X months later:

@ Alkthash

Yes, I do have an issue with the Lawful alignments , Lawful doesn't just mean obeying laws, it means obeying traditions and culture norms, not because you believe in them or even support them but just because it's the law and they're to afraid to be different, they'd rather be just another sheep- Rolls eyes back-

Obeying laws that make logical sense I have nothing wrong with, living with laws and rules and traditions, just because it's what your told to do, instead of thing for yourself. that I have issue with.

Logical smart Lawful's are hard to find, or even harder to find those lawfuls' trying to change the system from within.

Break The Cutie

Maybe we didn't go through the same stuff the people who had 'pasts' did but still he/she does not need to adopt a cynical world view in order to be realistic.

The one that usually comes to mind for me is the Rule of Cool. Since I've started writing, I've tried finding various ways to deconstruct and get around this, but these days, I'm of the Tropes Are Tools mentality now, so I'm finding even this strongest of pet peeve to die down a bit for me.

[up][up]Think you might want to read what Civillain is actually about there.

What's precedent ever done for us?

I could have sworn it was used to refer to an evil meddling civilian in a military show a few months ago. This wouldn't be the first time a trope has been completely redefined.

I have always wanted to deconstruct Sad Girls In Snow by way of including a massive serving of ROMAN COURAGE!

Now, the only issue is how to do so without sounding too heavy-handed...

Genre Savvy

It is possible to be too meta.

[up][up] Seme/Uke- Unrealstic line.

I've seen it IRL a lot, at least among the gay otaku I know.

Here are some others I thought of

Most of the Rape tropes-if it's not Rape Is Horrible then I don't like it

Abuse Is Okay When It’s Female on Male-please don't get me started

Double Standard in general

All Men Are Perverts- No..no they are not.

Humans Are Bastards-I prefer Some Humans Can Be Bastards. Let's not generalize an entire race, people

Humans Are Special-Yeah-no. How about just Humans Are Humans

Strawman, Author Tract and Take That!-I'm not reading a story to have the author preach at me. A little of the author's views sprinkled in is okay but the entire thing dripping with Anvilicious, no thank you, sir.
