- The Anticipator: Incognito tells Black Cat over the phone that he knew that she would bring the jewels to Max.
- "Blind Idiot" Translation: Black Cat is subtitled saying "Are you really need this jewels?" Later when the home owner points a gun at Black Cat, she says "Are you really will use your gun?" And after grabbing the gun from the man, Black Cat says "Now tell me, where is the jewels?" Later, when Black Cat is on the phone withIncognito, she says "And yet, you was kill Max? Why?"
- Bring It: When Incognito proposes to Black Cat to give him the stolen jewlery, she laughs before telling him that to come and take it from her.
- Borrowed Biometric Bypass: Black Cat tells the thief that the only thing that will that will open the safe is the fingerprint of the owner before calling him an idiot.
- But Now I Must Go: After having to get up and take a phone call at a restaurant, Felicia Hardy tells her boyfriend that she must go.
- Classy Cat-Burglar: Black Cat.
- Coffin Contraband: The home owner tells Black Cat the that jewels are really in a casket.
- Critical Staffing Shortage: When Felicia Hardy's boyfriend doesn't understand why her boss constantly makes her work night shifts, she tells him that they just don't have enough staff so she has to work overtime.
- Good Smoking, Evil Smoking: Incognito lights up a cigarette while on the phone with Black Cat before telling her that she beat his mercenary well the other night.
- Gotta Have It, Gonna Steal It: Max ordered Black Cat to steal jewels.
- He's Dead, Jim: Black Cat checks Max's pulse.
- I Know Your True Name: Incognito near the end of his phone call wiht Black Cat refers to her as "Felicia" before asking her about the last time that she saw her boyfriend.
- I Will Find You: Incognito tells Black Cat that he won't come looking for her unless she brings the jewels to him.
- The Insomniac: Felicia Hardy's boyfriend tells her that he can't sleep well at night, therefore would she mind if he he worked the night shift for her.
- Kick Chick: Black Cat nonchalantly kicks the thief in the face when he tries to get up from the floor.
- Nonchalant Dodge: Black Cat when the thief throws punches at her.
- Playing Hard to Get: The episode begins with a man reading from his tablet the following (with a woman providing the voice over narration): "I only came because I knew you'd be here. I thought of you as I dressed today. I know I play hard to get - It's normal. I like the flirting."
- Reading Your Rights: Black Cat tells the thief that the police will arresting on the grounds of breaking and entering, robbing an apartment, and attempting to murder the home owner. She then tells him that he'll at the very least, get five years in prison.
- Russian Humour: Black Cat tells the thief that she likes his "joke" about the code to the safe the most.
- Safecracking: A gun-toting thief asks a man where the jewels are located in his house. The man tells the thief that they're in the safe on the second floor but it requires a code in order to open it.
- Sinister Scraping Sound: Black Cat does this with her nails against a wall.
- Slave to PR: Black Cat tells the thief that she won't open the safe for him because she has a reputation that she has to protect.
- Stunned Silence: Black Cat is rendered into this at the very end of the episode after realizing that her boyfriend has been kidnapped. Presumably, Incognito is asking for the jewels in return for her boyfriend.
- Swiss-Cheese Security: Black Cat informs the thief that the house is protected by a Weston-92 Class A security system. When the thief broke through the door lock, a silent alarm was triggered. She then says that an idiot like him wouldn't have known about it.
- Too Much Information: Incognito tells Black Cat that Max might've told her something that she shouldn't know.
- Who Are You?: The thief asks this to Black Cat.
- Victoria's Secret Compartment: Black Cat hides a bag of jewels this way.
Season 1, Episode 2
- Da Editor: Viktor Larionov, who is the boss of a big newspaper.
- Don't Make Me Destroy You: Black Cat tells Incognito that she'll destroy him after trying to Blackmail him.
- Feet-First Introduction: Black Cat when she's first seen walking in on Larionv as he fixes himself a Pepsi.
- Game Over: The first masked man says this after partner hits the second Black Cat over the head with his gun.
- He's Got a Weapon!: Black Cat's boyfriend tries to inform her that Incognito has a gun before Incognito takes the phone back and tells him to shut up for talking too much. Incognito later tells Black Cat that her boyfriend is fine.
- Hidden in Plain Sight: The second Black Cat has hidden the jewels and won't say where they're located until she sees the hostage.
- I Never Told You My Name: When Black Cat tries to ask Incognito about how he knows her real identity, Incognito again tells her that he's the only one asking the questions.
- My Way or the Highway: Incognito tells Black Cat that they are now going to do things his way. Not only does Incognito want Black Cat to give him the jewels but also a flash drive which contains valuable information.
- Neck Lift: Black Cat grabs Larionov's neck while demanding him to give her a flash drive that contains banking information, passwords, and his company's financial statements.
- Necktie Leash: Black Cat grabs Larionov's necktie.
- Never Going Back to Prison: Incognito warns Black Cat that she might go to prison for all of the naughty things that she has committed.
- Not a Game: The second Black Cat tells the masked man that she's not going to play games with him after he demands that she put the flash drive on the floor and then stand back.
- Race Against the Clock: Incognito tells Black Cat that she only has three days to retrieve the jewels and flash drive.
- Recruiting the Criminal: Incognito blackmails Black Cat into stealing for him. He tells Black Cat that he'll tip off the FBI about her secret identity.
- Swiss-Cheese Security: When Larionov asks Black Cat about how she got passed security, she responses by simply saying "Security? Please - you call that idiot 'security'?"
- Static Stun Gun: Black Cat's boyfriend tells her that he got tasered in the street before being blindfolded and then put in a car.
- You Bastard!: Black Cat calls Incognito a bastard when she realizes that he'll kill her boyfriend.
- You Have No Idea Who You're Dealing With: Picking up directly after where the previous episode left off, Incognito tells Black Cat that she should now know what he's capable of. Black Cat responds by saying that Max's dead body made it clear.
Season 1, Episode 3
- Big "WHAT?!": Black Cat says this regarding whether it's true that her boyfriend is already in cahoots with Incognito.
- Blame Game: Incognito tells Black Cat that her boyfriend should stop hiding since he started all of this shit.
- But Now I Must Go: After being exposed as an imposter, the second Black Cat says that she needs to leave for another adventure at 6 o'clock.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Black Cat beats the two masked men that Incognito sicked on her with relative ease.
- Damsel in Distress: The second Black Cat.
- Damsel out of Distress: The second Black Cat shoots and kills Incognito soon after he asks Black Cat if she's ready to fight him one on one.
- The End: "The Happy End" appears on the screen as Black Cat and her imposter walk off.
- Failure Gambit: Black Cat asks Incognito who's going to save him now after his little plan failed.
- Hairstyle Malfunction: Incognito takes the second Black Cat's white wig off.
- I'll Kill You!: Black Cat tells her boyfriend that she promises that she'll kill him quickly after he betrays her.
- Naughty by Night: Black Cat's boyfriend tells her that he's sick of the way that she treated him. After living in his house and spending his money, Felicia Hardy looked like an innocent girl. But in reality, she's a mercenary and criminal.
- Precision F-Strike: Incognito calls Black Cat a "stupid bitch" before asking if she knows who he is.
- Sean Connery Is About to Shoot You: The second Black Cat grabs a pistol from the couch and demands that Felicia Hardy's boyfriend and Incognito to put their hands up where she can see them.
- This Is Unforgivable!: Black Cat tells Incognito that he will now pay for Blackmail and kidnapping.
- You Fool!: Black Cat calls Incognito an idiot after telling him that she sold his jewelry.
- You Leave Him Alone!: Black Cat enters telling Incognito and his gang to leave her imposter alone since it's her that they want.
- You Said You Would Let Them Go: The second Black Cat tells Incognito that it wasn't part of the bargain to hit her over the head. She was supposed to give him the flash drive and then walk away.
Silk

Black Cat (Marvel Comics): Season 1, Episode 3
- Cat Fight: Black Cat vs. Silk.
- Don't Make Me Destroy You: Silk tells Black Cat to either give her the jewels or else she'll destroy her.
- Finish Him!: Silk says to Black Cat that it's time to finish her off.
- Framed for Heroism: Black Cat tells the second Black Cat that they'll leave leave Silk for the cops to find. Black Cat then says that Silk will go to prison for the murder of all of those people.
- Gave Up Too Soon: Black Cat tells an unconscious Silk to try harder next time. Black Cat adds that when Silk finally gets out of prison, to come see her so that they can talk it over.
- Mask of Confidence: Black Cat says to Silk that the problem with all spiders is that they're too self-confident.
- Precision F-Strike: Black Cat says to Silk that she must have money problems if she's helping pieces of shit like that gang of criminals.
- 2xFore: Black Cat hits Silk over the head with one before finishing her off with a kick to the face.
- You Leave Him Alone!: Silk says this after after overhearing Black Cat's confrontation with Incognito and Felicia Hardy's boyfriend.
- Your Magic's No Good Here: After Silk shoots a web at Black Cat, Black Cat responds by saying that Silk's tricks might work against street hooligans but not her.
Spider-Man

Black Cat (Marvel Comics): Season 1, Episode 2
- Arrested for Heroism: Black Cat tells Spider-Man that in a few minutes, the police will arrive and assume that he robbed and killed Viktor Larionov. Spider-Man tells Black Cat that she can't do that to him since he's on the side of good.
- Big "NO!": Spider-Man says this just as Viktor Larionov is about to shoot him.
- C-List Fodder: Black Cat tells Spider-Man that while she admits that as of now, he's an A-lister, soon, she'll make him a B or C-lister.
- Finger Wag: Spider-Man does this while telling Black Cat that he won't let her hurt Viktor Larionov.
- He's Dead, Jim: Black Cat says to Spider-Man that she hit Larionov too hard and now he's dead because of it. Black Cat then wants Spider-Man to admit that Larionov was an asshole though.
- Hero Killer: Larionov tells Spider-Man that he has always dreamed of killing a superhero, so he guesses that it would be better to do it now before the police arrive.
- "Hey, You!" Haymaker: Just before Larionov is about to shoot Spider-Man once and for all, Black Cat from behind, taps his shoulder and knocks him out with a black pepper grinder.
- Just in Time: Spider-Man tells Black Cat that he's always late after she tells him that she was sure that she wouldn't see him this time.
- New Rules as the Plot Demands: Black Cat tells her boyfriend that even though she's done everything that Incognito has asked for, he's constantly changing the rules.
- Nonchalant Dodge: Spider-Man dodges from Black Cat's attempts to strike him with her claws.
- Precision F-Strike: Larionov tells Spider-Man of Black Cat that the "bitch was trying to steal secret financial information" from his company.
- Prison Rape: Black Cat insinuates this when she says to Spider-Man to the inmates are going to love having an ex-lycra-clad superhero to play with.
- Sean Connery Is About to Shoot You: Larionov points his gun as Spider-Man is lying on the ground, saying that he has now punished both him and Black Cat.
- Stopped Caring: Larionov tells Spider-Man that it no longer seems to matter whether or not he's good or bad.
- Superhero Capital of the World: Larionov tells Spider-Man that if he looks around, there are superheroes and superheroines everywhere.
- Unwanted Assistance: Spider-Man tells Larionov after being shot by him that he was only trying to help him.
- Three-Point Landing: Spider-Man does this upon his initial arrival.
- Would Hit a Girl: Spider-Man ultimately knocks Black Cat out with a kick after she attempts to attack him once more.
- Wrong Side All Along: Spider-Man asks Black Cat what happened to her after telling her that she was once on the side of the good guys. Black Cat responds by saying that she's on no one's side but her own. Spider-Man himself, then asks Black Cat if she surely knows for sure that she's sometimes fighting against the good guys.
