Óscar Diego Flores López (born November 13, 1976 in Mexico City) is a Mexican voice actor and director.
Able to make both silly and toned-down voices, he's best known for being the Latin-American Spanish voice of the Ice King, Numbuh 1, War Machine, Ice Bear, and Buck, among others.
