There's a lot less blood, cursing, and alcohol. There's about as much slapstick though.
All Paper Mario games adapted by Telltale.
It's been 3000 years…The first Game wouldn't even be done yet, and there's less RPG elements to the game. But it's pretty much the same besides that.
Five Nights At Freddys, the 60's Animated Variety Show meant to advertise cereals.

The wacky misadventures of the security guard at a local Fazbear's Pizzeria as he tries to outsmart Fazbear and the Gang. Brought to you by Faz-O's, part of a nutritious breakfast.
Adventure Time directed by David Lynch.
My avatar is Mark Twain because I was out of ideas. There's little difference. The guest directed episode terrifies many with its excessively surreal moments such as dozens of Rainicorn clones falling out of PB's eyes and Finn and Jake wandering around mountains made of eyes and ears.
A Super Mario World movie as directed by Don Bluth. (Though how horrible that would actually be is debatable, just something I've been wanting to suggest.)

"Lucian, don’t be afraid, we’ll make it through this."Oh dear... this'll be pretty close to the release of Rock-A-Doodle... I'll see what I come up with...
To be honest, I think it'll be alright. It'll still have the visual appeal, though no doubt the characters' appearances will change; Bowser would have an uncanny resemblance to a mix of Carface and that big-lipped alligator.
A Hotline Miami anti-drug PSA (hey, that's an 80's thing after all)
I now go by Graf von Tirol."You know that fun game you're playing while having beer with your friends?" Cut to a man in a hospital bed. "This will be the outcome. Quit now."
Friday The Thirteenth as an old-style Western.
It's been 3000 years…Instead of a mask-wearing axe murderer, Jason is now a typical cowboy form out of town sneaking around and silently shooting people with a revolver. Since word spreads fast around this town, Sheriff Steve Christy hears of this pretty quickly. After many unsuccessful attempts to find him, they finally meet in front of the saloon for a good, old-fashioned high noon showdown. No prizes for guessing who wins.
Ed, Edd n Eddy as a moe anime (yeah yeah, I know. Just think of it as getting a shot).

While the characters look like your stereotypical Moes, the schemes they come up with involve creating giant mechas, submission beads, dragging things on and on, and/or proof that ninjas exist.
Inception, as directed by Harold P. Warren.

The possum is a potential perpetrator; he did place possum poo in the plum pot.A low budget version with bad writing and really bad special effects

What is a man? A miserable pile of secrets, but enough talk have at you!Would wind up #1 in the box office, actually.
A Lifetime movie-of-the-week about the Second and Third Doctor's relationship. (if you've seen The Three Doctors, you'll get the point.)
"My light shall be the moon, and my path the ocean, my guide the morning star as I sail home to you...."Somehow attempts to shoehorn in a true love message, ignoring the whole "constant bickering" thing.
The Shining as directed by Derek Savage.
The possum is a potential perpetrator; he did place possum poo in the plum pot.It would instead be a cheesy kid flick about intruders. With special guest Erik Estrada from CHiPs.
Knocked Up with an all-Doctor cast! And absolutely filmed under no budget at all.

"My light shall be the moon, and my path the ocean, my guide the morning star as I sail home to you...."Basically, it's an artsy, pretentious, worse version of Grays Anatomy. Don't watch it.
H. P. Lovecraft's Goosebumps TV Show.

NIGHTMARE FUEL. PURE NIGHTMARE FUEL.
A version of Neopets where you can adopt the Doctor's companions.
"My light shall be the moon, and my path the ocean, my guide the morning star as I sail home to you...."No, no, no, no. That's a HORRIBLE idea.
Mommie Dearest directed by Wes Craven.
"My light shall be the moon, and my path the ocean, my guide the morning star as I sail home to you...."That's... that's kinda the point of the thread.

This thread seems to have gotten hung up, so:
Azumanga Daioh as dubbed by 4Kids.
You have to give a theory on how you think the adaption or whatever would be like.

It's been 3000 years…Less fighting, More Furry-on-Furry romance... It's really cheesy, and not meant for everyone. It's also oddly dubbed, like the Adventure Games.
The Legend Of Zelda, the childrens book written by Dr Seuss.
Link goes around Hyrule observing surreal things while talking exclusively in rhyme.
Nintendogs movie directed by Micheal Bay.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: The Rankin Bass Animated Special
I love to learn, I love to yearn, and most of all... I love to make money.
Surprisingly enough, the awkward dialogue kinda works out for the Mudokons. Much of the rest of the aspects, such as the liberties taken to distance itself from the cinematic platformer aspects, is rather strange though, and seems to emphasize how theatric Abe becomes.
