A list of who performs children's show theme songs

OK, I'd known them for years, but it's only been over the last several years that I've discovered who performs the themes for a lot of children's shows...and their names. I'm still clueless about a lot, however.

Here are some I've gathered:

• Arthur—-"Believe in Yourself", by Ziggy Marley;
• The Magic School Bus—-"Ride on the Magic School Bus", by Little Richard;
• Where In the World is Carmen Sandiego—-eponymously titled, by Rockapella;
• Seven Little Monsters—-eponymously titled, I assume, by The Barenaked Ladies;
• Peep and The Big Wide World—-no official title; performed by Taj Mahal;
• Cyberchase—-"Cyberchase theme", by some group called "Agua Music" who seem to be credited everywhere with performing it, but I can't find any information on them whatsoever.
• Stanley—-"My Man Stanley", by The Baha Men;
• Rolie Polie Olie—-eponymous; performed by Brent Barkman and Pete Coulman;
• Sabrina The Animated Series—-"She'll Bewitch Ya" by B*witched;
• Libertys Kids—-"Through My Own Eyes" by Aaron Carter and Kayla Hinkle;
• Dragon Tales—-I assume eponymous; as to who performed it, it's a mystery I have not found an official answer to.
• Jay Jay The Jet Plane—-eponymous; performed by Parachute Express

Bob Marley's kid did the theme for Arthur?!

Whooaa never knew...

*reads post again* Holy crap, Little Richard did the Magic Schoolbus theme? I never knew that. That's awesome.

April March did the theme song for I Am Weasel.

Joe Perry performed the theme to the 90's Spider-Man cartoon:

Cyndi Lauper did the Peewees Playhouse theme song under the pseudonym Ellen Shaw.

The theme song to Ren And Stimpy was by a group called Der Screamin' Lederhosen, comprised of people who worked on the show (Jim Smith on guitar, Chris Reccardi on bass and Scott Huml on drums).

I am clueless as to who did the themes for Baby Looney Tunes, Maya And Miguel, and Clifford The Big Red Dog (the 2000s version), as well as Dragon Tales. Anybody know?

Probably in-house studio musicians.

I guess. I thought the Dragon Tales theme sounded like Liz Phair...I actually wrote on Wikipedia that she did it and people actually believed it...

Joe Prescetto performed the '"Duck Tales'' theme (Woo-hoo) and the Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers themes, while The Jets did the extended version of the latter theme.

Speaking of Disney Afternoon, Phil Perry sang the theme for Goof Troop. (Adds a Phil Perry album to Amazon wish list).

And BTW, I did some digging and it looks like the singer for the Dragon Tales theme is Mary Wood. I found like two songs by her on You Tube (on separate channels, no less) and she only has two IMDB credits so she's pretty obscure. It was also co-written by Joey Levine and Jesse Harris.

Simple Plan performed the theme song to Whats New Scooby Doo! They also do several insert songs during the chase montages, and even appear as themselves at one point!

The theme to Steven Universe has the main cast singing of course, but the song is written by the show creator, Rebecca Sugar. She also writes all of the insert songs.

Bowling For Soup performed the theme to Phineas And Ferb. Martin Olson writes some of the songs for Phineas And Ferb along with the show creators. His daughter, Olivia, is Vanessa in the show, and she is also known as Marceline in Adventuretime!

I've always wanted to know who performed all those generic sunshine pop songs used in the original Scooby Doo Where Are You's chase sequences. I imagine bands who thought it could make them the next Archies.

EDIT: Oh, well, nevermind, now I know. Apparently one of the songs was actually done by Davy Jones. Groovy.

Not animated, but The Adventures Of Pete And Pete theme song, "Hey Sandy" is by Polaris.

• The singer of the Total Drama theme song is Lyon Smith (the voice of Corey in Grojband)
• Fish Hooks is Jeremy Fisher.
• The 7D is Parry Gripp.
• Handy Manny is Los Lobos.
• Saint Seiya is "I Ran (So Far Away)", covered by Bowling for Soup
