Can somebody add the Power Rangers rankings now?

I'm trying to make one for Grimm and I need a lot of help. Can anyone help me?

Right now, it's like this:

• Grimm
  • Type -1: Kelly Schade Burkhardt
  • Type 0: Most humans
  • Type 1: Hank Griffin, Juliette Silverton ^note  Seasons 1-3, Drew Wu, Nick during the first half of Season 4
  • Type 2: Blutbaden, Fuschbau, Sean Renard while woged ^note  He's only half Zauberbiest, meaning that he has the physical strength of a woged Hexenbiest, he does not have access to the mental abilities , Wu after "Lycantrophia"
  • Type 3: Grimms, Hexen/Zauberbiest, Siegbarste ^note  Siegbarste have a massive pain tolerance (making them very hard to kill) and can take down Grimms , Cracher-Mortel ^note  can control large amounts of people after being "zombified" , Gedachtnis Esser, Koschie ^note  Can use their abilities to heal or deliver severe radiation poisoning to others, as well as being very hard to kill due to their healing factor , Matanca Zumbido, Damonfeurer,
  • Type 4: Diana in season 5 ^note  can use her powers over large distances, like telepathically sending messages or telekinetically strangling someone in their bedsheets from an unknown distance

Yeah, I think that's stretching the point of this scale a bit too far. Oz is entirely about normal humans in the prison system. No superpowers, no magic, nada. For instance, Governor Devlin may hold the highest power of any character in the series, but that doesn't mean he can rewrite reality or affect events on a cosmic scale. No-one should be over Type 1 by definition, so it falls short of the four type limit.

In regards to Doctor Who:

I haven't seen the show, but it seems a bit odd that four different characters are all listed as Type 7s. Is it really possible for that many characters in the same story to be absolutely and utterly omnipotent? How do they relate to each other in terms of power? Can each of them all impact all of reality without depriving the others from Type 7 status?

  • Type 3: Tommy Oliver, Triassic Connor, fully-realized Nick, most Big Bads, the occasional Dragon, "super" and "ultra" Zords
  • Type 4: Dark Specter, Zordon's evil-killing wave, implicitly post-redemption Rita
  • Type 5: The Universal Morphing Grid

  • Type -1: Ordinary humans
  • Type 0: Rhys Williams, Ianto, Her Majesty's Government, Esther,
