I know she's (probably) not from Voltron: Legendary Defender, but her art style certainly implies such (if a little more obviously formatted for a less dynamic medium than animation).
Anyway. She's the team not-mom, and exhausted and/or exasperated. (Unless the title is in reference to you?)
