Sure! In fact, most of my picks are web comics too!

I would like to see an animated adaptation of the comic called Cognetic by Eryk Donovan and James Tynion IV, which is about the human race literally becoming a Hive Mind.

In an anime, I'll be the Tsundere Dark Magical Girl who likes purple MY own profile is actually HERE!I'd like to see a Doctor Strange cartoon.
A series and/or movie about
Kamandi the last boy on earth
Or
The Warlord
Y’know upon looking at all the independent comics that manage to get a cartoon in the 90s, including Savage Dragon, Spawn, Wild C.A.T.s, Gen 13, The Maxx, The Tick, The Mask, Ultraforce, Youngblood (but since its made by Rob Liefeld it was never completed so all we have are promo videos) and of course Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I’m amazed 2000 AD didn’t have an animated work to tie in with it. Especially as a tie in to that god awful Judge Dredd movie.
So I like to add 2000 AD to the list of comics I like to see adapted into animation. It will certainly be cool to see how the cartoons translated the unique cyberpunk style of those books.
Speaking of interesting visuals, an animated adaption of Solar: Man of Atom would be awesome. He is a classic Gold Key character and I always enjoyed his books when reading the classic Valiant Universe. Would be a mindtrip to see that character adapted in cartoons.
Now that I've remembered it, I would also like to add Spider-Girl to the list.
No comic but when I read webcomic examples count, it's Blip for me! I love that webcomic so much, even when Sagedono was having issues irl resulting in... a hiatus that only ended few years ago. Even then, they update sparingly

While it's nice that he's made cameos in the Turtles cartoons, Usagi Yojimbo really deserves an adaptation of his own stories.

Apparently a show is in the works.
Just a person. He/him.Holy Terror.
Girl Genius. It was made for an animated series.
I would love to see a full adaptation of Superman: Red Son for the DC-verse.
Qui odoratus est qui fecit.Apparently they're working on it.
Just a person. He/him.I'd like a Chew series, not a movie a series. I'd even take a live action series.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.Cool! I wasn't aware of the Usagi show, so now I've something to look forward too. I wonder if they'll make original stories, or try to follow the comics? I mean, there's definitely enough material there to make several seasons worth of episodes with the comic alone.
I personally would like if Stand Still Stay Silent got a animated adaptation or Drugs And Wires.
An animated adaptation of Justice League of America (Rebirth). The Caitlin Snow incarnation of Killer Frost doesn't get enough love outside of Arrowverse, so it'd be fun seeing her there.

I'd love to see an adaptation of Slightly Damned.
Wolverine: Weapon X would make a fantastic psychological/slasher horror r-rated animated movie if marvel was up to the task.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."Rork. I would be spectacular to see The Graveyard of Cathedrals in motion.
I'd love to see an animated Sandman movie / series. Not necessarily an adaptation of any existing story, just something involving Morpheus and co. A story set entirely in the The Dreaming, starring Lucien, Mervyn, and Matthew could be pretty fun. Or a story about the other Endless, Death and Destiny in particular.
Preferably written by Neil Gaiman, or at least with him involved to some meaningful degree.

I'd actually like to see an animated Godzilla series done in a similar style to the IDW comics (particularly Rulers of Earth). If it needs a more mature rating it could always go on a streaming platform like Netflix.
Do webcomics count?
