Something that the avatar would say.
No idea. I get the feeling not at all, actually.
A quote from the avatar?
No, she's never done Terminus before. I'm the one enjoying pain in this situation.

They enjoy pain.
The avatar is wearing thigh high socks?
They're stuck in a time loop?
Different character. You're thinking of Cal...
But the signature is talking about anyone who does the Terminus event.

The being in the avatar's a masochist?
It shows that Meta Knight is aware of his current human form, and seems to prefer the idea of not discussing the subject.
The avatar is the one speaking in bold.
The avatar is a part of the game referred to.
The title is referring to the avatar as a questionable image.
No. Assuming you're referring to my previous signature, that's in reference to the Pantheon of Hallownest.

I don't really see a connection... Maybe the girl in the avatar is in the Pantheon? There's a chance of it, at least.
You're actually right on the money, depending on what you mean! He doesn't have full retrograde amnesia, but Vanguard is forgotten.
This state only lasted for a minute or so in canon, but I can't resist the idea of toying around with him being like this for longer. :P
His bond with Vanguard is gone, and he doesn't remember it. All he really seemed to remember are the name of the game, and he could apparently tell the cards he was holding were from said game.
Other than that... he knows nothing about Vanguard while like this. Every memory involving Vanguard is gone, although he still recognizes people and such.
He knows who he is... or well, mostly. Considering the fact that Vanguard was so important and integral in his life, he doesn't really have much left to him at all.
He's basically an Empty Shell with no dreams or ambitions because of the blow removing Vanguard from him does.

I’m assuming he lost his memory and forgot he plays Vanguard but it is slowly coming back to him
The avatar thinks they're a god?
She's not. Nosk, however, is.
