It's meant to be Big the Cat's theme, but considering that he's best known for the Fishing Minigame...
It's OK, I guess. I prefer Pendulum's Drum and Bass tracks (with "Watercolor" being my current favourite of theirs), so the overal mood of both parts felt rather disappointing, to be honest.

A bit too pop-y for my tastes and the singing, the vocals is a mixed bag but I liked it.

Now, I'm usually not into anime opening songs, but that's actually not half bad. It has this urbane feel to it that reminds me a whole lot of city pop, just more danceable.
