You didn't include a wish. Because of that, the Genie has the corruption you came up with inflicted on yourself as well.

I wish I didn't have writer's block.

Granted. Now you have writer's sphere. It's when you have so many ideas that you can't decide which one to use. You're paralyzed with indecision, and the writing proceeds at exactly the same pace as it did when you had writer's block.

I wish I could get all the blue off my face.

Granted. People liked to see blue on your face, and they repeatedly pelt you with blueberries once they realize you've taken it off - forever.

I wish I could control my dreams when I sleep.

Granted. Now you love sleeping so much that you refuse to wake up and die from dehydration.

I wish I had friends.

Granted. They're all horribly abusive towards you.

I wish I had more free time for video games

Granted, as the last survivor of a nuclear war who has found a long-lasting stable electricity generator and one game console and controller, you now have all the time in the world to play video games. But, in a freak accident you break the controller, and then sob uncontrollably and scream about how it is not fair, it is not fair!

Granted. You get Primal physics. It's technically a cartoon so uhh... wish granted?

I wish for all the Francium in the entire universe to be placed into a glass of water in the White House.

Granted, but people know about this and it leads to another storming of the Capitol.

Granted, the extra budget for the game comes from cutting funding to orphanages, and this specific drop in funding is the breaking point that causes a specific orphan who was originally destined to grow up to be an idealistic superhero instead ending up becoming a nihilistic supervillain.

I wish that real life battles worked like JRPGs, complete with menus, stats, and taking place in a pocket universe outside the normal overworld for the duration of the fight.

Granted! Since the RPG battles are between two sentient creatures, each one can take as long as they want to pick an action, and no one can leave the pocket dimension until the battle is done.

I wish that Nurse Angel Ririka SOS hadn't been canceled, and instead had gone on to have a 52-episode run.

Granted. It suffers a massive Seasonal Rot and the later episodes are hated by the fandom.

I wish to be the most attractive person on Earth.

Granted. Everyone else is killed off, leaving you technically the most attractive person.
