    All Sims
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/00_1_1.jpg
The Usual Suspects note
Tropes that apply to all Sims in Gray's household.
  • Aerith and Bob: The Unfortunate Names run into this. There's "Florida", "Australian", and "Colono". Although named after a drug and fast food chain respectively, "Ellis" and "Tim" sound normal enough.
  • All for Nothing: It doesn't matter how much stuff Gray gives his sims. He could give them them the perfect house with everything they could possibly want, they will all manage to die of anything but old age.
    • The biggest example of this is in the episode "i made 100 kids live in a basement for 50 years", where despite Gray intentionally trying to help his sims last as long as possible and giving them everything they could possibly need, only one sim manages to make it to their elderly years out of 100.
  • Ambiguously Related: With how The Sims 4 works, all sims have to be part of the same "family" to start on the same lot, though the game is kind of loose about what that means. They don't necessarily need to be tagged as siblings or parents/children, nor do they need to have the same last name note . Gray often refers to his group as "the Man Family", named after Florida Man. But only two of the characters - Australian and Florida - actually have that last name, and while Gray does occasionally refer to these two as "brothers" it's also not known if he's actually tagged them as siblings, or if it's the True Companions kind of "brothers". Of course, none of this stopped Gray from using the whole family in his marriage and Woohoo experiments anyway.
  • Ascended Extra: In his "100 Sims" experiments, if a sim miraculously survived in the most bizarre way and/or has traits that fit in with the Man Family, Gray will make them temporary members in the rotation.
  • The Chew Toy: Gray and the viewers love to see the sims suffer in comical ways.
  • Cloud Cuckoolander: It's very obvious that every Sim in this household isn't exactly... mentally sound.
  • Commuting on a Bus: The temporary members as the Sixth Ranger in the rotation.
  • Death by Despair: Regularly die from embarrassment after wetting themselves.
  • Demoted to Extra: There are some members who made only a few appearances but had not made a single recent one since like Damn you Disney and Karen Starbucks. He had mentioned her in one of Ellis’ Day in the Limelight episode.
  • The Ditz: They aren't particularly smart or even have a drop of common sense. Gray waxes about their lack of intelligence a lot, though the only credit that he gave them was a belief of Better to Die than Be Killed in his Cruel and Unusual Death experiments.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: Before it became the Man Family officially, it used to be the ClairDanes Lovespudding or the Leg Day family and said sim was supposed to be the matriarch of the family.
  • The Fool: While some are goofballs, their attitude is this in the experiments.
  • Full-Name Basis: Gray usually refers to his Sims by this. Though he does call some of them by their first name sometimes, like Colono.
  • Informed Attribute: Gray frequently tells stories of whatever felony they committed in the past or some impressive feat when the audience has yet to see any of it. The closest that people could see was Australian Man swimming in the shark-infested pool.
  • Jerkass: Almost all of them (except for Tim Horton) are more than willing to torment one another even without Gray's help. Australian Man and Ellis Dee actually have the Mean trait. In Australian's case, Gray said he didn't even intend it - the game randomly generated that trait for him.
  • Humans Through Alien Eyes: Gray often tells what the cats and dog see their owners do.
  • Lethal Chef: Technically, they can cook. They just often have fires when they try to cook.
  • Made of Iron / Made of Plasticine: While some have better chances than others, depending on the challenge, these guys can die easily or persevere. In the hedge maze episode, they shocked Gray by dying all at once, making him force them to be immortal.
  • Manchild: His sims are primarily composed of this.
  • Potty Failure: Every single episode at least one of them - usually more - will have one of these.
  • Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: Three men who are the physical embodiment of their homeland, an evil madwoman, a child-hating Bob Ross Expy, a Casanova Wannabe with a messed up face, a sixth position held by the most recent random sim to survive an experiment and become an Ascended Extra, one cat with Fish Eyes and a drug addiction and a second cat who's Comically Cross-Eyed with Yandere tendencies. Many other minor characters from earlier episodes were just as bizarre.
  • Seen It All: Gray states that they’re used to his experiments though they don’t enjoy any of it.
  • Shout-Out Theme Naming: Anything as long as it sounds like a Punny Name. The cats have a Family Theme Naming after human organs with exceptions.
  • Stoners Are Funny: If there are drugs available in the experiments, this family would be the main victims. According to Gray, not even the cats are exempted from this since he gave descriptions of their current cocaine addiction.
  • Super Drowning Skills: Gray's sims will drown if they ever go in a pool, something Lampshaded by Gray several times.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: All the time. In most episodes they appeared in, they ended up dying in ways that amused Gray and the audience... only to be brought back in later episodes to die again.
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: Sometimes Gray gives them things that could give a chance of survival or give them the best life, though they always manage to die eventually anyway.
  • Too Dumb to Live: From drowning in pools, to dying of starvation with plenty of food, to wetting themselves with tons of toilets nearby. If there's an easily-avoidable death to be found, you can bet these sims will find it. Gray has expressed a belief that they're not actually too dumb, they just believe it's Better to Die than Be Killed.
  • Trash of the Titans: Soiled laundry, puddles of urine, and especially rotten food will fill the house by each episode's end without fail.
  • Unfortunate Names: Multiple of them are named after drugs, specifically Ellis Dee (LSD), Flo Caine (Cocaine), and Beth Amphetamine (Methamphetamine).

    Florida Man
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/florida_man_0.png
An adult male Sim who wears nothing but a white towel. Embodiment of Florida and The Face of Gray's Sims series.
  • Acrofatic: He's overweight, but has also demonstrated feats of athleticism on several occasions. Examples include being in the lead during the race in "I Built a 1000 Mile Long Hallway" or showing off his dance skills (which included a back flip) in "I forced people to make tiktok videos non-stop and this happened".
  • The Alcoholic: One of his defining traits. In fact, Gray specifically downloaded a third party mod to allow him to give Florida Man this as a trait.
  • Ambiguously Brown: He has brown skin and red hair. His ethnicity is currently unknown.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Played for Laughs. In the episode "I Made People So Uncomfortable They Died", Gray mentioned that Florida Man didn't have a decent life as a youth.
  • Fat and Skinny: The Fat to Australian Man's Skinny.
  • Fat Bastard: A chubby man who, according to Gray, is one of the most felonious men in history (though he has yet to be seen committing a felony onscreen).
  • Fiery Redhead: He has red hair and also the Hot-headed trait, the latter of which was revealed in the early episode "I Built a 1000 Mile Long Hallway".
  • Made of Iron: Florida Man seems to be more resilient than most of the other sims in Gray's collection. He is currently the sims who has won the largest number of contests, and even when he doesn't win, he tends to be one of the last sims to die. It is possible that Gray has given Florida Man reward traits, such as Heatproof, to make him more resistant to hazards.
  • Only in Florida: He's literally the physical embodiment of every Florida stereotype there is. Gray makes repeated mentions of him going in and out of jail and fighting alligators while drunk.
  • Only Sane Man: Ironically fulfills this role, by Gray pointing out he does normal things that might get him survive longer. Gray stated it was because how long he Seen It All though his narration shows how this sim doesn’t exactly enjoy it.
  • Potty Failure: He was the first sim to wet themselves in quite a few episodes. The most notable instance was the episode "Forcing 100 people to share 1 toilet", where he was the first sim to wet themselves among the 100 sims present in the episode.
  • Red Is Heroic: Kind of. He has fiery red hair, and is the closest thing Gray's Sims series has to a main protagonist.
  • Spontaneous Human Combustion: In "I made a Mother take care of 100 Children", he did this near the end of the video, surprising Gray. It likely resulted from a glitch.
  • Teleport Spam: In "I built a 1000 mile long basement", he got an early lead by glitching out and teleporting from pool to pool along the path.
  • Trademark Favorite Drink: Bud Light. Though he has yet to be shown to consume it.
  • True Companions: Said to be this with Australian Man. Florida Man has consistently been shown to engage in friendly interactions with Australian Man, which is indicative of a good relationship considering that Australian Man has the Mean trait.
  • Walking Shirtless Scene: If he’s not dressed appropriately for the weather, he’s usually in his bath towel.
  • Weight Loss Horror: Played for Laughs. In "Forcing 100 people to party for 168 hours straight", Gray hosted a non-stop pool party for his sims and Florida Man ended up losing weight from all the swimming, which astonished and amused Gray at the same time.
    • He also did this in "I built a 1000 mile long basement" and at one point startled Gray by seemingly deaging as well, until Gray discovered it was actually a random 'young adult' sim who bore a striking resemblance to a young Florida Man and somehow teleported deep into the challenge.

    Australian Man
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/australian_man_9.png
An adult male Sim who frequently appears in the Sims series. Embodiment of Australia.

    Ellis Dee
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ellis_dee.png
A adult female sim who frequently appears in the Sims series. Known to be completely evil and psychotic.
  • A Day in the Limelight: "I made a Mother take care of 100 Children" and "I gave a woman 100 husbands and this happened" both featured her as the main Sim focused on.
  • Ax-Crazy: While Gray's sims aren't exactly known for being mentally sound, Ellis is among the worst as she's known to be Evil and Mean and also has a habit of talking to invisible people.
  • Evil Matriarch: Became a mother to 100 children in the episode "I made a Mother take care of 100 Children", while having the Evil trait. Though in practice, she was more neglectful than outright evil towards them.
  • Lean and Mean: The most malicious of Gray's sims and also one of skinnier sims.
  • Made of Plasticine: Seems to be one of the least resilient of Gray's sims. She has won only 1 contest so far, despite appearing in nearly every episode since her debut. She also tends to die quite early in the episodes.
  • Mental Handicap, Moral Deficiency: Ellis is completely psychotic and tends to scream at nobody in the corner. She's also Mean and Evil.
  • Punny Name: "Ellis Dee" is a pun on "LSD", aka "acid", a powerful drug that tends to cause hallucinations - which makes this double as a Meaningful Name as Ellis is known to talk to invisible people.
  • Rummage Sale Reject: Has a manner of dress that was described by Gray as looking like "a third-grade art teacher's classroom threw up all over her".
  • Talking to Themself: Regularly seen doing this.
  • Token Evil Teammate: Not that any of Gray's sims are particularly nice (aside from Tim Horton, obviously) but she's arguably the worst. Her three traits, as revealed by Gray in "i gave a woman 100 husbands", are Mean, Evil, and Psychopath note .

    ClairDanes Lovespudding
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/clairdanes_lovespudding.png
An adult female sim who is the original "matriarch" of the family.
  • Expy: She's apparently a copy of the premade sim Morgan Park, at least in terms of apperance. As revealed in "Forcing 100 people to share 1 toilet", ClairDanes has the Snob trait, while Morgan Park's traits are supposed to be Ambitious, Perfectionist, and Active.
  • Heroic Build: She's one of the most physically fit of Gray's sims. In fact, she's based on Morgan Park, one of Sims 4's premade sims who's an elite athlete.
  • Made of Plasticine: ... despite her being fit, she isn't all that resilient. She has yet to win any contest even though she is one of the earliest sims to appear in the show.
  • Social Climber: Aapparently has the Snob trait.

    Tim Horton
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tim_horton_swimming_3.png
A red-haired male sim. Spectacularly unlucky. Embodiment of Canada.
  • Celibate Hero: As revealed in "I Built a House that Embarrasses People to Death", Tim seems to have the Unflirty trait.
  • Location Theme Naming: Named after the Canadian fast food chain Tim Hortons.
  • Heroic Build: Shown to be quite muscular, and has broad shoulders to boot. Gray claimed Tim can do 100 push-ups in one minute.
  • Made of Plasticine: ... despite being fit and muscular, he isn't all that good at winning Gray's contests.
  • Mr. Fanservice: Somewhat. In the episode "I Created A House that Causes Repeated Heart Attacks", Gray spent a couple of seconds focusing the camera on a shirtless Tim Horton in the bathtub (showing us his well-muscled body). Tim's been repeatedly described with "buff" and similar adjectives.
  • Moose and Maple Syrup: His entire shtick, down to being named after the famous Canadian donut chain: He has a full beard, is broad and buff, and loves nature. He's about as stereotypically Canadian as one can get.
  • Nature Lover: Apparently has the Loves Outdoors trait, as revealed in the episode "I Built a 1000 Mile Long Hallway". This is very fitting for someone who's created to be a Canadian stereotype.
  • Nice Guys Finish Last: The nicest sim around. He's also usually among the first to die, and has only ever won challenges when Gray specifically stacked the deck in his favor.
  • Put on a Bus: Despite being one of Gray's more iconic sims, he was the one to get the boot in favor of a sixth slot for the newest Ascended Extras.
    • Commuting on a Bus: That said, he bears the distinction of being one of only two sims to make a reappearance (albeit temporary) after being removed from the main cast, the other being Colono.
  • Red Is Heroic: His standard outfits consist of a red flannel shirt. He is also the nicest sim in Gray's household.
  • Token Good Teammate: In keeping with the "polite Canadian" stereotype, he is the nicest sim in the series and apparently the only one with the Good trait.

    IForgot MyPants
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/iforgot_mypants.png
An adult female sim who almost never wears any pants.
  • Dismotivation: Once described by Gray as "woefully unambitious". It is currently not known what her personality traits are.
  • Exactly What It Says on the Tin: IForgot MyPants is a sim who is characterized by... not wearing pants in her standard outfits.
  • Too Dumb to Live: Moreso than the other sims in this household. For some reason, she has repeatedly died from starvation even when she's practically surrounded by food, i.e., no other sim in the same episode died from starvation. Examples include "Forcing people afraid of water to live in a nightmare pool house" and "I Made People Swim Until They Died".

    Bab Ross
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bab_ross.png
An adult female Sim with a giant afro.
  • Abusive Parents: According to Gray in the episode "I Built a 1000 Mile Long Swimming Pool" Bab Ross's parents didn't love her.
  • Bob Ross Rib: Sort of. She has the afro and a Punny Name based on his, and she has the Creative trait. However, her personality is basically the opposite of his, with her being a Jerkass Child Hater while Bob was well known as a Nice Guy Friend to All Children.
  • Child Hater: One of her three traits as revealed by Gray in her debut episode. In the episode "I Built a House That Kills People For Food", we even saw her smash a child's dollhouse and laugh about it.
  • Eccentric Artist: She has the Creative trait and sports a giant afro along with denim outfits, so she definitely invokes this trope. Which is fitting for someone intended to be a Bob Ross Expy.
  • Fratbro: One of her traits is Bro. In "I Made People Stream Until They Died", she received the "Hangin' with Bros" moodlet while the Grim Reaper was around (reaping Beth's soul). This means she is bros with the Grim Reaper.
  • No Sense of Humor: Somewhat. She was the last sim standing in the episode "I Made People Stream Until They Died", which involved Gray trying to make his sims die from laughter. This suggests she may be more resistant to being made hysterically happy compared to the other sims.
  • Pals with Jesus: As mentioned above, she once got the "Hangin' with the Bros" moodlet from standing by the Grim Reaper.
  • Punny Name: Bob Ross of course. Her Funny Afro is also a reference to him.

    Colono Scopy
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/colono.png
A romantic male sim with a bizarrely shortened face.
  • Big Eater: Apparently has the Glutton trait, as revealed in the 100 husband episode. In his debut episode "I Built a House That Kills People for Food", he apparently spent hours doing nothing other than eating popcorn.
  • The Bus Came Back: After a period of absence, Colono returned and was made a member of the main cast, having been in every episode since his reintroduction.
  • Casanova Wannabe: He's highly romantic (in fact he has the Romantic trait) and loves nothing more than flirting with female sims, usually Ellis Dee. On the other hand, he's never actually gotten to WooHoo anyone that we've seen. In particular, in the "i gave a woman 100 husbands" episode, he pursued Ellis harder than the other men and was one of the few to not mind her unfaithfulness. But ultimately he never managed to build a solid relationship with her (according to Gray his come-ons mostly "scared the shit out of her") and lost out to Evan Thorne, aka Kyle.
  • The Hedonist: According to Gray, Colono loves "eating, drinking and hot women". He actually has the Glutton trait on top of the Romantic trait.
  • Gonk: From the neck down, he looks like a somewhat out-of-shape man, and he has a very bizarre face with his chin lifted way up and a mouth that spreads nearly ear-to-ear.
  • Official Couple: With Flo at one point. In the episode "Forcing 100 highly contagious people to live together", Gray explicitly called Colono and Flo a couple.
  • Potty Failure: Seems to be even more prone to this compared to his fellow sims.
  • Punny Name: Colonoscopy, a medical procedure involving sending a small camera up the patient's butt to look for potentially malignant polyps in their colons.
  • Put on a Bus: Was rotated out for a different sim a few episodes after his intorduction.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Popcorn. In his debut episode, he seemed to have spent hours doing nothing other than eating popcorn.

    Flo Caine
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/flo_caine.png
An adult female sim with bizarrely large ears.
  • Gonk: Not as much as Colono, but with disproportionately large ears, she still looks more bizarre than most of the other sims.
  • Narcissist: Has shown signs of this. In her debut episode "I Built a House That Cooks People to Death", she had apparently spent an extended amount of time admiring herself in the mirror. This suggests that she may have the Self-Absorbed trait.
  • Official Couple: With Colono at one point. In the episode "Forcing 100 highly contagious people to live together", Gray explicitly called Colono and Flo a couple.
  • Punny Name: "Flo Caine" is a pun on "Cocaine", a strong stimulant used by a lot of people as a recreational drug.

    Beth Amphetamine
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/beth_amphetamine.png
An adult female sim who has a horse-like long face.
  • Butterface: Intentionally invoked by Gray himself. As shown in her debut episode "I Made People Stream Until They Died", Beth looks like an attractive young woman from the back, but once the camera zoomed in, we saw her... less than attractive face.
  • The Fool: She apparently has the Goofball trait, as revealed in the episode "I Infected People with Ebola Until They Died".
  • Genki Girl: Has the Goofball and Cheerful traits.
  • Gonk: Has a horse-like long face.
  • Punny Name: Her name is a pun on "Methamphetamine", a potent central nervous system stimulant mainly used as a recreational drug.
  • Southern Belle: Invoked. She looks like one of these when seen from the back, but once you see her front...
  • Super-Strength: In her debut episode, Gray claimed that Beth can "bench press 400 pounds", though we've yet to see this in action.

    Tommy Wenis
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tommy_wenis.png
An adult male sim who is always depressed and wears pants made from bedroom drapes.
  • The Eeyore: He's said to be constantly depressed. Whenever the camera zooms in to focus on his face, he's usually having a sad expression. This indicates that he likely has the Gloomy trait.
  • Expy: His name is a play on Tommy Wiseau, and his depressive personality comes from Tommy's character of Johnny in the infamous The Room (2003).
  • Made of Plasticine: One of the less resilient of Gray's sims. He tends to be among the first sims to die during an episode.
  • Rummage Sale Reject: Tommy's standard outfits consist of pants which Gray described as "made from his grandma's bedroom drapes". Gray claimed that he chose Tommy precisely because of Tommy coming out of the randomizer dressed like this.
  • True Companions: Said to be this with Tonsils.

    Whitley Arriagagagagag
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/whitley_arriaga.png
An adult female sim who got added to the main roster for surviving a 100-sim challenge and had a surname that Gray failed to pronounce properly.
  • Ascended Extra: She's originally a random sim in the episode "Forcing 100 highly contagious people to live together". She survived until the end and thus got added to the family temporarily. She's notable for being the sim who started the tradition of promoting random sims to the main roster.
  • Made of Iron: Even more so than Florida Man or Australian Man. She is the first member of the Man Family to have won 2 contests in a row. Again, even when she doesn't win, she tends to be one of the last sims to die.
  • Malicious Misnaming: Downplayed. Gray's Sims all have Unfortunate Names. All he did for this lady was adding the "gagagag" to "Arriaga".
  • Social Media Before Reason: In "i forced people to make tiktok videos non-stop and this happened", Whitley seemed to have spent more time on making videos and getting followers than the other sims. Also, she was the first sim to die in that episode (which is unusual), which may indicate that her dedication to making videos caused her needs to drop very low.

    Dee Minus
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dee_minus_8.png
An adult female sim with cotton-candy-colored hair.
  • Age Lift: She was originally a child Sim, but was aged up by Gray prior to being added to the main roster.
  • Ascended Extra: Originally a random sim in the episode "Sentencing 100 kids to life in school prison". She survived until the end and thus got added to the family temporarily.
  • The Ditz: More so than most other sims in Gray's collection. She's specifically named "Dee Minus" to reflect her lack of academic aptitude.
  • Hereditary Hairstyle: For a given value of hereditary, in her proper introductory episode Gray is quick to note how she styled her hair after her "murderous mentor", Ellis Dee, when he aged her up.
  • Last Disrespects: In one challenge, she farts on Colono’s dead body.
  • Made of Iron: In the episode "Sentencing 100 kids to life in school prison", she's tough enough to be the last kid standing out of the episode's 100 kids.
  • Potty Failure: While Gray's sims aren't exactly good with using the toilet, Dee Minus is by far the worst at it.
    • It was the very first thing she did in her first official challenge, something which impressed even Gray and convinced him that it was a good choice to bring her in.
    • And her second as well, prompting Gray to wonder whether or not it's her superpower.
    • And her third as well, complete with a "no excuse" and death in the first four hours.
  • Punny Name: On the grade "D-". Her debut episode ended with her having basically the lowest grade that it's possible for a child to get without them being taken away by Child Services, so basically just a step above failing.
  • Tag Along Kid: Technically she's this, as she was originally the "winner" (survivor) of the episode "Sentencing 100 kids to life in school prison", whom Gray aged up and added to the main cast.

    Peasus Christ
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screen_shot_2020_08_27_at_30044_pm.png
The winner of the very glitch-tastical "the sims 4 but their house shrinks every hour". She was brought back for "i built a 1000 mile long basement".
  • Ascended Extra: Following the standard set by Whitley Arriagagagagag and Dee Minus, she was originally just one of the 90 or so randoms added to the episode "the sims 4 but their house shrinks every hour". Her survival in that episode was so bizarre that it impressed Gray into bringing her back for more.
  • Made of Iron: The second member of the Man family to have won 2 contests in a row.
  • Punny Name: A pun on Jesus Christ, obviously. She was so named because of how she survived her debut: by subsisting on frozen peas and somehow walking on top of the swimming pool that Gray turned her house into.
  • Teleportation: How she ended up winning her second episode. Florida Man started it, by Teleport Spamming across the various pools, but then she one-upped him by teleporting straight to the final floor ahead of everyone else.
  • Walk on Water: How she survived her first episode. She wasn't the only one to glitch like this, but she was the only one to keep it up to the end.
    Gordon Ramsay
The winner of "i made 100 kids spend 50 years underground". He was brought back as a temporary household member in the next episode.
  • Ascended Extra: The first male one.
  • Sole Survivor: In his debut episode, he was the only one that managed to make it to his elder years. And this is with Gray trying to help them survive for once.
    Spleens the Cat
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/spleens.png
An adult female cat, with a severe eye problem and cocaine addiction.
  • Bioluminescence Is Cool: On rare instances, the cat will either turn blue or have red glowing nose and paws. Gray chalked it up to plutonium.
  • Cats Are Lazy: Frequently shown to be sleeping while Gray tortures her owners.
  • Cats Are Mean: Downplayed. Whenever Gray gives Spleens a voice, she's often stated to be gloating over her owners' suffering at Gray's hands.
  • Cats Have Nine Lives: If she isn't taken away, she survives whatever challenges Gray throws at the Sims. This is due to the game itself, as pets in The Sims 4 can only die from old age. They cannot suffer violent deaths, and their needs dropping too low will only get them taken away by the pet care worker.
  • Fish Eyes: Spleens constantly has one or both eyes angled outward.
  • Informed Attribute: According to Gray Spleens likes the idea of eating her owners when they die due to Gray's torture, we never see her once try to do so. in fact, she will frequently get taken away by the pet care worker due to Gray not feeding her despite the piles of dead bodies she could eat.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Spleens sometimes just decides to randomly run away though she often comes back.
  • Surprise Litter of Puppies: Well, kittens. Almost every time she ran off, she came back pregnant. Amusingly, in the episode that Gray made that was specifically about creating as many kittens as possible, she actually ended up with fewer kittens than she had in the other episodes.
  • Your Tomcat Is Pregnant: Gray referred to her as "he" until she started getting pregnant and giving birth to kittens.

    Tonsils the Cat
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tonsils.png
An adult male cat, also with a serious eye problem.
  • Cats Are Mean: Downplayed. Whenever Gray gives Tonsils a voice, he's often stated to be gloating over his owners' suffering at Gray's hands.
  • Cats Have Nine Lives: If he isn't taken away, he survives whatever challenges Gray throws at the Sims. This is due to the game itself, as pets in The Sims 4 can only die from old age. They cannot suffer violent deaths, and their needs dropping too low will only get them taken away by the pet care worker.
  • Comically Cross-Eyed: One half of his field of vision is always inside his own skull. He also "gargles Elmer's glue in the morning", according to Gray.
  • The Ditz: Even more so than the other sims, Gray stated that Tonsils struggled to count above six.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Regularly runs away. It's often because his human owners are too busy being tortured to pay attention to him.
  • Simpleton Voice: The voice Gray gives Tonsils, who is often implied to be a bit dim in comparison to Spleens.
  • Yandere: According to Gray, the orange coloring around Tonsil's mouth is actually the long-dried blood of Spleens' former mate, who Tonsils killed so he could have her all to himself. This is only one of the many references to Tonsils' possessive nature.

    Blue Cheese the Cat
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bluecheese.png
An adult cat who is the daughter of Spleens.
  • Ascended Extra: Blue Cheese is the first of Spleens' kittens to appear in more than one episode, first being born in "I made 100 kids spend 50 years underground" before being brought back as a regular character.
  • Cats Are Mean: Downplayed. Whenever Gray gives Blue Cheese a voice, she's often stated to be gloating over her owners' suffering at Gray's hands.
  • Child Eater: In "the sims 4 but I give birth to a baby every hour," Gray warns Blue Cheese not to eat any of Ellis Dee's babies.
  • Fish Eyes: Just like her mother Spleens, Blue Cheese constantly has one or both eyes angled outward.
  • Lady Looks Like a Dude: Despite Gray's usage of male pronouns on Blue Cheese, the ingame gender for Blue Cheese is Female.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Like her mother Blue Cheese will sometimes just run away and come back at random.
  • Gonk: Described by Gray in her second appearance as a "furry, tiny-headed slug" and as a "grotesque being that looks like it forgot how to grow a face". He also calls her a "feline Steve Buscemi". Seeing her age up in her first appearance caused Gray to instantly demand to know what sort of creature Spleens gave birth to.
  • Third Eye: In her third appearance a texture glitch causes her to be seen with an odd slit in his tongue while she's licking her paw. Gray states that said slit is actually her third eye.

    Turnip the Dog

An adult male dog with an unusually large brain.

    The Grim Reaper
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/grimreaper_0.jpg
The Grim Reaper, who is responsible for showing up to reap a sim's soul upon death... which means he is a frequent visitor to Gray's houses.
  • Apathetic Clerk: He's quite annoyed at all the extra work Gray gives him. Most of the time, he'll begrudgingly fulfill his duty of reaping Sims, but thanks to the game frequently bugging out, he'll sometimes quit partway through.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: He wears black cloaks, has his face concealed by a black hood, and leaves a shadowy trail wherever he passes through, but he's just doing his job of reaping souls.
  • Don't Fear the Reaper: Especially if he's known to stay around after reaping souls, just to dance to radio music, eat hot dogs or get high on Gray's party drugs.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Even he thinks Gray's torture methods are crazy and excessive.
  • Manchild: Was spotted playing with toys in "I made 100 kids spend 50 years underground". Gray said the Grim Reaper behaved like this because he was really stressed out from all the soul-reaping.
  • Not So Above It All: Supposedly the most functional being among the recurrent characters in the series. But he sometimes participated in Gray's antics as well, such as when he got high on Gray's party drugs like all the other sims did in "Forcing 100 people to party for 168 hours straight".
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Has done this on several occasions, usually because Gray's antics had resulted in an unusually big mess. In that case, the Grim Reaper will just outright refuse to do his job, leaving Gray to remove all the dead bodies manually.

Recurring characters from other games

    Don Provolone
An extremely corrupt Guildmaster.
  • Explosive Breeder: Don Provolone is good at one thing, and that's having lots of kids.
  • Kavorka Man: Thanks to a high charisma skill, he charms the pants off women in one sentence while looking like Dom DeLuise at a Renaissance fair.
    Reginald von Cluck
Game: Minecraft
Gray's pet chicken that accompanies him as he destroys the Minecraft world with stupidity and zeroes.
  • Convection, Schmonvection: Enjoys swimming in pools of lava.
  • God Mode: "minecraft but chickens beat the game for you" introduces "Reginald: God of Choas". His abilities include laying eggs which cause chaotic effects when broken, turning the nearby terrain into magma blocks, shooting arrows like a machine gun, and creating a hundred little clones of itself in his final form.
  • Only One Name: In a members exclusive video, Gray revealed that Reginald's full name is "Reginald von Cluck." However, this name has yet to be used anywhere else.
  • Sole Survivor: In "minecraft, but bows control gravity," he was the only chicken that survived, getting brain damage but becoming immortal.
