He's from Kirby: Triple Deluxe, and he's the Big Bad - or so it seems. At the beginning of the game, he kidnaps King Dedede, and Kirby spends most of the game chasing him. It turns out, however, that Taranza is actually The Dragon an evil Insect Queen, Queen Sectonia. He was actually supposed to kidnap Kirby, so Sectonia gets mad and kills him... but then it turns out he survived, and he makes a Heel–Face Turn and helps Kirby defeat Sectonia.

Who's this "Taranza" fellow?

So, like, years ago there was a Persona-based roleplay on the site, and I played as an OC called Masumi Ienari. I didn't use them for years after that (not on this site, at least) but they came back recently for an RP called Emotionally Attuned and I figured, hey, why not make an avvie since they've been in two separate stories here. It's actually an edited sprite of a canon Persona character, with the mask coming from the more recent RP (it gives Masumi the power of telepathy and object scanning when they wear it).

Not many people know about this guy, huh? It's Marshie, an in-universe mascot for Fluffy Puff Marshmallows from Homestar Runner. He's also known for being a terrifying nightmare creature.

I really really wish I knew, but I just found it in Google Images, and finding it again would require me to sort through gigantic amounts of Lewded Isabelle. Gonna have to say no to that one.
