Characters / Digimon - Three Musketeers

Go To

The Three Musketeers are a group of gun-slinging Digimon based on outlaws of the American Old West.

Tropes that apply to the Three Musketeers as a whole:

  • Non-Indicative Name: They are not really based on The Three Musketeers, nor do they wield swords as a classic musketeer would (alongside the muskets). They're based on outlaws from the Old Wild West and they seem to have gotten the name as a Red Baron.
  • The Gunslinger: The main theme that ties these three together is their extensive use of firearms.
  • Power Trio: A trio of tough outlaw Digimon.

Debut: Digimon Crusader
Attacks: Chaos Triangular, Blind Red Trigger, Happy Bullet Showering

A Dragon Man Digimon which has firearm mechanisms equipped throughout its body. As a wanderer traveling across the Digital World in search of the comrades it was separated from, it is a troublemaker who causes trouble and gets tangled up in scandal wherever it goes. Although it has a self-centered personality and is often indifferent of its surroundings, it's passionate about things like friendship or gratitude, misinterpreting the local Revolmon it comes across as members of its own species and becoming friends with them. As it loves single combat, it is so severely trigger-happy that it fires off bullets indiscriminately once it wins or loses.

Per the Vital Bracelet BE's lineup, MagnaKidmon is the Mega form of the Gumdramon line.

  • Armed Legs: Literally, his legs are guns.
  • Finger Firearms: He can shoot bullets with his fingers.
  • Firing in the Air a Lot: He will do this to celebrate the end of a battle regardless of whether he wins or loses.
  • Palette Swap: He has a black plalette swap in AvengeKidmon, whose desire of revenge caused AvengeKidmon to become like him.
  • Spirited Competitor: He has such a love for singe combat that he starts Firing in the Air a Lot after a fight in celebration regardless of the outcome.
  • Winged Humanoid: Despite being a Dragon Man Digimon, the only draconic feature he has on an otherwise humanoid form is his wings.

It opens up to everybody without hesitation, and in particular, it is close friends with many gun-wielding Digimon, and has been given the nickname "Beelko" by MagnaKidmon and the like. • Ms. Fanservice: A busty female dressed in leather that does not fully cover her body.

  • Spectacular Spinning: Its Hurricane Screw Shot, in which it wildly fires the guns hidden in the heels of its boots with a keen Senpukyaku.
  • Under Boobs: Her tanktop or sportsbra does not cover her under boobs due to not being big enough.

BelleStarmon has a form when affected by the X-Antibody. This beautiful gunman, whose large black wings are its defining characteristic, now wields the smaller gun "Pepino" in addition to its "Rizoma de Loto", which has been modified into a shotgun. Its physical abilities have been improved, and it has also gained the shooting technique to ensure its bullets never miss no matter what pose or posture it shoots them from. The sight of it firing its guns while performing elegant, dance-like movements is so beautiful and exquisite it is rumoured to be an art in and of itself.

Debut: Digital Monster Card Game
Attacks: Gewaltschwarmernote , Platzenkreuznote , Der Blitznote

A large Digimon with a massive quantity of firearms. Possessing outstanding firepower, Gundramon, MagnaKidmon and BelleStarmon are collectively known as the "Three Musketeers" by many Digimon. Furthermore, Gundramon is part of the Crack Team, and is positioned for combat just like Mugendramon. Its speed is faster than that of Mugendramon, and has high maneuverability to move within range in an instant. The 100% full metal comprising its body is ingrained with the burning smell of cartridges, so it is a bitter, hard-boiled Digimon.
