Main Characters
Marcus Wright
- Bilingual Bonus: Marcus speaks both German and English, he also knows Cornish, albeit not that much. He also fails at Afrikaans, much to the chagrin of his cousin.
- But Not Too Foreign: Born to British parents in former West Berlin, he considers himself to half Prussian, but still British in more than just accent.
- Beergasm: More like Whiskeygasm...
- Daddy Issues: Referenced a few times is the off-screen tension that is happening between him and his father, although it's seems to have subsided...
- Going Native: Prussian citizenship with Celtic and English roots certainly makes things complicated for Marcus when he explains why he speaks with a British accent whilst being a fluent German speaker.
- Humanoid Abomination: A complicated mess up of previous lives
- Sanity Slippage: Marcus has a few of them...
- Smart People Speak the Queen's English
- Stock British Phrases: He uses a few of them, some of them have a German twist.
Lina Worth-Ackerman
- Bilingual Bonus: Fluent in German and English, she also knows French and Romansh too.
- Blue Blooded: Implied to be distantly related to Austrian/French/Liechtensteiner nobles...
- Death Glare: She gives one to Prussia in Chapter 4
- Morality Pet: She hopes to help Marcus with his 'problem'
- Plucky Girl: She is seen as upbeat and optimistic, compared to Marcus's more neutral moods.

Maximilian
- Back from the Dead: He makes it pretty clear in Chapter 5 about how he was killed, and more importantly who killed him
- Body Horror: His killing blow never fully healed...
Francine de Klerk
- Gratuitous Foreign Language: She's trilingual in English, Afrikaans and German.
- Beergasm: Similar to her cousin, although she drinks more beer.
Alice Kirkland/New Britain
- Expy: Think of her as a 'Saffa' version of Nyo!England...
- Beergasm: She drinks A LOT of alcohol just like her father
