Harry Locke, (10 December 1913 — 7 September 1987), was a British character actor.
He was a familiar face in British cinema for three decades. He would mostly playing small parts such as Cockneys, workers, porters, clerks or cab drivers.
Locke also appeared in numerous roles on TV, with his final acting role being a gardener in a 1977 episode of Just William.
He died at the age of 73.
