Sapphire Shade
In general
A crafter guild lead by Inarin.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: The guild disappeared after the season 1 finale. None of the members have appeared so far, except for Inarin, who joined the Ministry of Light. It's likely they were disbanded.

A Guild Master of Sapphire Shade and an Enchanter (later Druid).- Dirty Coward: He betrayed Capitalis and joined Ministry of Light. He later attacks Risa in the town, but is defeated by Lun.
- Druid: His class in second game.
- Foil: To Lun. Both are Smug Snake merchants, but while Inarin betrays Capitalis and joins Ministry of Light, Lun remains unaffiliated and resists MOL.
- Graceful Loser: After Gideon defeats his man during the Tournament, he congratulates him and asks him whether he wants to collaborate with him.
- Smug Snake: He's constantly smiled and arrogant, but isn't a bad guy like most of the examples of the trope. Until he joins Ministry of Light.

Number 3 raid guild in first game lead by Silvia and Elili.
- Action Girl: All of their female members are awesomely strong.

Guild master of Violet Sanctum and a Knight.- Action Girl: She is incredibly strong Knight and a leader of second most powerful raid guild in game.
- Damsel in Distress: In the second installment of the game, she's captured by Merillian.
- Damsel out of Distress: After she escapes and teams up with Easen, she practically wipes the floor with her capturers.
- Flash Step: Thanks to Elili's Speed Blessing she can move much faster.
- Lady of War: She's really powerful Action Girl and a skilled leader.
- Worf Effect: She's defeated by Diederich instantly during the Tournament to show Ministry's power.

A Druid (later a Priestess) and a right hand to Silvia.- Bespectacled Cutie: She wears round glasses.
- The Creon: She has a great power in Violet Sanctum, but is completely dedicated to Silvia.
- Frontline General: During the march on the bridge, she leads the joined forces of Violet Sanctum, Eternal Scarlet and Winter Moon while standing on the front line.
- The Lancer: To Silvia.
- Light Is Good: Her clothes are mostly white with gold elements.

In general
A raid guild lead by Aslan.
- Red Is Heroic: They're Colour Motif is red.

A Guild Master of Eternal Scarlet and a Knight.- Foil: To Luciase. Both are Guild Masters of powerful guilds which headquarters were destroyed by Winter Moon. However, while Luciase seeks revenge, Aslan forgives them and ally with them to defeat Valera.
- Meaningful Name: He is named after the lion from The Chronicles of Narnia.
- Red Is Heroic: His armor is all red and his one of the few characters that don't try to kill Winter Moon.

A new guild created by Felix in the second installment of Magnolia Online.
- Obviously Evil: Ever guild leader can see that Midnight Stallion is sketchy. Turns out they're right, after Felix disbands the guild and transfers all players to Ministry of Light.

A guild master of Midnight Stallion, who is secretly a member of Ministry of Light. His class is Assassin.- Dark Is Evil: He wears black clothes in his debut.
- Exact Words: He said he can get the players through the bridge. He just never mentioned he'll do that by forcing them to join Ministry of Light.
- Hate Sink: Manipulative, arrogant Smug Snake who steals members from other guilds. No one really likes him.
- Light Is Not Good: After his membership in MOL is revealed, he wears a white version of his former outfit.
- Manipulative Bastard: He tricked over 2000 players into joining Ministry of Light after stealing them from other guilds.
- Perky Goth: Subverted. His outfit in the first game was like that, but he's quite a jerk and a manipulative bastard.
- Smug Snake: Almost all the time - until his Villainous Breakdown.
- Villainous Breakdown: When Florence starts a war with MOL ans starts destroying the town, he snaps.
- Villainous Friendship: With Merillian. They knew each other even during the first game and remained friends.

- Walking Shirtless Scene: None of them wear any shirts.

- Abhorrent Admirer: They try to hit on Silvia and Elili. The girls don't find it amusing.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: Florence practically obliterates them all in the first match of Whitehaven Tournament.
