* BashBrothers: This time, Rigan went straight to his long-lost brother.

* TheLastDance: Once again, when Niki dies, Kuuki snaps. Except this time, he's a lot harder to stop.

* CainAndAbel: As a role swap (Miki isn't really innocent, but in the original he was clearly the more evil one), he becomes the Abel as Miki kills him.

--> Niki's hazy recruitement of Houka and her regrets caused him to create a backup clone of her... which ends up having use when Houka is kidnapped. [[spoiler:Like the original, she isn't a person who reasons much. Unlike her, though, she hasn't hate for Houka carved into her.]]

* WeHardlyKnewYe: Their appearance in the Asian Escape Arc is short, and all but Haruka are killed offscreen before even the middle of the following arc, [[TeamKiller their demise caused by Haruka herself]].

* TeamKiller: As early as the Ravages of War arc, the team is unceremoniously killed offscreen by Haruka. This is only commented on when Team Kaishin face Team Jundou, as the reason Tenko is injured and Kiyoshi is bruised is because Haruka attacked them as well (though luckily for Team Jundou they were able to fend her off).

* GoneHorriblyRight: Congrats, Akina! You prevented Haruka from being the girl for team Jundou this time! Too bad you had your back turned to a bored [[SmugSuper Tenko]] who immediately jumped ship in her stead.

* AscendedFanboy: This time, Tatsuya made the team by asking publicly for some to come to him. Only one (Tae-yeong) actually did, though.
