Yusa

A rabbit who traveled to Earth to find a human being.

• Funny Animal: A pink and white rabbit, which makes her stand out from the monsters of Cool Cool Town.
• Practically Joker: Her Plus form has stark white skin, green hair, and red makeup, making her look like the Joker wearing a tight-fitting bunny costume.

Kamio

The second inhabitant of Cool Cool Town the main character meets, after Yusa. He seems like a friendly person, but strong emotions cause him to transform into a murderously violent werewolf.

• Alternate Identity Amnesia: His wolf form remembers things from his human form, but not vice-versa.
• Our Werewolves Are Different: His wolf form is yellow, and his transformation is caused by strong emotions rather than the moon.
• Punny Name: Kamio -> Okami, the Japanese word for wolf.
• Summon Backup Dancers: Has a trio of invisible men named Bros, Brass, and Breath who flitz with him during "Yellow Dog?"
• Werewolves Are Dogs: Spica mistakes his wolf form for a dog, even when he's trying to kill her.

Ranke and Dr. Stein

Dr. Stein

Dr. Stein is a scientist who is attempting to create an Artificial Human. Ranke is the result, a "living doll" who is lacking in the emotional department.

• Abusive Parents: Dr. Stein is violently abusive towards his creation when she fails to defeat a real human in a flitz.
• Artificial Human: Ranke is an attempt at creating a human being.
• Emotionless Girl: Ranke lacks emotions due to being a not-entirely-successful attempt at creating life. Even when she's being physically abused by Dr. Stein, she only calmly apologizes for failure.
• Frankenstein's Monster: Ranke has the look, with her stitched-together limbs and metal parts.

Ival

The son of King, seeking revenge on his father for banishing him and causing his mother's death. Only appears in Amp's route.

• Disney Death: Returns during chapter 5, after transferring all his power into Amp.
• You Killed My Father: Seeks revenge on King for causing his mother's death.

Iyamy

Iyamy and Crow

A witch who replaces Ival in Spica's route.

• Cute Witch: A Deliberately Cute Child with powerful magical abilities.
• Embarrassing Nickname: "Four-Eyed Monkey", from Spica. The nickname is still used even after she loses her glasses.
• Familiar: A crow wearing a yellow shirt and headphones, named Crow.
• Summon Backup Dancers: Reanimates a group of zombies during "Lovely PANDA Apron".

Mirror and Mum

Mum

A pair of mummies who act as King's closest henchmen. Mirror appears in Amp's route, while Mum is exclusive to Spica's route.

• The Dragon: King's strongest henchmen.
• Mummy: They're humanoid monsters covered in bandages. Mum has some blue skin visible, while Mirror is completely covered.
• Summon Backup Dancers: Mirror has Dimar, a nondescript gray muscular monster, while Mum has a second mummy named Mummy.

King

The greatest flitzer in Cool Cool Town.

• The Dreaded: He can beat anyone in a flitz, and flitzing is how all disputes are settled, so being targeted by him guarantees that he'll be able to take whatever he wants from you. Naturally, this makes his feared by most people.

The Flitz Ghost (SPOILERS)

An evil creature who was sealed away by King. Yusa wants to free it for unknown reasons.

• Giant Space Flea from Nowhere: Its existence is not alluded to at all until the next-to-last flitz.
• Sealed Evil in a Can: Whatever it is, King really wants to keep it sealed away.
