Archelomon
An elderly Digimon in Island Zone, with some memory problems. He is knowledgeable about the island's secret, which is why he was kept as hostage by Neptunemon until rescued by Xros Heart.
- Forgetful Jones: He keeps forgetting what he's about to say.
- In Vino Veritas: Loose lips variant. Neptunemon gets him drunk to get information on KingWhamon out of him.
- Mister Exposition: He provides information into the nature of his zone.
BlueMeramon
One of the soldiers under DeathMeramon's command. He actually detests Bagra Army's methods, especially after he realized that Tactimon was willing to sacrifice their lives. It was Dorulumon that made him realize that, and soon sacrificed himself to save his rescuer from DeathMeramon.
- Go Out with a Smile: He's happy that he could at least save Dorulumon's life.
- Heel–Face Turn: Due to the We Have Reserves attitude of the Bagra Army.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Takes one of DeathMeramon's attacks for Dorulumon, which kills him.
- Palette Swap: It's in the name.
SlushAngemon (SlashAngemon)
He is the head police in Heaven Zone, enforcing strict rules while giving very cruel punishment to even minor problems. He and Lucemon are battling for support on who will be the next president of the zone.
- Absurdly Sharp Blade: He has plenty of them!
- All Crimes Are Equal: He doesn't seem to realize that this philosophy doesn't work.
- Da Chief: He is the head of the police force, though his subordinate Gargoylemon displays more of the stereotypical features.
- The Corruption: It turns out that he was being corrupted by the same dark energy that DarkKnightmon was after.
- Dub Name Change: Digimon World 3's English version called him "GuardiAngemon", but other English materials called him SlushAngemon. It has been confirmed that the dub has been forced to go with the latter name.
- Knight in Shining Armor: He looks the part, but doesn't play the part.
- Knight Templar: He inflicts punishment for even minor infractions, such as walking on the grass.
- Light Is Not Good: He's an angel in charge of the Heaven Zone, but he's not what you would call the most reasonable person.
- Our Angels Are Different: He's a vaguely robotic digimon with metallic wings.
- Police Brutality: He attacks "criminals" with excessive force.
- Spectacular Spinning: He uses his blades while spinning to attack his foes.
- Well-Intentioned Extremist: His absurd laws are to keep the Bagra Army at bay.
Shakkoumon
A Digimon who flies around in Heaven Zone, seemingly looking enigmatic. As it turns out, he is actually the one who appoints the president of the zone.

- Energy Weapon: Capable of shooting beams from his eyes.
- Eye Beams: With enough power to match one of Lucemon's attacks, no less!
- Mister Exposition: He explains how his job works and the adds more context to the political system of the zone.
- Mysterious Watcher: At first. Turns out it's his job to observe candidates for official positions from a distance.
- Our Gargoyles Rock: Japanese variety - he is based on the Jogu clay dolls, only living.
- Verbal Tic: Dokuu~.
Stingmon
A humanoid insect Digimon who protects Forest Zone from the Bagra Army. He is the eye of affection of Lilamon's heart, but he is (at least at first) oblivious towards her wails. Later, after the Bagra Army takes over the digital world, he's seen in Honey Land, as one of the rebels fighting (and victimized) by Zamielmon's army.

- Big Creepy-Crawlies: He's a giant insect-like digimon.
- Blade Below the Shoulder: Has blades equipped on his wrists.
- Informed Ability: While it may seem that he was taken down too easily by Kiriha, he was able to keep the Forest Zone from being taken over by the Bagra Army.
- Oblivious to Love: Lilamon likes him, but he's not aware of it.
Lilamon
A humanoid flower Digimon who fights alongside Stingmon. She has a crush on him, dubbing themselves as "The Warriors of Love". She is able to call on Deckerdramon by asking everyone to do a certain dance. Later, she is seen as one of the residents of Honey Land after the Bagra Army takes over the Digital World.

- Love Freak: Practically every other word she speaks is related to love in some way.
- Plant Person: She's a plant-like digimon.
- Rubber Man: Her Beautiful Slap attack involves extending her limbs and striking her opponent from a distance.
- Shipper on Deck: She assumes Angie and Jeremy are a couple despite their protests.
- Southern Belle: In the dub.
Puppetmon (Pinocchimon)
A puppet Digimon who resides in Dust Zone. The harshness of the zone has made him distrustful towards others, making him care about himself only. However, Taiki was able to convince him that friends are important, and soon becomes caring towards others.
- Back for the Finale: Part of the make-up of Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode.
- Dub Name Change: He is called 'Puppetmon' in Digimon Adventure's dub and all supporting material.
- Expy: Of Digimon Adventure's Pinocchimon. Both have trouble understanding friendship and trusting friends, to the point where it costs them dearly, but thankfully this Pinocchimon lives thru the ordeal and learns his lesson. Also, while the Dark Master Pinocchimon is fought by MetalGarurumon, this Pinocchimon gives Taiki the MetalGarurumon DigiMemory.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He is initially out for himself, but ultimately befriends the protagonists.
- Troubled, but Cute: His nonthreatening appearance hides resentment and trust issues.
- Tsundere: His nose cannot hide his feelings though!
GranLocomon
This huge train Digimon has taken control over the Dust Zone, forcing its people to offer him items in exchange for food and oil. He has an Haguromon as a partner. He wants the Xros Loader to be able to transfer Zones, and offers the Digimon to give it to him an escape from Dust Zone.
- Cool Train: He's a train digimon.
- I Lied: He lied about helping any digimon that brought him the Xros Loader.
- Runaway Train: Granted he in in control of his actions, but he is no less destructive.
- Shout-Out: Him accessing the Xros Loader to travel Zones is a reminiscent of the DeLorean.
- You Said You Would Let Them Go: He offers digimon who give him the Xros Loader an escape from the Dust Zone.
Elder Monitamon
Referred to as Elder, he is the head of the Shinobi Zone and the Monitamons. He trains young Monitamons and sends them for mercenary work. He asks help from Xros Heart to save their princess from the clutches of Musyamon.
- Old Master: He is the oldest and wisest of the Monitamons.
- Tertiary Sexual Characteristics: He has a mustache.
Lunamon
A resident of Disc Zone before evacuating to Shinobi Zone when that zone collapsed. Lunamon admires Shoutmon due to his kindness towards the refugees. Lunamon reappears again in Gold Land as part of the brainwashed crew of Oregmon.

- Doomed Home Town: The Disc Zone.
- Ridiculously Cute Critter: She has a small, rabbit-like appearance.
- Trapped in Another World: With Spadamon, Coronamon and UlforceVeedramon in the manga.
Spadamon
He is one of the guardians of Sweets Zone. When the Bagra Army under Matadormon invaded the zone, he looked for team Xros Heart, knowing that they are capable of freeing Zones from the Bagra Army. He is friends of one of the captured patisseries, Coronamon.
- Back for the Finale: Part of the make-up of Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: During Olegmon's arc.
- Canon Immigrant: Originated in the non-canon tie-in game Super Xros Wars before appearing in the anime.
- Cool Ship: Becomes the captain of Olegmon's ship after his defeat.
- Cool Sword: Has one when not being a spear.
- Equippable Ally: He turns into a spear for Shoutmon X4S.
- Fish out of Temporal Water: In the manga.
- Guest-Star Party Member: Despite contributing a unique element of a Digi Xros, Spadamon never joins the team in either of his appearances.
- Kid Sidekick: Training to be a holy knight in the manga.
- Panthera Awesome: Except he's a tiny lion Digimon. Note that Spadamon managed to avoid the series long curse of these digimon dying.
- Trapped in Another World: In the manga.
Coronamon
One of the patisseries of Sweets Zone and Spadamon's best friend. He's captured along with the other patisseries by Matadormon, but eventually saved by Xros Heart. He later shows up with Spadamon and Lunamon during the Gold Land arc.
- Back for the Finale: Part of the make-up of Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode.
- Panthera Awesome: A lion-like digimon.
- Playing with Fire: Sadly, we don't get to see this in action.
- Supreme Chef: He is one of the pastry chefs in the Sweets Zones being pressed into service.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: Coronamon inexplicably disappears during the Gold Land arc.
Cutemon's Parents
Cutemon's parents, who were separated from their son during the Bagra Army's attack on their village. Cutemon finally found them in the Sweets Zone, where he and Xros Heart saved them by defeating Breakdramon.
- Bizarre Sexual Dimorphism: By itself, their difference in appearance isn't that odd. No, it's bizarre in that it's the first example of this trope existing without being a case like Angewomon or LadyDevimon, a different Digimon whose a variant on a male-looking one.
- Powered by a Forsaken Child: Used as a method of sustaining Breakdramon before being rescued.
- Purely Aesthetic Gender: Averted, for once.
- Real Men Wear Pink: To be fair to Cutemon's dad, it's a trait of all Cutemon.
- Ridiculously Cute Critters: Like parents like son. Kinda goes with the territory when you're literally called Cutemon.
- Your Princess Is in Another Castle!: Cutemon thought he found them in the Magma Zone, but later learned they'd been moved to another location.
Lopmon
He is a recently-digivolved Kokomon who hides from the forces of NeoVamdemon. He doesn't want to fight despite being the only one capable of remotely protecting the Kokomon village, but soon gathers the courage to do so upon seeing the main characters.
- Back for the Finale: Part of the make-up of Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode.
- Cowardly Lion: He initially tries to run away, but ultimately joins the fight.
- Ear Wings: He can fly using his ears as wings.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Gives his life to give OmegaShoutmon and ZekeGreymon the ability to Double Xros into Shoutmon XD and defeat NeoVamdemon.
- Last of His Kind: Out of technicality. He is an digivolved Kokomon, but he is the only remaining Lopmon because the rest have been taken away to be forcefully DigiXros-ed into NeoVamdemon.
- Ridiculously Cute Critter: A cute bunny-like digimon.
Ignitemon
Mervamon's little brother, who ended up fighting alongside Zamielmon out of the belief that he couldn't fight the Death Generals. His sister and Xros Heart manage to convince him of the error of his ways, and he ends up helping Stingmon to protect Honey Land after Zamielmon's defeat.
- Anti-Villain: He only joined Zamielmon because he thought it was pointless to fight him.
- Back for the Finale: Part of the make-up of Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode.
- The Paralyzer: His main ability is to generate a sound that does this.
- Power Nullifier: Spinning his chakrams will create a wavelength that disables other Digimon.
- Rings of Death: He uses his chakrams effectively in battle.
- Spear Counterpart: To his sister.
- Spell My Name With An S: No one's sure whether his name is meant to be spelled "Ignitemon" or "Ignitomon.
Luka (Ruka)
A human girl with green hair who was encountered by Taiki and the others in Cyber Land. She said that she was awakened from a deep sleep. She's actually a robot controlled by Splashmon's drone, which he uses to cause trouble to the main characters.
- Genki Girl: She is rather excitable and eccentric, so as to be not suspicious.
- The Mole: She is used by Splashmon to manipulate the heroes.
- Ocular Gushers: Repeatedly. They're used as a Chewbacca Defense whenever Dorulumon gets suspicious of her. It's also explained given what's controlling her.
- Ridiculously Human Robot: She's actually a remote controlled robot.
