name: The cruise is named the "Super Secret Special Serviceable Sailing Ship Supreme Dope Hope Boat Afloat with no Rope, Snope." That's quite a mouthful.
- Sadistic Choice:
- Kill a fellow classmate or stay trapped in the cruise forever. (or be victim to the motive of the week!) Once the trial takes place, either confess to your crime and face a cruel demise or escape, but with the weight of everyone's deaths on your shoulders.
- As for everyone else, they have to either solve the murder and punish one or everyone except the murderer gets punished.
- Shout-Out:
- In addition to being an obvious homage to Yu-Gi-Oh! and shows like it, Kishi Kondo plays Voidcritters, based directly off of a feature in one of the Stuff Packs for The Sims 4.
- Yoshiaga directly references a cutscene from the end of Celeste Chapter 4 where Theo helps Madeline, who is going through a panic attack, calm down by making her visualize a feather going up and down. He advises Amy to do the same in order for her to calm down.
- You Wake Up in a Room: Before the killing game actually started, the students (at that time unaware of there actually being a killing game) wake up strapped to chairs in a room with a fancy-looking table in the middle. The only way they were able to escape is by successfully stating the full name of the ship. This room is called "The State Room" and the table is where the students first get their Monopads.
