Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Just to check before I cut anything, my current plan is to remove Skies of Incursion from indexes, because the page will not exist, but to leave Red Links on example/trope lists, and then cutlist the work page and its redirect (Ace Combat Xi—>Ace Combat Xi Skies Of Incursion). Is that kosher?

Mostly I was just going to delete it from indexes so that if and when the page gets recreated, the editor will update the indexes instead of assuming they can be left alone. But I'll leave them if you think it's best. It might at least draw attention to the Red Link, which would be a good thing.

Edit: Also, not that anyone asked, but being a big Ace Combat fan, I would have played the game and expanded the page myself, were it not for the fact that it's an iOS game that, as far as I can tell, is no longer available on the app store, so I have no idea how to obtain and play it, if it's even possible anymore.
And that's why I hate the current trend of moving away from physical media.

There are words there, but arranged in that particular order they make absolutely no goddamn sense. 0/10 try again
"The hell" is shorthand for "what the hell" (or, sometimes, "who the hell"). As in the common phrase, "The hell is that?" Or sometimes even shortened to "Hell is that?"
In other words, amusingly enough, your comment is basically what I was saying about Bloody Blowback.
