Dewicked and threw the trope, Laconic, and Playing With page on the Cut List. I don't think the on-page examples were all that salvageable but if someone thinks they are they can move as needed.

Been around since 2011, has only 8 on page examples so it's a stub by those terms and 17 off-page wicks, making it Starving. The draft
seems to have been stealth launched.
The concept itself is likely just a bit too narrow (only focusing on throwing a washtub for peeping at a hot springs) and anime/Japan specific to get many examples and can be covered better by slightly broader tropes like Outdoor Bath Peeping and Pervert Revenge Mode.
Suggestion: Cut and relocate appropriate examples to Outdoor Bath Peeping and Pervert Revenge Mode.
