Harold Frank Bennett, (17 November 1898 – 11 September 1981), was a British actor best known for playing Young Mr. Grace in Are You Being Served?.

After World War I, he started acting and worked as a producer at the Tower Theatre in London. He then stopped acting to work as a draughtsman for an electric company, until he retired and returned to acting. After appearing in mostly bit roles throughout The '60s, he was cast in the recurring role of Mr. Bluett in Dad's Army.

Although his Dad's Army was small, it caught the attention of producer David Croft, who would go on to cast him in Are You Being Served?. In AYBS?, Bennett played "Young" Mr. Grace ("Old Mr. Grace doesn't get about much these days"), the joke being that no matter how "young" they claimed him to be, Mr. Grace was an incredibly frail old man who rode around in a wheelchair and needed a nurse by his side almost 24/7. The other major joke surrounding the character was that he an incredibly Dirty Old Man, forever pinching bottoms and having heart problems whenever he was aroused by his secretaries.

He died of a heart attack at the age of 82.
