• Himitsu Sentai Gorenger: The Black Cross Führer, the mysterious leader of the Black Cross Army.
  • Himitsu Sentai Gorenger: The Bomb Hurricane!: Steel Sword Dragon, a renegade Black Cross member whom the Black Cross Führer
• J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai: Boss Iron Claw, the leader of the criminal organization CRIME. In episode 23, he's revealed to be The Dragon for Shine, a mysterious entity from outer space.
• Battle Fever J: Satan Egos, the enigmatic leader of Secret Society Egos and the one who gives life to the Egos Monster each episode.
• Denshi Sentai Denziman: Queen Hedrian, leader of the Vader Clan, who destroyed Planet Denzi prior to the start of the series and has set her sights on Earth next. She's usurped near the end by Demon King Banriki, but after he's subjected to an Undignified Death, she becomes one of the only Big Bads to get away instead of being defeated, and becomes the second-in-command for the next big bad, which is...
• Taiyou Sentai Sun Vulcan: Führer Hell Saturn, leader of Machine Empire Black Magma. Unlike most Big Bads he has a specific reason for targeting Japan, to obtain the cache of geothermal energy he needs to power Black Magma's arsenal. At the end he's revealed to be a servant for the true Big Bad, the Omnipotent God of Black Magma's Religion of Evil.
• Dai Sentai Goggle Five: Führer Taboo, ruler of Dark Science Empire Deathdark who seeks to conquer the world after manipulating its affairs for thousands of years.
• Kagaku Sentai Dynaman: Emperor Aton, the nine-tailed emperor of the Jashinka Empire who seeks to obtain a tenth tail and prove the tailed-people's superiority over mankind by destroying it. He's killed by the Dark Knight, revealed to be his son, Prince Megiddo, whom he banished prior. Megiddo usurps him in the final episode.
• Choudenshi Bioman: Doctor Man, leader of Neo Empire Gear, who's actually the formerly-human Doctor Hideo Kageyama, who converted himself into a cyborg after a failed experince and turned on humanity. Midway through, Bio Hunter Silva of the fallen Anti-Bio Organization arrives on Earth and becomes a Wild Card between both the Biomen and the Gear.
• Dengeki Sentai Changeman: Star King Bazoo, ruler of Great Star League Gozma, who seeks to conquer the Earth and whose generals are all forced to serve him under threat of their home planets, past conquests of his, being destroyed. He turns out to be the Gozma Star, a living planet which seeks to devour other planets.
• Choushinsei Flashman: Great Emperor Ra Deus, who formed the Reconstructive Experiment Empire Mess to invade planets and harvest genetic samples to transform himself into the Ultimate Lifeform. He's taken out in the penultimate episode, with Great Doctor Lee Keflen stepping up to become the final foe, though by that point Mess has been so decimated by an Enemy Civil War that the biggest threat to the Flashmen comes from the Anti-Flash Phenomenon more than anything else.
• Hikari Sentai Maskman: Earth Emperor Zeba, who took over the Underground Empire Tube after overthrowing the Tube royal family and reformed it into an oppressive dictatorship bent on invading the surface. He turns out to be Lethal Doggler II, the son of the previous Lethal Doggler, a monster that tormented the Tube royal family years ago.
• Choujuu Sentai Liveman: Great Professor Bias, leader of Armed Brain Army Volt and the one who corrupted the Livemen's classmates into becoming his fanatical followers.
• Kousoku Sentai Turboranger: Great Boma Emperor Lagorn, leader of the Hundred Boma Tribes that destroyed the fairies thousands of years ago. After a while, he's replaced by the Wandering Boma Yamimaru and Kirika, who set-up his defeat and become the new leaders of the Boma Tribes, but he's eventually revived as Neo-Lagorn and reclaims his position from them.
• Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman: Galactic Empress Meadow, leader of the Galactic Imperial Army Zone, who seeks to destroy 1000 planets in order to complete a ritual to give her immortality, with Earth being the thousandth planet she needs to destroy. In the end she's revealed to be an illusion projected by Zone's true ruler, their flagship Vulgyre. The real Meadow was dead the whole time and never evil.
• Choujin Sentai Jetman: Technically didn't have one since the four Vyram commanders were competing to see who could kill the Jetmen first for the position, but Count Radiguet is the closest. The Vyram's actual ruler is Empress Juza, the leader of the Vyram, though she just lasts 2 episodes and Radiguet takes over being the show's technical Big Bad (he was formerly the closest for Juza's Dragon). Tranza also manages to usurp the Big Bad position for several episodes, until Radiguet reclaims it.
• Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger: Bandora, a witch seeking to wipe out all the children in the world. Her master, Dai Satan, takes over at the end.
• Gosei Sentai Dairanger: Emperor Gorma XV, the emperor of the Gorma Tribes. Or so it would seem. Turns out he and all the Gorma Tribe higher-ups are actually golems created by Colonel Shadam, apparently The Dragon, who eventually just takes over for real and becomes Emperor Gorma XVI
• Ninja Sentai Kakuranger: Long before the events of the series, the big bad was Nurarihyon, who's killed by the five legendary ninja. When they Yokai are unsealed in the present, they are initially independent, then led by Young Noble Junior/Gashadokuro, and then by his father, Daimaou.
• Chouriki Sentai Ohranger: Emperor Bacchus Wrath and his wife, Empress Hysteria, the emperors of the Baranoia Empire who seek to conquer earth. Later Bacchus is killed off and replaced by his son, Prince Buldont (and temporarily Bomber the Great before Buldont transforms into Kaiser Buldont and reclaims his position, alongside his wife, Princess Multiwa).
• Gekisou Sentai Carranger: The leader of the Space Bosozoku Bowzock is President Gynamo at first, but he is temporarily usurped by Instructer Ritchihiker after the latter is corrupted. later, all of Bowzock are ultimately revealed to be pawns to Emperor Exhaus, who used them to conquer earth for his own means.
• Denji Sentai Megaranger: King Javius I, the king of the Nezirejia Dimension who seeks to conquer Earth. However, his Second-In-Command, Dr. Hinelar, destroys him by linking his life force to the Nezirangers and usurps him. Javius' death also reveals that he was not only the ruler of Nezirejia, but also ''was'' Nezirejia.
• Seijuu Sentai Gingaman: Captain Zahab, the captain of the Space Pirate group Balban who seeks to revive a giant monster named Daitanix.
• Kyūkyū Sentai GoGoV: Grand Witch Grandiene (also an Evil Matriarch), the mother of the Psyma Clan's members, a group of demons who seek to conquer earth. However, she only gets a physical body in the middle of the series, and until then her eldest son, Dark King Zylpheeza, leads his siblings in her absence.
  • Kyukyu Sentai Go Go Five Sudden Shock A New Warrior: Juuma King Golomis, a member of a demon clan from another galaxy which is pursued by Beast-Demon Hunter Zeek to Earth.
• Mirai Sentai Timeranger: Don Dolnero, the leader of the Londerz Family Mafia, He's killed and usurped by his friend, Gien, after the latter goes mad, with Gien becoming the final threat the timerangers must face. Later, both of them are revealed to be manipulated by the Timerangers' ally, Captain Ryuya, who instigated the events of the series to save himself from death.
• Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger: The Org Master, a entity contained within a statue which can create new orgs, with the Highness Duke Orgs Shuten, Ura, and Rasetsu being the Dragons in Chief for an arc each. Unsurprisingly, the Org Master is revealed to be an unsentient figurehead with the Highness Dukes as the actual Big Bads. They soon merge into the final Big Bad: Ultimate Org Senki.
  • Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger The Fire Mountain Roars: The Three Org Brothers, a trio of Orgs named after Greek Gods (Specifically Zeus, Poseidon and Hades) who invaded an island in another world.
• Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger: Boss Tau Zant, the leader of the Jakanja who orchestrated everything to summon "It". "It" turns out to be the Evil Will, an evil sentient dimension which Tau Zant finally summons in the final episode.
  • Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger Shushuuto The Movie: Hizaru and Blizaru of the Zaru Clan, who later combine into Ashurazaru.
  • Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger 10 Years After has Zero Spear, Bat Zhe Rumba, a remaining Jakanja member who tries to reawaken the Evil Will, now reincarnated in a boy named Tenkai..
  • Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger Degozaru Shushuuto20th Anniversary: A Big Bad Duumvirate between Oiranda, a Jakanja who fell in love with Tau Zant and wants to avenge his death, and the mercenary Aunja.
• Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger: Wicked Life God Dezumozorlya, who the Evolians worship and seek to create a new body for. Initially, he's split in two halves, each possessing one person: Lije, his Mouth of Sauron whom he uses to speak to his underlings, and Mikoto Nakadai/Abare Killer, who later assumes leadership of the Evolians. Dezumozorlya manages to merge his two halves, possessing his underlings before fighting the Abarangers with a new body of his own.
  • Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger DELUXE Abare Summer Is Freezing Cold: Dimensional Drifter Galvidi, a monster from a different dimension who tricks the Abarangers into giving him a weapon, which he uses to awaken a mecha named BakurenOh.
  • Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger 20th: The Unforgivable Abare'': Trinoid 24: Abarangekko, the last Trinoid who's created as a backup plan for the evolians, reviving an evil version of Abare Killer to aid him with his cause.
• Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger: None. All the villains are independent. The closest would be the sole recurring baddie Agent Abrella, who sells them their weapons. Though he does seem to take that role well when he executes the All Your Base Are Belong to Us plan.
  • Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger The Movie Full Blast Action has Volka, leader of the Gas Drinkers. Abrella serves as Greater-Scope Villain to the Gas Drinkers and the other surrounding movies of Dekaranger by way of providing them with Mecha-Mooks and technology to accomplish their schemes.
  • Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger: 10 Years After has Kight Reidlich, a former SPD member who betrays the organization.
• Mahou Sentai Magiranger: Absolute God N Ma., the demonic leader of the Underground Infershia Empire. Though N Ma is Sealed Evil in a Can until the very end, so his three Dragons In Chief: Braken, Meemy, and Dagon, would also qualify as the Big Bad of an arc each.
  • Mahou Sentai Magiranger The Movie Bride Of Infershia has Hades Beastman Beserker King Glúm do Bridon, a Hades Beastman who kidnaps Kai Ozu's love interest, Yuka Yamazaki, to be his bride.
• GoGo Sentai Boukenger: A Big Bad Ensemble of High Priest Gajah of the Gordom Civilization, Creator King Ryuuwon of the Jaryuu Clan, Gekkou of Illusions of Dark Shadow, and Gai and Rei of the Ashu Tribe (All collectively referred to as Negative Syndicates), against not only the Boukenger but also each other in the quest for the Precious. Gajah is the Final Boss, in case you were curious.
  • Go Go Sentai Boukenger The Movie The Greatest Precious: Hyde Gene, a monster who caused the extinction of the Dinosaurs.
• Juken Sentai Gekiranger: Initially Rio, who leads the Rinjuken Akugata, the rival school of the Gekijuken. When he revives Rinjuken's founder, Maku, the demon became the new leader of Rinjuken. Rio reclaimed his spot when he learns Genjuken until Long the Infernal Dragon, his advisor, is revealed to be manipulating both Rio and Maku in his plan to bring along "The Destroyer.
  • Juken Sentai Gekiranger Nei Nei Hou Hou Hong Kong Decisive Battle: Hong Kong Media King Yang, the leader of the Mechung-Fu group who uses warriors' Qi to become the most powerful being in the world.
• Engine Sentai Go-onger: The three Gaiark Ministers, then Kirezky, and finally their boss shows up near the end: Prime Minister Yogoshimacritein.
  • Engine Sentai Go Onger Boom Boom Bang Bang Gekijou Bang: Empress Maki, the tyrant leader of the Samurai World and of the monstrous Yoma Demons.
  • Engine Sentai Go-Onger: 10 YEARS GRAND PRIX: Noizoon, leader of Eleki Clan Zontark, who are rivals to the Gaiark.
• Samurai Sentai Shinkenger: Chimatsuri Doukoku, the leader of the Gedoshu, a group of Hayakashi who seek to overflow the Sanzu River and destroy the human world. Evil Genius Akumaro also manages to make a brief play for this status when he puts into motion his own plans to create Hell on Earth in defiance of Doukoku.
  • Samurai Sentai Shinkenger The Movie The Fateful War: Manpuku Aburame, who leads his own special contingent of Kusare Gedoshu.
  • Come Back Samurai Sentai Shinkenger Special Act: The Ayakashi Demebakuto.
• Tensou Sentai Goseiger: Great King Mons Drake (The leader of Warstar), Makuin of the Blob (The leader of Yuumajuu), and Emperor Robogog the 10th (The leader of Matrintis) in succession. But in the end it turns out the biggest threat is Bladerun/Buredoran, a.k.a. Brajira of the Messiah, a fallen angel and The Man in Front of the Man for all the previous villains, who manipulated them in order to gain power and recreate the world in his own image.
  • Tensou Sentai Goseiger Epic On The Movie has Gyoten-O of the Supernova, a surviving Warstar general.
  • Come Back Tensou Sentai Goseiger Last Epic The Gosei Angels Are National Icons: King Bibi, a [[{Mooks}} Bibi Bug]] that evolved itself into a stronger form.
• Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger: Prince Warz Gill, who leads the invasion of Earth by the Space Empire Zangyack. He's later succeeded by his father, Emperor Ackdos Gill.
  • Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Movie: The Flying Ghost Ship has Los Dark, an undead ghost ship captain who revives fallen Mooks.
  • Kaizoku Sentai Ten Gokaiger: A Big Bad Duumvirate between the Minister of Defense and Captain Badley, the leader of the Bakut Pirates trio. Both desire to build an army using the Sentai keys to conquer the universe, though of the two it's Badley who's the de facto main threat.
• Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters: Messiah, an evil computer virus. He is destroyed in Episode 30, but Enter survived and is acting as the Big Bad while trying to recreate Messiah. Then Escape tries to kill him, succeeds in recreating Messiah, and is reintegrated into him... only for Messiah to die again and Enter to have survived.
  • Tokumei Sentai Gobusters The Movie Protect The Tokyo Enetower: Steamloid, a metaloid that can make the Buddyroids rust.
  • Tokumei Sentai Gobusters Returns Vs Dobutsu Sentai Gobusters has the Great Demon Lord Azazel, a Diabolus ex Nihilo who is strong enough to effortlessly slaughter the Go-Busters, necessitating the assistance of a second team of Go-Busters from an Alternate Universe to defeat him. In said universe, the Big Bad of Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters is Machine Empress Trange Star, leader of the Machine Empire Mechalius and doppelganger of the prime reality's Escape.
• Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: Deboss, a mysterious life-form that seeks to destroy the Earth. Though as he is incapacitated for much of the series, his Hypercompetent Sidekick Hundred Faced High Priest Chaos serves as the acting Big Bad in his place. Until Chaos and his underlings succeeded in fully resurrecting Deboss, who took over as the Big Bad for the remainder of the season. Furthermore, before he is slain, Deboss reveals that the one who created him is out there somewhere, providing a Sequel Hook for the next crossover movie.
  • Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: Gaburincho of Music has Ferocious Knight D/Deathryuger.
  • Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger 100 YEARSAFTER has Arslevan, a new Knight born from Deboss's cells who's responsible for the Deboss Army's return in the future.
• Ressha Sentai ToQger: Emperor of Darkness Z, the leader of the Evil Army Shadow Line who's obsessed with light.
  • Ressha Sentai To Qger The Movie Galaxy Line SOS: Count Nair, a member of the space branch of the Shadow Line.
  • Ressha Sentai To Qger Goes And Returns Super To Q7gou Of Dreams: Grand Duke Hei, the true leader of the Shadow Line.
• Shuriken Sentai Ninninger: Gengetsu Kibaoni, the leader of the Kibaoni Army Corps, though similarly to Deboss in Kyoryuger, he was not in a state to do much for most of the series, being revived as a bodyless voice, with his son, Kyuemon Izayoi, acting as The Heavy until he's freed.
  • Shuriken Sentai Ninninger The Movie The Dinosaur Lords Splendid Ninja Scroll: Juza Yumihari, a powerful Kibanoi Army Corps general.
  • Come Back Shuriken Sentai Ninninger Ninnin Girls Vs Boys FINALWARS: A few revived Kibanoi Army Corps generals.
• Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger: Lord Ginis of the Deathgalien, who sends his underlings to kill the humans for his own amusement.
  • Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger The Movie The Heart Pounding Circus Panic: Domidoll, an evil circus owner who wants to destroy earth.
  • Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger Returns Life Received The Earths Monarchs Decisive Battle: Pocane Daniro, a former general of Deathgalien who now owns a casino.
• Uchu Sentai Kyuranger: Don Armage, the leader of the Space Shogunate Jark Matter. Unlike other Sentai villains, he actually succeeded in his goal prior to the events of the series. However, while he's indisputably the primary villain, Tsurugi's old friend Quervo has an odd claim to this due to being Don Armage's conscious and cooperative body in the present.
  • Uchu Sentai Kyuranger The Movie The Geth Indavers Counterattack: The titular Geth Indaver Who's actually Hoi Korol, a former colleague of Shou Ronpo.
  • Uchu Sentai Kyuranger Episode Of Stinger: The Daikan Thunderbird.
• Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger: Dogranio Yaboon, the leader of the Interdimensional Crime Group Gangler, though uniquely for the franchise, he's announced his retirement and will relinquish Gangler leadership to whoever can take over Earth.
  • Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger Vs Keisatsu Sentai Patranger En Film: Herlock Sholmes, an Expy of not Sherlock Holmes, but of a character from Arsène Lupin who himself is an expy of the detective.
• The miniseries Four Week Continuous Super Sentai Strongest Battle has Rita, who organizes the torunament in order to resurrect Dai Satan.
• Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger: The Druidon generals in a rotating Big Bad Ensemble and, much later, their creator Eras. Oddly enough, while Eras is touted as the Big Bad of the Druidon Tribe, it turns out the Druidon generals were pursuing their own plans for conquest rather than following the will of Eras, which naturally leads to Eras Offing the Offspring as soon as she wakes up.
  • Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger The Movie Time Slip Dinosaur Panic: Valma, who created the Gaisoulg armor.
  • Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger Special Chapter: Memory of Soulmates: Maiko Minosaur, who uniquely looks just like the person she was spawned from.
• Mashin Sentai Kiramager: Emperor Yodon, the emperor of the Dark Yodonheim Empire who seeks to corrupt the Kiramei Stones. However, he's hiding in the shadows for most of the series, so Galza and Carantula (Especially the former, due to his personal connection to the Crystalian Kingdom) fill the role for him. He starts taking action throught his split personality, Yodonna, in episode 25, and fully reveals himself in episode 37.
  • Mashin Sentai Kiramager The Movie Bee Bop Dream: Nightmare Maestro Minjo, the younger sister of Yodonheim's Numajo.
• Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger: Great King Boccowaus, ruler of the Tojitendo. However, he's ultimately revealed to be an Unwitting Pawn of the God of the Worlds, who takes over as Big Bad for the last episodes.
  • Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger the Movie: Red Fight! • Avataro Sentai Donbrothers: The Noto Council Sonona and Sonoya for the main plotline, being the authority all other Noto answer to. This season also includes major subplots with their own independent villains, most notably the Juto arc having Jiro's adoptive father Terasaki as the closest thing to a leader of the Juto and the love triangle arc having Miho Kijino, Tsuyoshi's wife who is in actuality a Crane Juto impersonating Tsubasa's girlfriend Natsumi and using the two men for her own ends.
  • Avataro Sentai Donbrothers New First Love Hero: Kuroiwa, a man who turns into the Hitotsuki Ninpuki.
• Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger: Part 1 has a Big Bad Ensemble between Abyss King Dethnaarok VIII, leader of the Bugnarok, and King Rcules Husty, the tyrant king of Shugoddam. Part 2 has Dagded Dujardin, who is revealed to be the Greater-Scope Villain of the first part.
  • Ohsama Sentai King Ohger Adventure Heaven has Reiniol Husty, the king of Hākabāka, lord of the Dead, and the Founder King of Shugoddam.

Spin-offs

• Power Rangers Dino Force Brave, the Korean sequel to Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, has Deizarus, the leader of the Neo Deboss Army.
• Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger: Malshina was set up to be this at first, but behind her there is Dr. Z, the Professor's father, and creator of the Rangers' tech, which was created as a way to cause the simulated monsters and such to leak into reality. Except then the Mind Screw takes over and by the end of the series the true Big Bad is an Author Avatar of the Toei executive staff.
  • In season two, season one is canon only in Broad Strokes and Malshina has a Man Behind the Man, General Pain, but he can hardly be arsed to do any real villainy and she has to keep bugging him to make monsters until episode 7. However, it's later revealed that Malshina is the real Big Bad this time and steals the abilities of both General Pain and Saburo Hatte, and the Greater-Scope Villain this time is Prism Ace, an Ultraman Expy.

Crossovers

• J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai vs. Goranger: Boss Iron Claw survived his defeat by JAKQ, and assembles a team of four CRIME members in order to avenge JAKQ.
• Super Sentai World, a short film which unites the five Sentai from Fiveman to Kakuranger, has the giant Emperor Daidas.
• Chouriki Sentai Ohranger: Ohré vs. Kakuranger, the first annual crossover between two Sentai teams, has the Machine Beast Bara Gear and the Yokai Onbu-Obare.
• Gekisou Sentai Carranger vs. Ohranger: Bara Mobile, the last remaining member of Baranoia, who's fittingly themed after a vehicle.
• Denji Sentai Megaranger vs. Carranger: Helmedor, a space biker who wishes to destroy the earth and turn it into a "Biker's Paradise".
• Seijuu Sentai Gingaman vs. Megaranger: A Big Bad Duumvirate between Captain Gregory, a friend of Captain Zahab who revives the Space Pirates Balban, and Hizumina, Doctor Hinelar's last creation who's A Palette Swap of Shibolena created in her image.
• Kyuukyuu Sentai GoGo Five vs. Gingaman: Darkness King Gill, a rogue member of the Psyma Clan and the true eldest son of Grandienne.

• Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger vs. Gaoranger has Chubouzu, brother of Chuuzubo of Hurricaneger, who's looking to take his brother's place in the Jakanja and has brought Yabaiba and Tsuetsue along for the ride.
• Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger vs. Hurricaneger has Evil Ninja Iga, an ancient Jakanja member.
• Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger vs. Abaranger has Ginjifuan Kazak, an Alienizer looking to revive Dezumozorlya.
• Mahou Sentai Magiranger vs. Dekaranger has Agent X, a Hades-Beastman-turned-Alienizer looking to follow in Agent Abrella's footsteps as a black market dealer.
• GoGo Sentai Boukenger vs. Super Sentai: For this 30th Milestone Celebration movie, Time Demon God Chronos is the Big Bad.
• Juken Sentai Gekiranger vs. Boukenger: Cosmic Kenpō Master Pachacamac XII, a thousands-years old Kenpō Master.
• Engine Sentai Go-onger vs. Gekiranger has Meka, last surviving member of Rinjuken Akugata up until he gets hijacked by Long.
• Samurai Sentai Shinkenger Vs Go Onger Ginmaku Bang has Pollution President Batcheed, the true ruler of the Gaiark and Greater-Scope Villain for Go-onger as well.
• Tensou Sentai Goseiger Vs Shinkenger Epic On Ginmaku has Buredoran from Goseiger, who becomes leader of the Gedoshu in his guise as Buredoran of the Chimatsuri.
• For Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle, the main 35th anniversary Milestone Celebration movie which doubles as the Goseiger crossover, the Black Cross Führer returns as the Black Cross King, bringing along with him a Legion of Doom of other revived Sentai villains to get revenge on the Sentai.
• Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs. Space Sheriff Gavan: The Movie has Makuu Prison Warden Ashurada.
• Tokumei Sentai Go Busters Vs Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger The Movie has Bacchus Gill, nephew of the late Zangyack Emperor and leader of the Zangyack Remnants.
• Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger Vs Go Busters has Space War God Voldos, the Arch-Nemesis of the Dinosaur Sentai born from the hatred of Dai Satan and Dezumozorlya.
• Ressha Sentai ToQger vs. Kyoryuger: The Movie has Creator Devius, who is the Greater-Scope Villain of Kyoryuger by virtue of being the creator of Deboss.
• Shuriken Sentai Ninninger Vs Tokkyuger Ninjas In Wonderland has Dark Doctor Mavro.
• Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger Vs Ninninger has Gillmarda, an evil alien independent of both the Deathgalien and the Kibaoni.
• The Space Squad series of crossovers between Super Sentai and Metal Heroes has the Genmakuu and their leader, the mysterious and unseen Guru Fumein. As he has yet to make an appearance, each of his 12 "Apostles", who seem to all be past Metal Hero villains, fills the role in a different movie.
  • GIRLS in TROUBLE: Space Squad EPISODE ZERO has Hellvira, a dangerous Genmakuu commander who the titular girls are sent to apprehend.
  • Space Sheriff Gavan VS Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger has Mad Gallant, who's scheme involves building a Humongous Mecha based on Juspion's Big Bad Satan Gorth.
  • Uchu Sentai Kyuranger VS Space Squad has Space Ninja Demost, who also acts as this for its prequel special Hero Mama League.
• Lupinranger VS Patranger VS Kyuranger has Don Arkage, new ruler of the Space Shogunate Jark Matter.
• Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger VS Lupinranger VS Patranger has the Gangler remnant Ganima Noshiagalda.
• Mashin Sentai Kiramager Vs Ryusoulger has Yodonna, who is the one "producing" Movie Jamen's movie and responsible for the creation of the Director Minosaur. Within the Kiramager series itself she's The Dragon, but since Emperor Yodon isn't present and Carantula and Galza are on the sidelines for most of it, Yodonna is the closest the film has to a proper main antagonist.Besides, she's secretly Emperor Yodon's split personality so she was kinda the lead villain(ess) of the show anyway.
• Kamen Rider Saber Plus Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Superhero Senki has Asmodeus, a baddie from the Kamen Rider world looking to rid the world of heroes.
• Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Vs Kiramager Vs Senpaiger: Potdeus is set up to be the one calling the shots to conquer the multiverse... Until his aide, Dr. Iokal, reveals that he was [[The Starscream using him as a tool to use the Kanaema stones to do so]].
• Avataro Sentai Donbrothers VS Zenkaiger: Minoru Ono and Kashiwa Mochi World.

Super Hero Taisen

• Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen has a Big Bad Ensemble between Tsukasa Kadoya, leading a resurgent Dai-Shocker, and Emperor (formerly Captain) Marvelous leading the Dai-Zangyack alliance of resurrected Super Sentai villains, both of whom are looking to eliminate the heroes of each other's respective franchises. However, in the end it turns out both were being used by Narutaki/the fake Doktor G and Rider Hunter Silva, who promptly combine the two organizations into the Shocker-Zangyack Alliance. Except Tsukasa and Marvelous knew they were being used and were playing along to figure out the villains' real plans. Once the Alliance is wiped out, the final opponent of the movie is Daiki Kaito (Diend), who commandeers the Big Machine all because Tsukasa's deception pissed him off.
• Super Hero Taisen Z has Shadow Moon, leader of Space Shocker, in a Big Bad Duumvirate with Strategist Reider of the Space Crime Syndicate Madou to revive the latter's master, Demon King Psycho.
• Heisei Rider vs. Showa Rider: Kamen Rider Taisen feat. Super Sentai sees the return of the Badan Empire and its Generalissimo, having reformed Badan into a Legion of Doom of undead villains.
• Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider #3 has the Great Leader, who has yet again used Time Travel to achieve world domination for Shocker, after first making his return known in Ninninger vs. Drive.
• Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Chou Super Hero Taisen has a Big Bad Duumvirate of Eight Kirino and Another Hiiro Kagami, who are usurped in the climax by the return of Shocker now led by Shocker Leader III.
