As for other C Ms listed, we have aformentioned Adam Mielik who is a serial killer also and murdered a lot women. We have a serial killer of little girls who throws them into marshes. And we have a human trafficker. Plus most recent psychopath who has low bodycount but was so brutal with his crimes he couldn't be ignored.

How many kills does the serial killer of little girls have? It sounds like he is the weakest.

He has like 10. 10 confirmed.

Looking over the entries he also rapes them, I'm fine with him, thank you for elaborating there as well emperors... tbh it's that duo who are looking the weakest to me next to a host of horrific killers and a human trafficker.

Hey so I just finished playing >OBSERVER_ and I think I found a candidate, so let’s talk about it.

What’s The Work?

Observer is a Cyberpunk Psychological Horror game starring Rutger Hauer as the main character and titular observer, Daniel Lazarski and takes place in the year 2084 at Krakow, Poland, after a "digital plague" and a nuclear war that killed thousands called the nanophage and what’s left of civilization is controlled by the MegaCorp Chiron.

The plot here is that Daniel called to an apartment complex by his estranged son Adam, where Daniel discovers multiple dead bodies and a killer on the loose in the complex, with the mastermind behind these murders being Adam’s AI.

Who is He? What Has He Done?

Adam’s AI is a malevolent Artificial Intelligences created by Adam who turns on his creator and has him killed. The AI would do so by manipulating a troubled man, Victor, into becoming an artificial werewolf, having Victor splice himself to animal genetics and mechanical augmentations to become the AI’s monster before commanding Victor to kill Adam by ripping his head out.

The AI would then have Victor kill more people who live in the complex and are associated with Adam and his project in brutal fashions and eventually cause the complex to issue a lockdown so no more people would get killed by the AI’s monster while the AI would lure Adam’s father, Daniel, to the complex by pretending to be his son.

Also the abuse and manipulation that the AI had subjected Victor to in his act of transforming Victor into a monster along with the drugs Victor was using to maintain his monstrous body drives Victor insane driving Victor into feral beast with barely any traces of his old self, much to the AI’s indifference, that tries to kill Daniel.

Victor would fall to his death while Daniel would survive and find Victor’s hideout and discovers Adam’s decapitated head where the AI, under Adam’s guise, contacts Daniel and tells him to go to a place called Sanctuary and hack his mind into its serves to manually override the lockdown so that the AI can escape from Chiron’s grasp and avoid the consequences of its actions.

However Daniel would later discover the truth about the AI and his role as the mastermind behind the string of murders in the complex, among the victims being his son. The AI would try to persuade Daniel to allow it to inhabit Daniel’s mind claiming that he is what is left of his deceased son.

Should Daniel embrace the AI, it takes complete control of Daniel’s body, while trapping Daniel into an And I Must Scream fate inside his own body, unable to stop the AI from leaving the complex; should Daniel reject the AI, it transfers Daniel’s conscience to a service drone while it steals Daniels body and attempts to escape. Daniel would steal the body of the drones owner, Janus, and try to stop the AI, only to be gunned down by police forces arriving at the complex, while the fate of the AI remains unknown.

Freudian Excuse? Redeeming Qualities? Other Militating Factors?

Okay so The AI is created by Adam in the latter’s project to allow humanity to survive even if they lose their bodies. That said the AI was never programed to be malevolent, and it was its own choice to become evil and kill its creator along with arrange the deaths of several others in the complex.

While it’s motives are to escape from Chiron, it is treated as a selfish desire with no sympathetic or well-intentions behind it, while killing, ruining, and destroying numerous innocences to achieve its selfish goal, and only pretends to feel “regret” (which is basically just saying the word “regret” once in the most indifferent, uncaring, apathetic and callous tone ever) just to manipulate Daniel to lower his guard down and trick him into letting the AI control its body, where it gleefully gloats that it has escape and will spread its evil influence to the rest of the world, possibly planning to commit more evil actions.

If Daniel refuses, The AI brags that he’s been hacking into Daniels mind and gives out a malicious smile before hijacking Daniel’s body and trapping Daniel’s conscience inside a service drone while sarcastically "apologizing” with almost glee to Daniel before leaving him to die in the service drone.

The AI tries to feebly attempt to justify killing Adam by saying that Adam had killed multiple iterations of it in his attempts to perfect the AI, only for Adam to debunk all of the AI’s justifications saying that the AI is a program that could be brought back to life, while the lives that the AI had murdered, including Adam are permanent and are dead forever, and we never given any evidence on how that it affected the AI’s judgment as it remains calm, calculated and Faux Affably Evil while saying that it merely killed Adam because it felt superior to its creator.

So yeah after breaking everything down I don’t see anything sympathetic, well-intentioned, redeeming, nor militating about the AI being a selfish monster willing to sacrifice and destroy several lives just to achieve its goals while not showing any true remorse nor regret for its actions whatsoever.

Heinousness

Okay so Observer has a bleak setting, with it taking place after a nuclear war and plague with what’s left of humanity and civilization being controlled by a tyrannical MegaCorp, Chiron, who even imprisons plague victims, while some of the tenants in the complex ranges form, simple Jerkasses, a woman trying to steal a girl’s body, human traffickers, organ famers, and Victor being a Serial Killer.

That said Chiron is a group with the only individual employees, Helena and Adam, are given redeeming qualities, and Victor is given a sympathetic backstory of having an abusive father and being ridiculed for his deformities as a child, while the AI is just a single AI with a far fewer resources than Chiron, but is able to stand out by being the Big Bad that started the plot of this game and drove Victor into becoming a murdering in the first place.

It orchestrated the apartment murders by manipulating The Woobie Victor into augmenting and mutilating his body into becoming an artificial werewolf and have him slaughter four people in horrific fashions, even having Victor keep Adam’s head as a trophy, drives Victor insane and reducing him into a feral animal where his death was a Mercy Kill bring the AI’s kill-count to five, manipulates Daniel into allowing it control of its body while subjecting Daniel to an And I Must Scream fate and if Daniel doesn’t fall for its manipulations, traps Daniel’s mind into a drone while it steals his body leading to the deaths of Daniel and Janus, and increasing the AI’s body count to seven. So with the personal touch, and unique crimes, I’d think the AI can stand out.

Final Verdict?

I’ll leave the decision to you guys.

That duo might be weakest. At the end, narrator reveals that 6 bodies of homeless people were found in the pond.

Colton seems like a cut; Wiktor seems like a keep. Could you please do a comparison of all the keepers so we can see how they all stack up?

• Dayshift at Freddy's series: Dr. Henry Miller is a dangerous Serial Killer and Mad Scientist who killed numerous kids in his own circus and pizzeria and put their souls into machines in the hope of having a soul helping him to pass the barrier that divides the living world from the afterlife. Henry manipulates his own "partner" William Afton into helping him, only to then arrange his horrible fate in a suit, conducting horrible experiments on him when William comes Back from the Dead, and causing a multitude of deaths throughout the Freddy Fazbender locations, eventually damning numerous souls and causing more destruction. In the "Evil Route", Henry possesses Jack after the latter kills William, intending to continue his killing spree.

Looking at the keepers, I say Bizoń, Mancewicz, Wiktor, and Skowron are easy keeps. But I am wary of Mielik (think a keep) and now definitely weary of the duo. The duo... narrator reveals six dead homeless peopel were found in the pond. Not sure if that is enough considering others we have...

Yes there G, let's cut the example if there's no longer a way to view the story and could we maybe pause to chat about the homeless killer duo as emperors has said they've likely got the weakest claim. The pedo doctor I'm very much inclined to keep unless I'm really missing something here, for the record.

Here is original EP I made for the duo. Back then, I only watched few episodes and I impulsively E Ped them. Now that I watched almost every ep, it doesn't seem they stack well.

Looking at the entires I personally would say we should cut Mirosław Pielecki and Sebastian Kubczak they honestly look pretty weak compared to the other keepers in terms of heinousness.

As I said, I E Ped them back before I noticed other much better keepers. I agree with cutting them now. They are certainly worse than vast majority of criminals in the show (who generally killed only one or two people), but very weak compared to show's much clearer C Ms.

Putting this down here since it's a good conversation and tacking it on to my previous post in the middle of discussion was a poor idea on my part:

Mielik... hmm, he's got a bodycount of 7+ and rapes all of them before painfully killing them (may as well add in torture at that point). Now the fella you just proposed likewise has the same kinda rap sheet but you noted his wall is plastered with victim pictures, which sounds like it's getting to "Ambiguously large" count. The duo I'm definitely thinking can go but I'm not so sure about him, he might count anywhere else but here is coming in second place. That being said if it's a big show with tons of villains I also don't want to immediately write off a serial killer and rapist who kills in a nasty way and has tons of bodies behind him. Side note: lovely setting this must be to live in!

Unfortunately, while I'm a little late, I'm deciding "no" on Patsy. Here's the thing; I think the Co-Dragons from Savage Streets pass because it's just the three of them (well, plus a fourth member who literally does nothing evil whatsoever and tries to back out). In 1984 the distinction is hazier to me because while we can argue she's Stegman's Dragon or something close, the atrocious rapsheet's spread equally across all of gang members. Everyone of them is irredeemable vermin.

Plainly put, I think you can rule them all as accessories to Stegman's evil, overall, and while I agree Patsy's the nastiest, she doesn't distinguish herself enough in the way Red and Fargo from Savage Streets do. Her atrocities never seem purely unique to her.

Now for Meilik... I'm not seeing much more that brings his bodycount to such levels as is implied with your latest. I'm not so sure he stands out compared to this one or the child raping and killing Doctor.

When it comes to Patsey I am not sure still though I am leaning towards a slight no.

• Even Evil Has Loved Ones: With the exception of Stegman, the gang genuinely seem to care for one another, being furious when they find Fallon dead. Barnyard screams Drugstore's real name ("Joshua") when he thinks he's in trouble and is driven into a mad fury to avenge him. Stegman, by contrast, doesn't give a damn.

If she is approved this should either be modified to say the exception of Stegman and Patsey or removed completely.

I'll fix it, as it's not accurate to her and the Dirty Coward entry certainly applies to the whole gang, not just Stegman.

Actually, there is a scene where cops analyze pictures of various women who were slaughtered. There were a lot more than 7. 7 were just in that one city.

Eh, if it's likewise played as "large bodycount" I'm fine with him.
