Characters / League of Anime Wrestling

Go To

This is a list of the many, many characters in League of Anime Wrestling. Please do not put too much details regarding the more raunchy aspects of the characters in their entry. Their involvement in hentai matches can be mentioned, though only in passing. Due to the nature of the site and the size of the roster, this list is incomplete.

The wrestlers in LAW are divided into weight classes; lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight. Each weight class is considered a division, though wrestlers from different weight classes still can compete against each other. Each division has its own championship title. In addition to that, there are also male wrestlers, though they are not put into weight classes like their female counterpart.

Lightweight Division ( 120 lbs. and under)

Clara Gaster / GASTER

Played by: Vcom7418

Faceclaim: Original (inspired by Mimikyu)

GASTERClick here to see Clara Gaster

A lightweight wrestler from England who either wrestles as herself, Clara Gaster, or GASTER, an Evil Overlord who wants to conquer the Earth by means of beating Earth's greatest heroes (wrestlers). It depends on whether she's wearing a mask or not.

Rose Gold (Lightweight Champion)

Played by: SuckerPunch

Faceclaim: Djeeta
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rose_gold_6.png
Caustic Cutie

A lightweight wrestler known for her vicious streak and near-insatiable lust, Rose Gold became one of the top names in LAW due to her prodigious skill. Calls herself The Ace of LAW, a claim that not many can dispute. Is currently the Lightweight Champion after defeating the inaugural champion, Aoi Fukiwara.

  • The Ace: Rose Gold certainly believes her own hype, but being one of the most skilled wrestlers in her generation, she seems to believe that she has the right to call herself The Ace of LAW.
  • Arrogant Kung-Fu Girl: Not only that she is highly skilled to the point of being The Ace, she's also extremely arrogant and confident in herself.
  • But Not Too Foreign: Ethnically an American, but was born and raised in Japan.
  • Dark Is Evil: Rose Gold's current outfit is black, and she is pretty much a Card-Carrying Villain.
  • Heel: Arrogant, violent, vicious and totally unapologetic in her villainous ways, Rose Gold considers herself to be a Mega-Heel, whose goal is to humiliate her opponent, sexually or otherwise, in the ring. Highly skilled and ambitious, she is certainly one of the most dangerous wrestlers LAW has to offer.
  • Interplay of Sex and Violence: Her near-insatiable lust can only be matched by her penchant for violence. For Rose Gold, either way is preferable in the ring.
  • Little Miss Badass: Most wrestlers from the lightweight division can be considered this, even more so for Rose Gold for being extremely dangerous and skilled.
  • Metallic Motifs: It's right there in her name, Rose Gold. She seems to incorporate this gold motif in the naming theme of her wrestling moves like Crown of Gold or Midas Touch.
  • Red Baron: The Caustic Cutie, The Venomous Vixen, The Brutal Blonde and recently, The Ace of LAW.
  • Waif-Fu: Her small frame prevents her from executing especially powerful moves. This is why she relies on her agility and technique.

Yuki Kazikura

Played by: CaptainL

Faceclaim: Original
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yuki_kazikura.png
Dynamite Schoolgirl

A young joshi wrestler coming to LAW after a career on the independent scene. Primarily a high-flyer, Yuki is known for her composure and strategic thought in the ring.

  • Action Dress Rip: While she typically wrestles in a leotard with a skirt attached to it, she tore the skirt off during her barbed wire match against Amano Jaku to free herself from getting tangled in the barbed wire.
  • A-Cup Angst: Notably self-conscious about her smaller chest.
  • Always Someone Better: Despite being at the top of the competition on the indies, Yuki struggles to hold her place in LAW, something that causes her no shortage of grief.
  • Big Eater: Surprisingly given her smaller frame. It mainly comes from her being so busy with her life that she skipped meals often.
  • Child Prodigy: Began wrestling at 16 years old, and joined LAW on her eighteenth birthday.
  • Girl Next Door: A major part of Yuki's image is that she's an everyday person with an ordinary life, and she tries to use this to inspire others to strive for greatness if she was able to make her successful wrestling career possible for herself. Deconstructed in her feud with Amano Jaku, where it's pointed out that what's ordinary to her is unthinkable to someone who didn't grow up with the resources and support she did.
  • Heroes Love Dogs: She has a Siberian Husky named Cleopatra, which is not a reference to any real-life wrestlers with Huskies who have Egyptian-themed names.
  • Ordinary High-School Student: When she joined LAW, she was still a high school senior.
  • Red Baron: Dynamite Schoolgirl. Even after graduating high school Note  it stuck.
  • Joshikousei: Her username on LAW Twitter is "DynaJKYuki".
  • The Stoic: She tries to maintain her calm, allowing her to better plan her attacks.
    • Not So Stoic: However, she is capable of losing her cool. When she pushed herself to her limits during a barbed wire match against Amano Jaku, she was frightened by her own actions after the fact. She also broke down crying on several occasions, notably her defeat against Rose Gold, and witnessing Aoi Fukiwara be injured by her.
  • Triple Shifter: Between wrestling and school, she was known to come home only to immediately pass out on the bed.

    Middleweight Division (121- 169 lbs.)

Ducky Williams

Played by: ADarlingDucky

Faceclaim: Original
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ducky_williams.jpg
Darling Ducky

An upbeat and optimistic wrestler who is always up for any challenge. Pretty much a squeaky-clean babyface who fights fairly and will stand up against anyone mean enough towards her. Well-known for her butt-based attacks.

Eirina Makishima

Played by: PrinceArjuna332

Faceclaim: Saint Martha
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/eirina.jpg
Frau Doktor

A skilled wrestler who's also a doctor. Half-German, half-Japanese, Eirina Makishima is one of the top names of LAW, becoming the inaugural hentai champion before finally losing the title to the current one, Rei Tachibana.

  • Arch-Enemy: Eileen Sommers. Eirina has an assortment of rivals, friendly or otherwise, but Eileen is the only members of the roster whom she truly detests.
  • Berserk Button: Her age is a sensitive subject to her, though it's rarely brought up these days.
  • But Not Too Foreign: Eirina is half-German, half-Japanese. Hence why she calls herself Frau Doktor.
  • Herr Doktor: Eirina is a doctor and a half-German. She even calls herself Frau Doktor.
  • Jack of All Stats: Despite her favoring technical skills and submissions, and prefers hentai matches, Eirina is fairly balanced and versatile, with her being able to do strikes, throws and aerial maneuvers in addition to technical skills she's well-known for.
  • Lovable Sex Maniac: Most wrestlers who dabble in hentai matches are this, and with Eirina being primarily a hentai wrestler, she's certainly one.
  • The Medic: Eirina sometimes works backstage as a medical personnel thanks to her medical knowledge.
  • The Rival: Kyoko Akan is her biggest one.
  • The Tease: Eirina loves teasing others. Fitting for someone who wrestles mostly in erotic/hentai matches.
  • Wrestling Doesn't Pay: Downplayed, because wrestling does pay, but in addition to being a professional wrestler, Eirina is also a trained doctor.

Gil

Played by: Arista

Faceclaim: Original
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/gil_32.png
Arma-Gil-O!

An upbeat and kindly wrestler with a primarily smother-focused moveset. Aspires to become LAW's first Smother Champion and establish it as a title. Also known as "Arma-Gil-O."

  • Animal Motifs: Goats, complete with wearing horns in the ring.
  • Ass Kicks You: Most of her arsenal revolves around these kinds of attacks, although more related to smothers than strikes.
  • Author Avatar: Arista based the character on herself, and tends to refer to her in first-person pronouns even when speaking out of character.
  • The Cutie: She's very positive and sweet-natured, and wears a lot of pink and frilly outfits. More than one of her fellow wrestlers (and even other users) have made it a point to protect her.
  • Passionate Sports Girl: Though she originally focused on hockey before coming to wrestling.
  • Put on a Bus: Announced her retirement from wrestling in February 2022 to pursue hockey full-time. Out of universe, Arista had to finish up roleplaying due to real-life commitments.
  • Nice Girl: She can't even bring herself to be mad at heels.

Lillian Byrne

Played by: ADarlingDucky

Faceclaim: Original
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lillian_byrne.png
Lillian Byrne

A foul-mouthed and crass wrestler who's very quick to resort to violence and has the tendency to rely on her physicality to solve problems. She uses her power and brute strength in the ring. Is currently the Middleweight Champion after beating the inaugural champion, Tina Armstrong.

As of right now, she has vacated the title, and the title is currently under contention at LAW Apex.

  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Despite her overall unpleasantness, Lillian has a soft spot towards her sister, who suggested to her that she should pursue a career in pro wrestling in Japan.
  • Fighting Back Is Wrong: The reason why Lillian underwent a personality change from being a sweet girl into an unpleasant and violent bitch. After she fought back against her bullies, injuring them in the process, the bullies were seen as victims, and Lillian the bad guy. It cemented the idea in Lillian's head that there is no one else out there besides her sister she could rely on.
  • Glacier Waif: Despite being a middleweight, Lillian is strong enough that she can throw around most heavyweights.
  • Jerkass: Has quite an unpleasant personality, being a foul-mouthed and hotheaded bitch.
  • Morality Pet: Her older sister is this to her.
  • Then Let Me Be Evil: As a consequence of Fighting Back Is Wrong above, Lillian hardened herself, building a shell around herself, becoming inconsiderate, callous, violent and ill-tempered young woman that she is today.
  • Used to Be a Sweet Kid: Lillian used to be a sweet girl when she was young. After being regarded as a monster for fighting back against her bullies, she decided that she might as well be mean and a jerk to everyone (except her older sister).

Megumi Mutoh

Played by: PrinceArjuna332

Faceclaim: Megumi Mutoh
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/megumi_2.jpg
Genius Mutoh

Nicknamed "Genius Mutoh" back then in Wrestle Angels, Megumi Mutoh is remarkable for her intelligence, hence her nickname, being a very talented wrestler who has made her name before joining LAW. She joined LAW to make a name for herself. Is currently a tag-team partner of her best friend, Chigusa Yuuki, and their team is called Valkyrie Troupe.

  • The Berserker: As Lady Muta, being her Superpowered Evil Side similar to Keiji Mutoh in the form of Great Muta. She fights savagely, showing little to no restraints. She even displays a Slasher Smile while taking this persona.
  • Brilliant, but Lazy: Has shown some elements of this. Megumi is incredibly talented, but she has never pushed herself far enough to actually become an ace in any promotion she joins.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Megumi can be sarcastic and quite sharp-tongue, though she isn't actively malicious in her sarcasm.
  • Expy: Of Keiji Mutoh, with him being her namesake. They even share the same movesets, and like him, she also has her own Superpowered Evil Side in the form of Lady Muta, who acts similarly to Great Muta.
  • Facial Markings: Whenever she adopts Lady Muta persona, she paints her face in kabuki-like fashion.
  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: She has this relationship with Chigusa, her best friend, if not an outright Pseudo-Romantic Friendship between them.
  • Lovely Angels: With Chigusa Yuuki, even before joining LAW.
  • The Tease: To those she considers her friends, she can be quite a tease.

Sachiko Koizumi

Played by: CaptainL

Faceclaim: Original
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sachiko_koizumi.png
Sachiko Koizumi

The niece of retired wrestler Akira Koizumi, and the leader of a gang known as the Heartbreakers, which also wrestles as a stable. She's a rebel at heart with a strong disregard for authority, and isn't afraid to rough people up to help establish herself as a threat.

  • Batter Up!: Uses a baseball bat when she can get away with it.
  • Japanese Delinquents: A sukeban.
  • Legacy Character: Defied. Despite being trained by her aunt, she couldn't care less about her family history, and resents her for the Training from Hell she put her through in an attempt to teach her discipline (it didn't work).
  • Lovable Sex Maniac: She's a self-described pervert, and proud of it. Many of her moves involve groping her opponents.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Has a love for gyudon, to the point where she's held up restaurants and forced them to serve it to her.
  • Younger Than They Look: She's 19, but tall, muscular, and busty enough to get away with going to bars without anyone batting an eye.

Kyoko Akan

Played by: Fairy Dragon

Faceclaim: Original (Formerly Hinata)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/image0_476.jpg
The Belly Queen
The proud fighter with a an equally proud set of abs and a vicious attitude. A skilled wrestler with a loud bark and a bite almost as bad as her bark she runs across LAW her own way and is willing to hurt anyone who gets in the way of her path. Introduced the outlaw "Belly Queen Title" as part of her ego trip and continues to be a pain to all who aren't her friends or family, both of which are small company.

  • Arch-Enemy: Da Xia, Kyoko has many rivals she is mostly annoyed with but Da is one she outright hates and that feeling is mutual.
  • Always Someone Better: To Eirina Makishima, who she beat twice handily in matches that Eirina admits were favored to her. After the second loss Eirina didn't attempt to go after Kyoko again until she was basically goaded into it by the arrogant wrestler and put everything on the line to beat her in the third match. Despite the win Eirina admits that Kyoko is probably still this to her, but the gap is closing.
  • Berserk Button: Being disrespected. It's one of the big reasons she turned in the first placed and it tends to end with whoever she felt is responsible getting hurt all over. Da Xia is a berserk button all on her own.
    • Don't destroy her Belly Queen Belt, she left Violette a bleeding mess for smashing it with her bat. And Violette was supposed to be a teammate.
  • The Brute: In Eileen's Queen stable. Everyone she's attacked has been at the behest of another member and it's clear Kyoko herself has no real agenda besides hurting people until she reaches the top.
  • Card-Carrying Villain: An unrepentant heel who has no qualms hurting and humiliating the competition.
  • Dude, Where's My Respect?: Kyoko constantly feels she should be respected by all just because she's a good wrestler, and demands it from wrestlers of any alignment. She's aware most won't give it to her because of her actions and behavior but she argues that as competitors how she acts shouldn't matter but how she performs does.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: She looks out and is caring towards her entire family, and has been all her life. It's night and day how she treats them vs everyone else.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: While she's not above beating up people up, she won't do so before a match or try to gain an advantage. Granted if her opponent shows up hurt and it wasn't her fault she will take advantage of it.
    • She also doesn't tolerate other people talking ill of their family members, one of the reasons she clashes with Cyber Widow is how she talks down to her daughters for being Jobbers
  • Evil vs. Evil: Her feuds with Da Xia, Karen, and Lillian Byrne are lacking in a sympathetic figure.
  • Fair-Play Villain: She fights completely within the rules of a match once it's actually started, its one of the reasons some heroes are at least able to give her credit since she can back up some of her trash talking.
  • Fallen Hero: Used to be a face before LAW and was actually hired based on her good reputation elsewhere. Kyoko certainly shows little to no traits of that now.
  • Gimmick Matches: "Belly Battles" Which are just any match with the stipulation that the finishing submission or pinfall must come from a move that targets the midsection. Kyoko popularized them, and even puts her outlaw title on the line for these...which blew up in her face when Da Xia of all people ended up beating her in one to take it.
  • Jerkass: Not a pleasant person to be around unless you're on her good side, and unless you share blood with her you usually aren't.
  • Kick the Dog: One frequent version of dog kicking is how she's treated defeated opponents, some of which she's taken home and tied up to use as punching bags. The worst was Hua Shin who she did this to for over a week.
    • Her brutal attack on Petra, usually Kyoko beats someone up with a reason (even if that reason follows a thin line of logic) Petra she helped beat up for no reason at all.
    • After she beat Yuki Onna she stripped her of her singlet and showed off her beaten figure to the crowd, laughing at the fact that Yuki was in tears.
  • Magnetic Hero: A villainous example. Despite having insulted and beaten them up at different points she's managed to bring in a few people who want to be her friend in Yoko, Tara, and Marissa all of whom are Face. Marissa eventually grew out of that desire but Kyoko ended up forming a team with the the former two.
  • No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: She worked as a model and a store hand for a family friends shop to get it some needed business which is one of the unambiguously nice things she's done. She spends the day regretting it when she's humiliated or hurt by rivals taking advantage of the fact Kyoko has to cater to their whims. By the time Kat Hart rolls in, who means no harm or offense whatsoever aside from a few sarcastic remarks, Kyoko is ready to explode in anger.
  • Pet the Dog: The belt she carries around? Was made by fans of hers and thus Kyoko treats it like the most important thing in the world to show her appreciation to them.
    • Her treatment of Eve Summers post match, most girls she beats up and if they piss her off (Like Eve did) she proceeds to beat them up even more after the match. What did she drag Eve backstage to do? Give her something for her bruises, compliment her fighting spirit even in defeat, and offer to help her improve her wrestling.
  • Power Stable: First 'Rebellion' but Kyoko left that due to differing opinions. Later she joined Eileen's band of Queens but she grew wary of being betrayed after seeing how they outed Lillian (Not that it stopped her from helping them mind you.) And formed her own stable 'Abdominion' both as a means of helping like minded girls get better but as backup in case she does get jumped by her so called teammates.
  • The Rival: Eirina Makishima, Yoko, Tara Jaeger, and Katherine Hart.
  • Sadist: Openly admits to enjoying how she can break someone down, especially if she gets to destroy their abs in the process. Her desire to drag out matches just to hurt someone more has cost her a few matches.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: Kyoko's ego could reach the sun, and while she's a very skilled wrestler she's far from the pedestal she's put herself on.
  • Token Evil Teammate: To her own team! While she's the leader of the Abdominion stable she's the only actual Heel on it as Yoko, Tara Jaeger, and Eve Summers are all good girls.
  • Wrestling Family: Kyoko, her siblings, her cousins, and her parents all wrestlers. Though her Mother only started after they did.

Skylar Jones

Played by: Deskfan45

Faceclaim: Rin Shibuya
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sky_3.png
The Brawling Puppet
A well meaning but psychotic street brawler who joined the world of professional wrestling seeking the thrill of bloody, intense fights.

  • Berserk Button: For the love of all that is holy, do not hurt her friends.
  • Bully Hunter: Skylar despises bullies with a burning passion, especially when they hurt her friends. Making these types of people suffer is a sick game to her, and one she finds extremely enjoyable.
  • Card-Carrying Villain: While she generally plays the good guy, brutally punishing heels, she won't deny it when she's the villain of a story. When people piss her off, she'll stomp their skulls in even if she knows she's in the wrong. This is best shown in her feuds with Yuki Kazikura and Lily Sniper.
  • Custom Uniform of Sexy: While she originally wrestled in a plain old hoodie and jeans, she got envious of other wrestler's iconic outfits, and did a bit to make it her own. This of course included cutting the hoodie short to show her well toned abs.
  • Garbage Wrestler: Skylar's style of wrestling often neglects the wrestling part of things, instead preferring to simply pound her opponents into a bloody mess. Despite having learned quite a few basic submissions and throws, she'll always be a brawler. This is further cemented by her love of deathmatch wrestling.
  • Good Is Not Nice: She's not afraid to beat anyone who stands in her way to a pulp, but most of the time they had it coming.
  • Red Baron: the Brawling Puppet.
  • She Who Fights Monsters: She just about always goes overboard punishing bullies, making them suffer far worse things then they ever put anyone else through. She feels no shame for the things she's done to people she deems deserving.
  • Transparent Closet: Skylar is most certainly 100% straight, has no interest in girls, and is not bisexual in any way.
  • Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds: Due to her Dark and Troubled Past, Skylar grew up to be batshit crazy. She was raised by a poor single mother in a trashy apartment. The bizarre and horrific things she witnessed in this building are responsible for many of her eccentricities. Not only that, she was ostracized by her peers and only had one friend growing up. All of this built up, causing her to grow impulsive and violent.

    Heavyweight Division (170+ lbs.)

Alaina Sanders-Haines

Played by: Highfly

Faceclaim: Original
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/alaina_sanders.jpeg
The Amazon

A veteran wrestler who originally retired to start a family, but decided to return back into the ring due to her overwhelming desire to compete with the younger wrestlers. Is known for her nickname "The Amazon". She is planning to at least win a gold or two before finally retiring for real.

  • Action Mom: Has twin children, Anna and Carl Haines with the love of her life, Charlie Haines, and still can kick quite a lot of asses.
  • Amazonian Beauty: A perfect example of this, with her being known for her Red Baron, The Amazon.
  • Animal Motifs: Tigers, as evidenced by her wearing tiger print wrestling outfit. This also reinforces her being an Amazonian Beauty.
  • Happily Married: Is married with the love of her life, Charlie Haines and has a family with him. Their marriage is still going strong, even now.
  • The Maiden Name Debate: After marrying Charlie Haines, Alaina changed her name into Alaina Sanders-Haines.
  • The Mentor: Besides challenging the younger talents, Alaina also takes it upon herself to mentor a young talent, a middleweight named Tina Armstrong. Tina herself would become the inaugural LAW Middleweight Champion.
  • Red Baron: Becomes well known as The Amazon.
  • The Rival: Her rivalry with her fellow Heavyweight and Action Mom, Dana Ashford, has become a stuff of legend which predates LAW itself.
  • Spirited Competitor: Has this going on with her. In fact, she returns back to the ring after retiring due to her desire to compete with younger wrestlers.
  • Silver Vixen: Is already in her late forties, but is still a head-turner. Her perfect physique certainly helps a lot.

Dana Ashford

Played by: PrinceArjuna332

Faceclaim: Original work (Pixiv link)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dana_ashford.jpg
Smiling Demon

A veteran wrestler with illustrious and storied career who plans to build a lasting legacy for herself by joining LAW. Well known for her motherly disposition which belies her sadistic tendency. Is the matriarch of the Ashford Family and has three children who are also wrestlers in LAW.

  • Action Mom: Is a mother of three, and all of them are also wrestlers.
  • Amazonian Beauty: While she appears more stocky than your typical Amazonian Beauty, Dana is considered to be this instead of being a Brawn Hilda.
  • Apron Matron: Is considered this for the Ashford Family, if not an Evil Matriarch.
  • Badass Family: Dana is the matriarch of the Ashford Family, with her children inheriting her family name and her husband taking her family name than the other way around.
  • Dissonant Serenity: Always seen with a motherly smile on her face, earning her a nickname Smiling Demon.
  • Fair-Play Villain: Despite being a Heel, she fights fairly. She only bends the rules once in a while just to make it clear that she isn't someone to root for.
  • Happily Married: Is married to a retired wrestler, Douglas Ashford (originally Douglas Johnson), who has yet to make his appearance in the forum.
  • The Maiden Name Debate: Has this going on with her family, with her husband, Douglas, taking her family name instead of the other way around, making Dana the matriarch of the family.
  • Mean Character, Nice Actor: Downplayed due to the lack of Kayfabe, but Dana is a more pleasant person outside of the ring.
  • Noble Demon: Dana is never shy to show her villainous intents in the ring, though she rarely fights dirty and despite being undeniably a Heel, she is honorable enough that she will follow the rules. Though for the sake of making it clear that she is indeed a bonafide villain, she isn't above stretching the rules, if only to make clear that she's not the one to root for in the ring.
  • Red Baron: Due to her disturbingly serene smile that she has on her face most of the time, she is known as Smiling Demon.
  • The Rival: Her rivalry with her fellow Heavyweight and Action Mom, Alaina Sanders-Haines, has become a stuff of legend which predates LAW itself.
  • Sadist: She takes pleasure in hurting and dominating her opponents in the ring while having a serene smile on her face. This is why she is considered a Heel instead of a Face or Tweener.
  • Silver Vixen: Still considered by many to be a hottie despite already in her fifties.
  • Wrestling Family: Is a matriarch of one. Whether she is an Apron Matron or an Evil Matriarch depends on who you ask.

Katherine Hart (Tag-Team Champion)

Played by: winner3

Faceclaim: Cat Heart
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/etor8nil.jpg
The Super Kitty

The Face of LAW. A luchadora with prestigious background, being one of the first signings in LAW that catapulted the promotion to a new height. But by becoming the Face of the promotion, she has also put a gigantic target on her back for those who wish to elevate themselves in this promotion. Is currently a tag-team champion alongside Tracy Canon and Aurora Estrella.

  • Amazonian Beauty: Is undeniably a beauty and one of the heavyweights in the promotion. Just look at her picture.
  • Animal Motifs: Cat
  • Big Eater: Has 'eating' listed as one of her likes. She has a huge appetite and compliments her diligent training with hearty meals
  • Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: Has blonde hair and unambigously heroic. She is considered to be the biggest Face in the company.
  • Jack of All Stats: Is fairly balanced as a wrestler despite being a heavyweight. While she doesn't heavily rely on aerial maneuvers, she is still capable of performing them in the ring.
  • Masked Luchador: Wears a cat-themed mask.
  • Nice Girl: A genuinely heroic figure who wrestles fairly in the ring. Strives to become a good role-model for those watching her wrestle.
  • The Paragon: Strives to become one, wanting to be an inspiration to others, wrestlers or not. She has also granted more Make-A-Wishes than any other LAW stars.
  • Red Baron: The Super Kitty.

Karen Starring

Played by: Devilish53

Faceclaim: Original (Formerly Power Girl)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/karen_12.jpg
Karen Starring

One of the earliest signings of LAW, well-known for her aggressiveness and unfriendliness. Has quite an attitude that gives her very few friends, but no one can deny that she is a very powerful wrestler and a powerhouse.

  • Amazonian Beauty: Being a heavyweight, this is almost always a given.
  • Cleavage Window: The most prominent feature of her outfit, revealing her cleavage, whether she's wearing a leotard or a two-piece outfit. Certainly an element that she's taken from Power Girl before taking a more distinct and original appearance.
  • Combat Stilettos: Karen's boots seem to have high heels, though she doesn't seem to have trouble wrestling with them.
  • Jerkass: Very unfriendly and has an unpleasant personality, hence explaining why she doesn't have many friends.
  • Mighty Glacier: Being a heavyweight, Karen makes use of her strength to throw around other wrestlers, keeping her movesets simple. She is pretty much the very definition of the word "powerhouse".
  • Retcon: There was a time when Karen had a backstory of being an amnesiac, but that backstory has been retconned, explaining that Karen has a normal upbringing instead of being an amnesiac. It is acknowledged by Karen herself in-universe, who admits giving herself a fake backstory when she first started wrestling.

The British Bunnies - Chelsea and Molly Forster

Played by: CaptainL

Faceclaim: Original (Chelsea); Chitoge Kirisaki (Molly)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/chelsea_forster.png
Chelsea Forster
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/molly_forster.png
Molly Forster

A tag team of high-flyers from England. Chelsea is the hot-headed, aggressive older sister, while Molly is her more even-tempered younger sister who also serves as Chelsea's manager and translator.

  • Animal Motifs: Both of them, obviously, are themed around rabbits, using high-flying and agility-based moves and wearing ribbons in their hair to mimic the shape of bunny ears.
  • Annoying Younger Sibling: Chelsea considers Molly to be this, getting frustrated with her antics and interests. However, she doesn't take kindly to others harming her, citing that she's the only one allowed to pick on Molly.
  • Berserk Button: Chelsea will not forgive you if you hurt her sister. That, or insult Liverpool FC.
  • British Rock Star: Chelsea takes after this trope (in particular being a hard-drinking irate Scouser), and became a wrestler after a failed attempt at starting a music career.
  • Cosplay Otaku Girl: Molly was a professional cosplayer before becoming a wrestler.
  • The Cutie: Molly tries to cultivate this image. She means well, but can sometimes irritate others if she takes it too far.
  • Foreign Wrestling Heel: From Liverpool, though Chelsea is far more open about the heel part. Molly is much nicer, and doesn't flaunt her heritage as much.
  • Occidental Otaku: Molly is a fan of Japanese culture and media, in contrast to her sister, who finds her habits irritating.
  • Lesser Star: Although she has more experience in wrestling, Chelsea isn't as popular as her sister, in no small part due to Molly being much kinder and more approachable to fans. Chelsea is aware of this, and finds it frustrating.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: Chelsea and Molly, respectively. Chelsea's irritable, loud, and brash, while Molly is more understanding and tries to reel in her impulses.
  • Sibling Team: Chelsea and Molly are sisters, and on-and-off tag team partners.
  • Twin Switch: Despite not actually being twins, they still look similar enough to pull off Twin Magic.
  • The Unintelligible: In-universe, Chelsea doesn't speak any Japanese and exclusively speaks English. Out-of-universe, she uses a lot of British slang, and has a thick Phonetic Accent. Either way, Molly tends to have to translate for her.
  • Unlimited Wardrobe: Apart from her ring gear, Molly has a number of different outfits she wears while managing Chelsea. It comes with the territory of being a cosplayer.

Pictured: Totally not Jim Cornette

A veteran sportswriter working for LAW Magazine. Notably very acerbic and critical about modern wrestlers, who he decries as not taking the sport seriously.

  • Berserk Button: In addition to his general disdain for modern trends in wrestling, he hates it when Idol Singers get into wrestling by virtue of their popularity alone, particularly when they don't have any wrestling talent. That, and Claire Thomas wrestling a kitten (and losing).
  • Butt-Monkey: Tends to be the target of mockery from wrestlers and coworkers, when they're not outright meddling in his life.
  • Caustic Critic: He does not like a lot of things, and is very vocal about it.
  • Da Editor: He's technically only a senior columnist, but he does have the clout to order people around, and he has the personality down perfectly.
  • Grumpy Old Man: He's been covering wrestling for decades, and a lot of things irritate him.
  • I Need a Freaking Drink: Does this often. His reaction to idol Courage Takemi signing with LAW was to post a photo of a bottle of whisky.
  • Pet the Dog: Despite all his open criticism of anything less than serious in wrestling and the misanthropy to go with it, he genuinely loves his family, including his two Akitas, Lou and Riki.
  • No Celebrities Were Harmed: Basically a Japanese version of Jim Cornette, even using some of his catchphrases like "outlaw mudshow." However, he was more directly inspired by Matt Brock, a recurring fictional writer from London Publishing's wrestling magazines.
  • Serious Business: Professional wrestling, to him. He decries anyone who doesn't treat it as such.
  • "Stop Having Fun" Guys: Eiji believes that any wrestler who's not fully dedicated to the sport and jokes around can't really be called a wrestler.
